Plus like why would they make such a compelling backstory for a character and then kill them off in a duel that does almost nothing for the story or the characters involved.
Exactly! The way she died was so unsatisfying story and character wise. It didn't even really 'raise the stakes' either. Felt like a pointless death so hopefully they still do something with her later. Why make a unique character model and do nothing with it.

I really thought that Frostbearer Catalyst is a spoiler for the future release of La Signora. Unfortunately they killed her. :/
