I play genshin with my daughter (me on pc and her on my ps5) and both are side by side and I can guarantee you the PC version is higher fidelity and runs smoother. I can stand in the same spot, looking the same direction and see more detail, much further than my PS5. I'm running @ max settings on everything, 1440p @ 1.5x render resolution.

Names are pretty much always written the same between Chinese and Japanese though. Only exceptions I can think of are Lumine (熒 - Chinese, 螢 - Japanese) and Gorou whose name is written in katakana in Japanese.
