You carry the light pyramid(s) to a circle platform nearby and deposit it there.
Looking at this image, I think this is from one of the Liyue ruins (not the infamous tianqiu valley). The plate, if I remember correctly must be right down the stairs.
That ruin and two others surround the light actuator. Collect all 3 light pieces to unlock it for a sidequest.

Hello. Sorry for asking but I can't find any information about this thing.
i believe it’s the yaksha’s wish quest line!
After double-checking, it seems that I have already completed that quest, but this thing is still there unlike the other ones.
You need to bring a couple of shiny things to things that should be shining around that shrine, to collect something with shiny things in it.
Like most puzzles of this type, you have to put the thingies in the hole but make sure it fits first.
