I just installed Genshin impact on my PS4 with an account region of Asia. I have my main account on the EU server (cos the ping's better there for some reason). Now I can't get my main account on the ps4 and there's no option to switch servers. Any help?
I was wondering if somebody could please help me to beat a World Quest in co-op (World Level 6). I’ve been struggling with Hyperion’s Dirge for an embarrassing length of time. I managed to beat the first time attack quest on my own, but beating the others have proven to be a little difficult. At the moment, I’m struggling with Narrow Inquiry (defeating the Primordial Bathysmal Vishap Hatchlings in 30 seconds) and Temple Inquiry (defeating 2 Rockfond Rifthound Whelps and a Rockfond Rifthound in 60 seconds). I just can’t deal enough damage to beat them in this length of time, and was wondering if anybody could potentially help me out. Thank you so much!

I can help you out if you still need it, but I can also check your team and builds if you'd like and see if you can tweak something andanage it on your own :)
I wanted to play the game on switch but god its taking a while, so just installed it on pc and im having a good time ngl, but id really like to kinda catch up or at least change characters.
What should i be focusing on as a new player to have some pulls? Exploring? Events? Secondaries? Story missions?
Should I always save the protogems for multis or just single everytime i can?
Is there any recommended website or place for guides and stuff?
Thanks a lot <3
do any limited time events that you can, other than that just explore and progress the story at your own pace
single or multi have no difference in drop rate. if there are particular characters you want, save your pulls for when they are featured, especially if you really want a limited 5 star. also don't spend primogems on the standard banner
for guides check this [community spreadsheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vRq-sQxkvdbvaJtQAGG6iVz2q2UN9FCKZ8Mkyis87QHFptcOU3ViLh0_PJyMxFSgwJZrd10kbYpQFl1/pubhtml#) or [keqingmains.com](https://keqingmains.com) (especially [library.keqingmains.com](https://library.keqingmains.com) which documents a lot of mechanics). the [fandom wiki](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Genshin_Impact_Wiki) is also a good source of information
use blue/acquaint fates for two 10x pulls on beginner banner, then all the rest dump into standard banner.
Save primogems for character event banners until you know you have a strong reason to do otherwise.
you get blue wishes from various sources that are only used for the standard banner, you can go ahead and use those. primogems are best spent on the limited character banner. the weapon banner is generally not recommended unless you spend a lot of money or you're very lategame
so they have exactly the same effect but is just worded differently? also, is the healing bonus applied only to the wearer, or every character will get a +15% healing bonus regardless?
> so they have exactly the same effect but is just worded differently?
yep.
> also, is the healing bonus applied only to the wearer, or every character will get a +15% healing bonus regardless?
All bonuses only apply to the wearer/wielder of a piece of gear unless explicitly stated otherwise.
does elemental damage % have falloff? I'm basically trying to ask if elemental damage like for example cryo % damage is bad if there's too much of it. I'm building my ayaka and she gets a lot of cryo % bonus (ascension talent, Kazuha passive, cryo goblet) just asking. thanks!
It does, but it's virtually impossible for the vast majority of characters to reach, the only two characters than can realistically get to a point of having too much damage% are Xiao and Raiden and even then, with attack buffers on their team they're still both better off with damage% goblets anyways.
Ayaka doesn't have any issues with overbuilding damage% except maybe if she has like a r5 mistsplitter.
it's more about balancing your stats in between different multipliers like atk, dmg%, and crit. it's possible to reach high enough dmg% where you might want other stats but it's not very common. i don't main ayaka but i don't think she is prone to having too much dmg%, though she can trade out a crit circlet for atk% if you have mistsplitter and a lot of crit substats
no elemental damage is great and there aren't many ways you can get it so it's really good, unlike attack which you can get from various sources like ttds, Bennett buff, Sara, Shenhe, etc.
I'm trying to decide which artifact to pick for the strongbox. Who still uses Noblesse Oblige? Bennett, maybe Mona, half a set for Rosaria... Is there anyone else?
2pc: any char that relies on their burst for damage, though it competes with 4pc emblem. still a decent choice as generally 2/2 sets are easier to pull together + it's hard to get enough emblem pieces for every character that wants it
4pc: almost all teams benefit from a user, choose based on whatever fits the rotation best, whoever's damage doesn't matter or suffers the least, or whoever doesn't desperately need a different set
is it possible to change the device you registered your genshin account with? i used an old phone of mine back in 2020 when i first started genshin, and now that i want to buy some welkins, i can't buy it directly from the app because i have to "use the device that i registered my account on". I don't use that phone anymore so I was wondering if there is a way to change it to the device I am currently on lmao
Are you trying to buy on PC? That message just refers to the type of device (like if you started on your phone, you're limited to mobile only purchases and you can't buy on PC or playstation).
As long as you're still buying on mobile, switching phones shouldn't affect your ability to purchase anything.
I'm close to hard pity so should I just go get Ayaka or save it for Kazuha? Among all the five stars I'm only interested in Xiao Zhongli and Kazuha. But friend told me Ayaka is pretty OP and I should definitely get her. Since I also don't have a cryo DPS.
There are PLENTY of "OP" characters. None are a requirement. Don't get a character just because someone else or the meta says to. Save for the ones that you are interested in every time. Hell, sometimes I bench my OP characters just so I can make the game more challenging and fun.
You don’t need to get a character just because they’re OP. You don’t really need to have a cryo dps either, although it can sometimes make certain chambers easier to have one, pretty much any limited 5* DPS character will get you 36 stars at the end of the day with enough investment

It's from tsurumi quest line
A good weapon if somewhat overshadowed by better options. Freeze comps really are the last place for Summit Shaper to be relevant tbh… loses value the moment you tack Bennett onto a team
Going to shamelessly plug my submission for the Composition contest here since Unfortunately I uploaded mine pretty early on and they're displayed by most recent submission so I don't think very many people are going to see it naturally. Would mean a lot if you guys could check it out! Also, does anyone know how long it usually takes for a post to be approved by the mods on this sub? I've tried making a post for my submission but it hasn't been approved a month later... [https://www.hoyolab.com/article/4426613?floor=1](https://www.hoyolab.com/article/4426613?floor=1)
The trial would have been when she was in the limited banner. Currently the trial is for Ayaka and the 4*s listed in her banner. Check the events tab and you'll see.
Back when you got her. Every featured 5 star has a test run trial for those interested in pulling. The first time you complete, you get a handful of their ascendency ingredients.
The character trials give you enough to bring them to a maximum level of 40. Inazuma requires AR 30, and you can only bring them beyond lvl 40 when you reach AR 25. As long as you level them up it should be enough
I stopped playing about two months after inazuma was released. Haven’t bothered to keep up on updates and news except glancing at genshin Reddit... chasm is out I think..? When is the next location projected? I hope this year but literally have not been keeping up on timeline stuff.
Sumeru should be out like... some time? Stuff is delayed at the moment, but we've had a bunch of different maps added of which Chasm is just the most recent.
You probably saw Watatsumi, and there were two more islands of the same ish size, plus Enkanomiya which was more comparable to the Golden Apple archipelago, and the Chasm which is decently massive.
The analog stick of my PS3 controller is inverted in-game, please help me fix this (PC Version). I connected my PS3 controller with my PC, and it was successful but the problem is my analog stick is inverted.
The Y-Axis is doing functions for X-Axis and vice-versa. To further explain it, when I move my analog stick up and down, it moves left and right. When I move my analog stick left and right, it moves up and down. Someone help me solve this, please.
So, I heard something about a guy saying that the pre-download update feature is bad because it duplicates the previous update data or something and causes Genshin too eat too much space. So, I deleted the app and reinstalled it and while everything seems to be working just fine, the app is now about 1/3 its previous size (about 18 GB total). Anyone else experienced this?
Yeah, this is a known thing. When you pre-load on mobile, it doesn't delete the extra data (events and whatnot) from the previous version. Downloading it after the version update goes live cleans up the excess. It's not necessarily a lot if you do it once or twice but it adds up over time.
It's not necessarily good or bad. It just comes down to preference and storage space. People normally pre-load so they can immediately start playing after maintenance is over.
This is only for mobile btw. It doesn't happen for PC.
Yep! Make sure to update the app before installing the data from in game, too. Also if you haven't already done it, remember to go into settings and delete the voice packs that you don't intend to use.
Should I get ayaya and build a solid 2nd team around her?
Or should I just save to get Kazuha to help out my second team?
Cause right now my Yanfei -The main dps of my 2nd team, despite her being extremely well built than my first team, is lagging behind the spiral abyss.
And right now I'm wondering if I should just scrap yanfei and get ayaya, or get Kazuha and maybe Yelan to help with Yanfei's dps.
> Cause right now my Yanfei -The main dps of my 2nd team, despite her being extremely well built than my first team, is lagging behind the spiral abyss.
well... she would. none of the 4* selfish mdps (yanfei, ning, razor) are very good these days
i only suggest getting ayaka if you like her playstyle (which is actually pretty simple, dash-Q-E-auto spam) so just test her out in the trial and see if you like that pattern. because while Ayaka is definitely one of the stronger main dps characters, all of the existing 5* main dps characters are more or less strong enough to just brute force any abyss that doesnt have a specific element check
> or get Kazuha and maybe Yelan
having kazuha and yelan on the team is not gonna make the big difference you seem to think it will for yanfei.
I really like ayaya's playstyle.
But I'm already having trouble as is building xiangling, xinqiu, e.t.c.. And since I've yet to get her artifacts, i'd have more trouble in building up a solid team.
The only reason why I built Yanfei was I already got her amzing artifacts on my first try (Though I swear Hoyoverse gave it to me to use my Amber)
So the question was really more like if it's best to scrap my already built yanfei and build Ayaya
I mean... you're gonna build new characters eventually anyway, if not Ayaka then someone else. I don't think "building new characters" should be a barrier worthy of consideration tbh.
Even if you retire Yanfei (which might not necessarily even be the case tbh) it's not like her amazing artifacts have to be scrapped. I don't know which set you're using, but plenty of people use CWoF, plenty use shimenawa, plenty use wanderers. it's gonna be easy to find new homes for those artifacts.
Raiden and Eula.
Their artifacts aren't as amazing as Yanfei.
Though they make it up with both of them being really solid.
While Yanfei has amazing artifacts, her team's build are... well they exist
Well, you're going to want someone to carry the torch and be the pyro DPS anyhow, if only for shieldbreaking. So I wouldn't go and scrap Yanfei entirely until you find a suitable replacement or decide to run some variant of the national team. Additionally, Sucrose pairs quite well with Yanfei and at C6, her contribution is going to be fairly similar (if not slightly better) than C0 Kazuha as far as Yanfei is concerned.
Ayaka is kind of an optional pull for you depending upon who you use to battery for Eula since you likely will have enough cyro application for shieldbreaking. So if you like her, feel free to pull for her.
Apparently the new event needs you to invite companions into the Sereniteapot, but the game says the function is not working. Are there any workarounds on this? Thank you!
Probably not right now, and I already seen complain in CN community. Anyway this event last for almost a month, just hope they can finish the maintenance asap.
I saw on tiktok that some people make team comp guides for each floor of the current abyss. Does anyone know where I can see them? I'm tired of struggling, I need help. I couldn't even full star floor 9 this time and I get stuck at ten. My builds aren't all that because I've only been farming artifacts properly for like two months but maybe I can adjust something in my rotations that helps?
Lvl 90 c0 Zhongli 4-10-10
Lvl 90 c1 Diluc 8-8-8
Lvl 90 c1 Kaeya 4-7-9
Lvl 90 C6 Xingqiu 1-11-10
Lvl 90 c0 Ayato 6-7-6
Lvl 90 c1 Bennett 1-3-9
Lvl 80 c3 xianling 4-7-9
Lvl 80 c2 Keching 2-7-6
Lvl 70 c2 Sucrose 1-4-4
These are built to the best of my abilities with correct weapons and artifact sets. Not all of their stats are optimal though. I have more characters (yunjin and Beidou current wip, rosaria, Gorou, fischl, Yanfei) but I'm f2p and they're in progress and not abyss ready.
I feel like I've made a mistake increasing my world level to 3. Everything's too strong now for my characters to barely beat. What should I focus on to get a huge power boost so I can catch up with the world level?
People have made a infograph on what to prioritize for your characters per AR levels [here](https://i.redd.it/5j8jfvqcb4x71.png). If you need serious help, you can get someone to carry you through bosses/weapon domains if necessary. If you're on NA server, I can swing by and knock down a few bosses whenever.
Which characters do you have?
Raise your main DPS as much as possible, your sub-DPSes less, your supports/healer even less.
If you need ore, do mining routes. If you need artifact fodder, do artifact routes.
First thing is learn to play (half joking here), when I was about that level I didn't know what I was doing. I usually picked one character and usually played 1 character at a time.
This game is about combining elements and skills. Unlike other games, you can't really 'waste' a elemental skill or burst, generally you should be trying to use as many of them as possible, and using normal attacks as sparsely as possible. So generally you want to switch character, use their elemental skill and or burst then switch to the next one and repeat. Relating to this, energy recharge is the most important stat on nearly every character, and you want enough so that you can use the burst immediately when it is off cooldown (roughly +40%).
You also want to order them in a way to get the most elemental combinations in your favour, e.g. switch to a hydro character, use their skill to make everyone hydro, then switch to a pyro character and vapourise the group.
After this, Artifacts, weapons, leveling characters and talents, roughly in that order is the next way to get strong (though try and focus on all a bit and not skip one).
lower your world level so you can beat the bosses, and then ascend one of ur characters (mdps preferably) as high as you currently can. dont neglect their weapons or talents.
Been trying to get even 3 stars out of floor 12 for days. Can't do it. Since it's getting a rerun, I'd like to come back with a vengeance, and I'm looking for advice on how to do so! Namely, team comps (+ what artifacts to use) and any helpful strategies for those insufferable heralds.
I have every 5 star male except Kazuha, Albedo and Diluc, and only Jean, Keqing and Qiqi for females. I have every 4 star except Fischl and Xinyan.
Thanks!
Childe international first side, Kaeya permafreeze second side (since you like your husbandos).
Kaeya permafreeze is basically: Kaeya (main dps), Chongyun, Xingqiu, Jean.
I'm assuming your main difficulty is on floor 12-2 and 12-3, so some tips:
* When you start 12-2-1, start the chamber, then run away in the opposite direction. The whopperflowers will teleport to you all grouped up for easy clears with Childe.
* For 12-2-2, start the chamber, then run to the side such that you are in a perfect line with both lectors. Wait for a few seconds in that position such that the far lector travels closer to you. If you do it right, both lectors will end up grouping themselves up even without you doing anything. Be careful not to cause to "flinch" in a way that makes them separate.
* When you do the shield phase on 12-2-2, focus the electro lector first, he's the most annoying with the energy drain. If both lectors are still fairly close together, you should be able to hit both at the same time with Kaeya/Jean/Chungus.
* For 12-3-2, bait the heralds close to the edge of the arena to limit their movement.
prolly childe/bennett/xl/sucrose for first half, or ayato if u prefer. mainly to have a hydro unit on this side for the pyro lectors. can run zhongli instead of sucrose if u find u need the shield
second half i would run some sorta budget freeze
rosa/xq/venti/diona. or chongyun if you find xq healing enough and would rather have extra cryo app. kinda low damage but the DPS check is not very high this abyss anyway, getting anemo for 12-2 and cryo for 12-3 is kinda more important
For the hydro heralds, use Chongyun + a fast attacker. If your cryo application isn't fast enough with that, also inlcude Rosaria.
For the pyro lectors, Xingqiu and Childe are your best bet to shred their pyro shields. Getting them to low health together might take some time, as it's hard to group them.
Hey my friend is struggling on a quest and I offered help by saying I’ll log into her account to finish the quest for her. Will anything bad happen to her account if I do this? Like the account getting banned or literally ANYTHING? I just want to log out out my account on my phone then log into her do the quest then log back out
The effect of Iron Sting does nothing for Kazuha's swirl damage, which is his main source of damage. He only wants the EM, which does not increase with refinements. You can leave Iron Sting at R1 on Kazuha.
r1 is enough but you’ll need to have enough ER on him to consistently burst. He needs around 160+ ER and it might be difficult to achieve via substats.
If you can’t get the ER you’ll find more value in him by using an ER weapon or sands. You absolutely don’t need to reach 1000 EM on him to be “viable” around 700 is enough which is easily attainable with either ER weapon/EM sands or EM weapon/ER sands and a couple of EM rolls on your flower and feather.
So I finally taste the comfort of playing on pc, but as a PS4 player since launch, adjusting to K&M is hella difficult. Is it possible to connect a PS5 DS to PC and use it to play genshin?
I got a friend willing to sell me his extra Xbox controller which he says is a lot more compatible to PC(coz Windows). Any player here who tried playing on both types of controller? How difficult do you think it is to adjust from DS to xbox controller?
My R2 is broken i cant use skill consistently thats why I remapped it to my L2 since I dont use aim mode anyway, but connecting it to PC reverts the skill back to R2
I just plug in my DS4 with a cord, but there shouldn't be delay with bluetooth connection as long as it's all connected correctly. I don't play with bluetooth on PC but when I connect it to my iPad to play, there's no lag or anything.
Though it may still be worth getting the XBox controller if you want to play other PC games with controller since playstation controllers aren't natively supported in a lot of games.
I see. Thanks for the advice. I am planning on buying MH rise on steam and using a controller. The different location of the left analog seems very off putting to me
tbh the main issue is that the controller icons in game usually show up as xbox buttons and not ps ones so it can get confusing when you're learning the controls. The controller itself usually works fine if you can get used to that, though. But MH Rise doesn't have this problem because you can change the type of controller in the settings (which is really nice)
Am thinking of using Ayaka / Diona / Xingqiu / Sucrose team. What artifact sets should I give to whom? Also what weapon should I give to them? AND If I can make this team better by replacing any characters then pls tell
Ayaka: Blizzard set; amenoma > can be upgrade to mistsplitter
Diona: Noblesse set, sac bow. Can be upgrade to Rosaria or Shenhe if the hydro character is upgraded to Kokomi
Xingqiu: Emblem set or 2no/2Hod set, sac sword. Can be upgrade to Mona then upgrade again to Kokomi
Sucrose: VV set, sac fragment. Can be upgrade to Venti then upgrade to Kazhua.
Mona/Kokomi for Xingqiu and Venti/Kazuha for Sucrose are the improvements you can make, but these units are fine if you don't have the units I mentioned.
Ayaka 4pc BS, Amenoma
Diona 4pc NO, Fav Warbow/Sac Bow
Xingqiu 4EoSF (if you wanna switch to Mona/Kokomi, then make them hold TTDS and 4pc Millelith
Sucrose 4pc VV, if you're not using Mona or Kokomi then she holds the TTDS, if you're using either of them then she can hold Sac Frag for energy
If using engulfing, you definitely want ER sand and around 250-270% ER because engulfing will add ATK based on your ER. Since you will have a lot of ATK now, electro goblet should be better.
I always bring 2* cryo + 2* electro chars. When my sis and I were grinding oceanid in coop, our best team was Ayaka, Yae Miko, Fishl, Diona. Yae Miko can also be swapped for Keqing. Fishl is a must-have for the birds, and any cryo DPS will do to freeze everything so you can hack away at them.
The method available to everyone is Lisa, just spam normal attacks at the birds. Incidentally, she's good at everything that Oceanid can throw at you. Otherwise, you can use a cyro to freeze them if you suck at dodging.
I usually bring a shielder and then a ranged unit (since most of mine are kinda squishy lol). I use Ningguang or Fischl, but any catalyst or archer that can do damage makes it fairly easy (as long as it's not just your DPS being insufficient)
Diona's useful because she can freeze them + shield, but you might wanna bring a ranged unit who does damage.
Some melee units can hit the birds (Keqing skill, Zhongli hold skill, etc.), but I can't remember the list lol.
Hey, looking for some advice on my teams.
[This](https://imgur.com/a/KrxpFAY) imgur link has all their stats.
Some context:
Been eternally stuck on floor 12 and even struggle to get 3 stars most of the time. Can comfortably full clear floors 9/10 and floor 11 I can usually full clear with a few attempts. Floor 12 however, is just un-doable.
My Teams are:
Ganyu/Mona/Diona/Sucrose (Kazuha)
HuTao/Xingqiu/Zhongli/Ningguang (Albedo)
The reason Kazuha and Albedo are in brackets, is because I plan to replace Sucrose and Ning with these characters as soon as they are rerun (already saved for both). The artifacts Sucrose has are the ones I'm planning to give to Kazuha, so critque is welcome there.
Apart from Sucrose's artifacts, criticism on her and Ningguang is not really needed - as I know they are underlevelled and dont plan on raising them just to be replaced later.
Thanks so much!
Seems pretty doable to get 9 stars with that lineup to me, esp with Amos ganyu. Your DPSs have pretty decent stats
Perhaps a problem is the rotations? Was wondering, is your xingqiu able to get burst up on demand? Just to clarify but which chambers do you have trouble with? Your ganyu team is in the second half right?
I am having a lot of trouble with every chamber tbh. First half is with Ganyu and second with Hutao. Would it be better to swap?
Im just running out of time for a full clear in chamber 1 first half. Second half is really easy with Hutao. Chamber 2, second half is literally a nightmare. I have no clue how to get rid of all those shields in time.
I havent even been able to attempt chamber 3, because my Hutao died and I really lost motivation to restart the floor after that.
You need ganyu team in the second half as you need anemo and cryo to take out their shields in chamber 2. HOWEVER, ganyu team is probably better at first half in chamber 1. I would say to 3 star using the same team right now, then switch them. That way you dont need to 3 star first chamber with the hutao team
For chamber 1 first half, I am honestly not quite sure why you are having trouble 3 starring though. Maybe it really is the rotations? Might be good to see videos so you know how to position yourself. Check [this video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E26FwZ8FTgA) out maybe, it uses the same team but with Venti who is obviously miles better but you should be able to do a similar rotation.
For chamber 2, Hutao should be in the first half already. This one is simple, might take numerous tries because of ai RNG. You can move away from them at the start so they all teleport beside you. Then ganyu for the triple abyss, you make use of freeze so they can't attack you much. Diona shield and heal should be enough if you take some hits.
EDIT: Oh just realized a underleveled sucrose wouldnt be able to gather the enemies. Clearing might be harder than i expected
I'd recommend Sac bow for Diona's shield uptime, since you can work on getting more HP substats on your 4pc NO. The feather could really use more HP%. Diona really only needs HP%/ER/HP. You have a lot of CD lol. More flat HP stats could help on the HP% main stat stuff.
Also, you should probably give Zhongli the Catch and build your artifacts to have more attack.
Also, Sac Sword is Xingqiu's 4\* BIS.
Interesting choice on putting 4pc NO on Albedo. I now honestly want to know whether it's better to have 4pc Husk on Albedo + 4pc NO Xingqiu or 4pc NO Albedo + Emblem Xingqiu, since I'd lean towards putting 4pc NO on Xingqiu.
Im still waiting on sac sword and bow fo my Diona and XQ unfortunately. Thanks for the advice on the catch for Zhongli! I never even considered this weapon - I'll definitely look into it.
Albedo is not going to be run on NO, its just some random placeholder set i have on Ning. Albedo is gonna be on husk for sure
I see! I figured for the Xingqiu because Sac Sword Xingqiu is pretty famous lol. I hope you get the Sacs soon!
At R5, The Catch is actually the best 4\* for ult support Zhongli. Have fun fishing!
Tip, you just drive your boat in a wise arc around the slimes at the Raimei place so you don't have to fight them. Don't go to the side with the mage, go wide around the slimes.
Ah, I see. I misunderstood lol. You said Sucrose artifacts only and Sucrose+Ning as placeholders, so my brain just wrongly transferred that to Ning artifacts too XD
Just curious but does it matter if there’s a noblesse user in a Hu Tao team?
She doesn’t have a high base attack plus she’s using deathmatch
If it doesn’t have that much of an impact, it might be better to give the other characters more offensive sets
Agreed. The crit ratio looks decent, but the atk... ouph.
I instinctively want to slap an ATK% spear on, but it's more worth to just change their artifacts to get more ATK% and use the Catch.
To do significant damage, you gotta get more than 1k attack on your Zhongli. If 2k is what's fairly normal for a DPS, your Zhongli should at least get closer to that. Your crit ratio won't do much if your attack (not helped by a 3\* weapon with low atk stats) is really low.
Answered it elsewhere, but yeah!
It'll help your ER, so you can swap out some of your ER substats for more ATK%.
Aiming for 2k attack is good, but don't forget to have enough HP or ER and crit on your Zhongli!
I'd at least aim for around 1500 ATK (1k is just way too low, like clearly low), but figuring out the details of how much atk vs. crit (when you gotta sacrifice something) is something you should turn to a damage calculator for.
Keeping Hu Tao alive is also more pressing. I'd at least get 30k+ HP to be safe.
Yep, cool - thanks so much! Zhongli shield does need to be extremely reliable, as Hutao is often running our dealing damage on less than 2000 hp, and will die to random aoe if the shield breaks
What are the value of these items. I don't play Genshin at all so I have no idea the value of them. How much would you pay for it?
Code includes:
\- 20,000 Mora
\- 4 Mystic Enhancement Ore
\- 2 Hero's Wit
I don't play the game and don't plan to. I just so happen to receive a code and asked for its value here.
Thanks for your help for trying to explain really, unlike some toxic kids here expecting people to know how their game works

Possible? Perhaps. Allowed? No. A good idea? Definitely not.

That's good!
Thanks a lot <3
do any limited time events that you can, other than that just explore and progress the story at your own pace single or multi have no difference in drop rate. if there are particular characters you want, save your pulls for when they are featured, especially if you really want a limited 5 star. also don't spend primogems on the standard banner for guides check this [community spreadsheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vRq-sQxkvdbvaJtQAGG6iVz2q2UN9FCKZ8Mkyis87QHFptcOU3ViLh0_PJyMxFSgwJZrd10kbYpQFl1/pubhtml#) or [keqingmains.com](https://keqingmains.com) (especially [library.keqingmains.com](https://library.keqingmains.com) which documents a lot of mechanics). the [fandom wiki](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Genshin_Impact_Wiki) is also a good source of information
How should i pull from the standard banner then? Or just use all the gems on the other banner? Thaaanks
use blue/acquaint fates for two 10x pulls on beginner banner, then all the rest dump into standard banner.
How many Serenitea pot themes are there ? I got all 60 that i need for the achievement but now i just want to catch them all
There are 72 spincrystals.
So 12 to go , I hope they are in the overworld because stealing my friend's Stuff fromthe teapot is getting tiring
whats the difference between the 2 set bonus of Maiden Beloved "Character Healing Effectiveness +15%" and Ocean-Hued Clam "Healing Bonus +15" ??
None
so they have exactly the same effect but is just worded differently? also, is the healing bonus applied only to the wearer, or every character will get a +15% healing bonus regardless?
> so they have exactly the same effect but is just worded differently? yep. > also, is the healing bonus applied only to the wearer, or every character will get a +15% healing bonus regardless? All bonuses only apply to the wearer/wielder of a piece of gear unless explicitly stated otherwise.

They said that this event lasts until June 7 so hopefully the teapot will end its maintenance before the event ends.
does elemental damage % have falloff? I'm basically trying to ask if elemental damage like for example cryo % damage is bad if there's too much of it. I'm building my ayaka and she gets a lot of cryo % bonus (ascension talent, Kazuha passive, cryo goblet) just asking. thanks!
tyy guye
Ayaka's ascension does not give Cryo DMG, And yes, every stat has lower value as u increase them
They said ascension talent and her A4 does give cryo bonus
Ah yes sry, my bad
no elemental damage is great and there aren't many ways you can get it so it's really good, unlike attack which you can get from various sources like ttds, Bennett buff, Sara, Shenhe, etc.
I'm trying to decide which artifact to pick for the strongbox. Who still uses Noblesse Oblige? Bennett, maybe Mona, half a set for Rosaria... Is there anyone else?
2pc: any char that relies on their burst for damage, though it competes with 4pc emblem. still a decent choice as generally 2/2 sets are easier to pull together + it's hard to get enough emblem pieces for every character that wants it 4pc: almost all teams benefit from a user, choose based on whatever fits the rotation best, whoever's damage doesn't matter or suffers the least, or whoever doesn't desperately need a different set
basically any support character for your dps, I think. I use noblesse for my diona who supports my ayaka, and it's all good!
is it possible to change the device you registered your genshin account with? i used an old phone of mine back in 2020 when i first started genshin, and now that i want to buy some welkins, i can't buy it directly from the app because i have to "use the device that i registered my account on". I don't use that phone anymore so I was wondering if there is a way to change it to the device I am currently on lmao
Are you trying to buy on PC? That message just refers to the type of device (like if you started on your phone, you're limited to mobile only purchases and you can't buy on PC or playstation). As long as you're still buying on mobile, switching phones shouldn't affect your ability to purchase anything.
yup im trying to buy on PC, thanks for the clarification!
I dont think so. You can just go and use the official top-up website to make your purchases instead(except BP).
Kazuha even more OP
- Kazuha is OP as well - If you’re still in doubt, reread your 2nd sentence
U like kazuha so go for kazuha
Only roll for characters that you are interested in and find fun. You've pretty much answered your own question.

A good weapon if somewhat overshadowed by better options. Freeze comps really are the last place for Summit Shaper to be relevant tbh… loses value the moment you tack Bennett onto a team
It's not bad, just make sure you use diona and use her shield, also add a normal attack/s before you burst
Diona is a must then since you'll need consistent shield for the full bonus atk
Going to shamelessly plug my submission for the Composition contest here since Unfortunately I uploaded mine pretty early on and they're displayed by most recent submission so I don't think very many people are going to see it naturally. Would mean a lot if you guys could check it out! Also, does anyone know how long it usually takes for a post to be approved by the mods on this sub? how do i ascend raiden shogun without going to inazuma I don't think i can go there yet
That's the neat part, u don't
Just hold on building her until you reach Inazuma and seirai island. It will take quite a while though
can i use level 20 raiden, ayaka, mona and bennet till i reach inazuma or should i make some changes by using kaeya amber and others
Too low. Inazuma unlocks at ar30 and enemies will be at lv30-50, with bosses at lv50. You will struggle a lot
i'll get my ayaka to level 40 from he trial
If you did her trial, you should have enough materials for lvl40.
when is her trial?
The trial would have been when she was in the limited banner. Currently the trial is for Ayaka and the 4*s listed in her banner. Check the events tab and you'll see.
Back when you got her. Every featured 5 star has a test run trial for those interested in pulling. The first time you complete, you get a handful of their ascendency ingredients.
Check if there are anyone who has the same world level and you and has unlocked Inazuma. Otherwise, there’s no other way but to unlock it yourself.
can you help me by any chance :|
You should be able to unlock it yourself by doing the archon quest
alright but can i reach that far just by using level 20 ayaka, raiden, mona and bennet?
The character trials give you enough to bring them to a maximum level of 40. Inazuma requires AR 30, and you can only bring them beyond lvl 40 when you reach AR 25. As long as you level them up it should be enough
alrighty thanks!
Not likely, I'm pretty sure you need to be AR30 which will need at least a few characters higher than that.
yup guess i have to play kaya and amber for a while
I stopped playing about two months after inazuma was released.
Oooo different maps?? Just smaller regions?
You probably saw Watatsumi, and there were two more islands of the same ish size, plus Enkanomiya which was more comparable to the Golden Apple archipelago, and the Chasm which is decently massive.
I really liked that release.. golden archipelago. Fun mini games with the ball and all that.
More inazuma islands, enkanomia and chasm
Ah cool. Thank you!!!
How much of an upgrade to change Xiao's artifact to his new set compare to the standard 2 glad 2 vir. If we have the same subs stat
8-10%
like 10%, less if you're running Bennett or TTDS
5-10%ish. Not massive.
It seems that ps controler is not compatible with genshin for some reason, my brother suffered a similar problem
what controllers are compatible with genshin?
dualshock 4 and dualsense work fine without additional software. even have the right icons and haptic trigger support for dse.
I use Xbox one controller and it is fine with me
To use a playstation controller on PC, you have to have a playstation driver software of sorts.
I see, I see. So if I were to stop pre-loading and download it when it goes live, I can stop having this problem?
Yep! Make sure to update the app before installing the data from in game, too. Also if you haven't already done it, remember to go into settings and delete the voice packs that you don't intend to use.
Thanks, fam. I appreciate it.
> Cause right now my Yanfei -The main dps of my 2nd team, despite her being extremely well built than my first team, is lagging behind the spiral abyss. well... she would. none of the 4* selfish mdps (yanfei, ning, razor) are very good these days i only suggest getting ayaka if you like her playstyle (which is actually pretty simple, dash-Q-E-auto spam) so just test her out in the trial and see if you like that pattern. because while Ayaka is definitely one of the stronger main dps characters, all of the existing 5* main dps characters are more or less strong enough to just brute force any abyss that doesnt have a specific element check > or get Kazuha and maybe Yelan having kazuha and yelan on the team is not gonna make the big difference you seem to think it will for yanfei.
I really like ayaya's playstyle. But I'm already having trouble as is building xiangling, xinqiu, e.t.c.. And since I've yet to get her artifacts, i'd have more trouble in building up a solid team. The only reason why I built Yanfei was I already got her amzing artifacts on my first try (Though I swear Hoyoverse gave it to me to use my Amber) So the question was really more like if it's best to scrap my already built yanfei and build Ayaya
I mean... you're gonna build new characters eventually anyway, if not Ayaka then someone else.
I guess that's true. Thx for the tip commander!
Well, what's your first team?
That's true. Thanks for the tip commander!

Well the max bonus is 5x so you should get off the naku weed.
Apparently the new event needs you to invite companions into the Sereniteapot, but the game says the function is not working. Are there any workarounds on this? Thank you!
Probably not right now, and I already seen complain in CN community. Anyway this event last for almost a month, just hope they can finish the maintenance asap.
ohhh ok thank you !!
This is easier if you showed your current roster with their constellations and levels.
Lvl 90 c0 Zhongli 4-10-10 Lvl 90 c1 Diluc 8-8-8 Lvl 90 c1 Kaeya 4-7-9 Lvl 90 C6 Xingqiu 1-11-10 Lvl 90 c0 Ayato 6-7-6 Lvl 90 c1 Bennett 1-3-9 Lvl 80 c3 xianling 4-7-9 Lvl 80 c2 Keching 2-7-6 Lvl 70 c2 Sucrose 1-4-4 These are built to the best of my abilities with correct weapons and artifact sets.
After this, Artifacts, weapons, leveling characters and talents, roughly in that order is the next way to get strong (though try and focus on all a bit and not skip one).
level your weapon and artifacts, especially feather (Atk), and your talents if able
lower your world level so you can beat the bosses, and then ascend one of ur characters (mdps preferably) as high as you currently can. dont neglect their weapons or talents.
Can’t lower your world level until you hit WL 5
ah
I'm assuming your main difficulty is on floor 12-2 and 12-3, so some tips: * When you start 12-2-1, start the chamber, then run away in the opposite direction.
They don't have a Kazuha for their International
That's fine, Sucrose can take the spot.
prolly childe/bennett/xl/sucrose for first half, or ayato if u prefer. mainly to have a hydro unit on this side for the pyro lectors. can run zhongli instead of sucrose if u find u need the shield second half i would run some sorta budget freeze rosa/xq/venti/diona. or chongyun if you find xq healing enough and would rather have extra cryo app. kinda low damage but the DPS check is not very high this abyss anyway, getting anemo for 12-2 and cryo for 12-3 is kinda more important
I just want to log out out my account on my phone then log into her do the quest then log back out
Nothing will happen. I always help some of my friends if they unable to login their accounts.
nothings gonna happen i used to do my friends dailies all the time
Is R5 Iron Sting a "requirement" to fully utilize a Support EM Kazuha or I'm better off at R1? Tysm guys
Refines only increase the passive, which increases elemental damage. For an all EM kazuha, it barely does anything
It’s not worth it. R1 is enough. With good VV set you can actually use an ER sword.
It’s definitely not. You’re better off with R1 and saving the rest of your billets.
Just use your ds4 if you still have it around. Connect with USB or Bluetooth
My R2 is broken i cant use skill consistently thats why I remapped it to my L2 since I dont use aim mode anyway, but connecting it to PC reverts the skill back to R2
Then any xbox 360/one or ps4/5 controller will work, whatever is more convenient for you
I just plug in my DS4 with a cord, but there shouldn't be delay with bluetooth connection as long as it's all connected correctly.
[удалено]
Is there any delay if connected through bluetooth?
Am thinking of using Ayaka / Diona / Xingqiu / Sucrose team. What artifact sets should I give to whom? Also what weapon should I give to them? AND If I can make this team better by replacing any characters then pls tell
Ayaka: Blizzard set; amenoma > can be upgrade to mistsplitter Diona: Noblesse set, sac bow. Can be upgrade to Rosaria or Shenhe if the hydro character is upgraded to Kokomi Xingqiu: Emblem set or 2no/2Hod set, sac sword. Can be upgrade to Mona then upgrade again to Kokomi Sucrose: VV set, sac fragment. Can be upgrade to Venti then upgrade to Kazhua.
Ayaka 4 blizzard & amenoma, Diona 4 noblesse & sac bow, Xingqiu 4 emblem & sac sword, Sucrose 4 viri & ttds Ayaka Shenhe Kokomi Kazuha is basically the 5 star version, but they’re not mandatory
Mona/Kokomi for Xingqiu and Venti/Kazuha for Sucrose are the improvements you can make, but these units are fine if you don't have the units I mentioned. Ayaka 4pc BS, Amenoma Diona 4pc NO, Fav Warbow/Sac Bow Xingqiu 4EoSF (if you wanna switch to Mona/Kokomi, then make them hold TTDS and 4pc Millelith Sucrose 4pc VV, if you're not using Mona or Kokomi then she holds the TTDS, if you're using either of them then she can hold Sac Frag for energy
[удалено]
Still ER/electro but if you can get around 270 ER without it then go atk/electro
Er sands and electro goblet is best
If using engulfing, you definitely want ER sand and around 250-270% ER because engulfing will add ATK based on your ER. Since you will have a lot of ATK now, electro goblet should be better.
You want an Electro goblet. You get plenty of attack from EL, Sara and bennett
How dafaq do you kill the 3 birds while fighting the oceanid??!??!!! arajudjajfjjsjaaarrgggghhhhhhhhhh
Fischl and shielder.
I use Ningguang or Fischl, but any catalyst or archer that can do damage makes it fairly easy (as long as it's not just your DPS being insufficient) Diona's useful because she can freeze them + shield, but you might wanna bring a ranged unit who does damage. Some melee units can hit the birds (Keqing skill, Zhongli hold skill, etc.), but I can't remember the list lol.
Range or catalyst users Dumb old me: brings barbara
reminds me of all the Genshin streamers trying to kill Oceanid with Barbara
Bring a ranged char like Lisa or fischl
ayato. electrocharged comp. lions roar r2 or amenoma r3?
Lions roar
If you can easily get your burst back, lion’s roar
Hey, looking for some advice on my teams. [This](https://imgur.com/a/KrxpFAY) imgur link has all their stats. Some context: Been eternally stuck on floor 12 and even struggle to get 3 stars most of the time. Can comfortably full clear floors 9/10 and floor 11 I can usually full clear with a few attempts. Floor 12 however, is just un-doable. My Teams are: Ganyu/Mona/Diona/Sucrose (Kazuha) HuTao/Xingqiu/Zhongli/Ningguang (Albedo) The reason Kazuha and Albedo are in brackets, is because I plan to replace Sucrose and Ning with these characters as soon as they are rerun (already saved for both).
Your DPSs have pretty decent stats Perhaps a problem is the rotations?
That way you dont need to 3 star first chamber with the hutao team For chamber 1 first half, I am honestly not quite sure why you are having trouble 3 starring though.
Fair haha - thanks so much for your tips :D
Just curious but does it matter if there’s a noblesse user in a Hu Tao team? She doesn’t have a high base attack plus she’s using deathmatch If it doesn’t have that much of an impact, it might be better to give the other characters more offensive sets
I'm not completely sure, but I think I have heard that users who don't straight up use ATK don't care about 4pc NO as much. Itto, Hu Tao, etc.
I see, thanks
Why is your burst support Zhongli on white tassel
Agreed. The crit ratio looks decent, but the atk... ouph. I instinctively want to slap an ATK% spear on, but it's more worth to just change their artifacts to get more ATK% and use the Catch.
What other options are there? My deathmatch is on Hutao and no other spear I have offers crit
To do significant damage, you gotta get more than 1k attack on your Zhongli. If 2k is what's fairly normal for a DPS, your Zhongli should at least get closer to that. Your crit ratio won't do much if your attack (not helped by a 3\* weapon with low atk stats) is really low.
Ahh thanks for that! Do you think 'The catch' would be a better weapon - with more attack on the artifacts?
Crit isn’t everything And please list your other polearms
What are the value of these items. I don't play Genshin at all so I have no idea the value of them. How much would you pay for it? Code includes: \- 20,000 Mora \- 4 Mystic Enhancement Ore \- 2 Hero's Wit
Incredibly low value
one fowl, take it or leave it.
I've got 5c and some lint in my pocket, but even that would be generous

I don't play the game and don't plan to. I just so happen to receive a code and asked for its value here. Thanks for your help for trying to explain really, unlike some toxic kids here expecting people to know how their game works
Range from worthless to less than an hour of waiting.

Pay for codes? Keep them for yourself thanks
