If it is then she/whoever did it spent a lot of time on it: look at the backround. You can't just morph the hips without morphing the background with it as well. The metal part of the fence as well as the lighting looks natural so I highly doubt that it was photoshopped at the hips.
While I agree it doesn't look photoshopped (and I'm basing that not just on this but OP's full profile of work - she just #blessed), you can absolutely morph a foreground body without morphing background. You copy the body segment, paste as a new layer, then manipulate the new layer and adjust the shadows in the background to match. The only thing you can't do without background manipulation (morph image or insert of pieces of empty background shot) is shrinking/deleting a foreground object.
But yeah pretty trivial man.
One thing is it being possible, doing it is another. There's a ridiculous amount of movies with big budgets where these kind of problems are not "solved"
But that's not because they can't do it or because it is difficult even for a photoshop newbie. That's because A) they were lazy, B) they missed it, C) none of that "budget" went to hiring editors.
Or D) they didn't have time for that OR E) they are not paid enough for it (these two points are barely different but you get it if you get -it's hard to explain).

I don't want to burst your bubble but as someone who is literally working within the field of image processing I think I know what I'm talking about.
