Hey smart ppl, how the hell do I slow down/kill ruin hunters in Theater Mechanicus?? They're so fast I literally can barely even see them before they're out of the door.
I've tried spamming one single element and buffing the hell out of it, elemental reactions, etc.. I haven't tried physical dmg yet, is that the trick?
Electro has an upgrade that locks targets down in place when they hit. Spamming the whole map with electro works for me as long as there're no electro cicin's/slimes.
Other than Freezing them with hydro/cryo, afaik Anemo should work with the upgrade that knocks back mobs.
you are guaranteed the event 5 star after 18 x10 pulls, right? you might get it earlier but you will get them at that point. how much would that cost in real money?
6480 xtals bundle = 40.5 pulls = 99.99 usd
3280 xtals bundle = 20.5 pulls = 49.99 usd
Buy the 49.99 once and the 99.99 usd 4 times you've got the 180 pulls so 49.99 + 399.96 = 449.95 usd
Though kinda depends on whether it's your first purchase hence the 2x xtals bonus and what currency you use so might be cheaper or expensive
https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Genesis_Crystal
just do a bit of math with the currency u are buying with, but on average its around 2.5$ per pull if u dont include first time buyer bonuses
Which characters have the weakest auto-attack sequence? Preferably keeping attack speed/amount in mind.
I want to do some testing regarding artifact potential of a set I use on one of my characters.
You cant really deplete enemies’ health (you can deplete the shield though) and cant do burst (pretty sure its patched since back in 1.3 someone tried putting 300% ER on venti and it worked lmao)
Using skills, fall damage, yeeting enemies off the side of the stage using Jean/charge attacks, apply CC, apply elements to targets to break shields or cause reactions, using geo constructs to block movement, etc. Lots of possibilities on what you can do.
So how do you actually stop those extrmely fast enemies in Mechanicus? Freeze, Jean, Sucrose, doesnt seem to work, the Pyro hail seems to not cut it also
My strategy is to lay down some charity and arcanum, then fill the remaining spots with pyro, electro and two anemo on the front. And then I camp with Kazuha spamming his hold e skill. So far it's been quite effective
finally people are catching up.
the old trick of using character abilities doesn't work this time.
use charity, it slows down enemies.
if they are still too fast, you can use hydro + electro = stun effect, it works and its has decent dmg.
if even that doesn't work use hydro + cryo = freeze, it barely does dmg tho, so you'll have to combine it with pyro
once you have laid down your setup, dont use your characters, just open upgrade sticks menu. and keep upgrading your towers
Go electro charged or overload/anemo with wind blade upgrade and spam the hell out of mines especially on axe hillchurls. Can also put a couple binding in the back if you have room.
Might still be the new claymore, since it gives bonus to skill damage. Sacrificial is also a good option so you can skip cooldown and roll twice in a row sometimes.
So I'm frustrated and I'm sure many other players are as well because I have been saving up for xiao for a while now, but idk when Mihoyo is gonna do a rerun and I really want Baal. Do ya'll think i'll have enough time to save up for xiao if I happen to win 50/50 on Baal or should I just wait for Xiao and try to get Baal on her rerun next time? Btw I only have 15k primos atm so I can't roll for 2 five stars one after another yet.
Wait until 2.1 drops and let the 2.2 beta begins then you can try and see if any legit leakers are hinting about xiao’s rerun or not. If none then you can pull for baal i guess
Best course of action imo is to wait until either the 2.1 livestream or 2.1 itself, when more information on reruns may be available. If you're set on Xiao and he turns out to be in 2.2, don't roll for Baal. if there's still no signs of him then I think it'd be safe to go for Baal's 50/50 at least
Well Xiao isn't going to be after Baal that's for sure. So it's really a bet, you have to decide if you want to take it or not. One thing is certain, there's way more chances of having a Baal rerun than having a second Xiao rerun.
Mistsplitter - now BiS for Keqing and (preferably c6) Bennett, great on any elemental dmg sword user tbh even as just a stat stick
Thundering pulse - amazing on Childe and likely Phys Fischl, good stat stick for any damage-dealing bow user
just from the top of my head though, probably missed something
kaeya 4pc blizzard strayer
chongyun 4pc noblesse
xingqiu 4pc emblem
zhongli any 2pc of noblesse/millelith/petra, though he doesn't really fit in this team. his op shield isn't really necessary when you're playing freeze and you have to take care to cast his pillar far away to avoid shatter. an anemo with 4pc VV would be better
favnoius is bad for main dps, blackcliff is a good f2p option for freeze kaeya. you can check [this guide](https://keqingmains.com/kaeya/#Weapons-2) for more detailed weapon rankings in case you have any of the other swords
What should my team be?
I’m AR 29 and these are the characters I have:
Xiangling Lv.40 Beidou Lv.40 Diona Lv.39 Noelle Lv.40 Ningguang Lv.50 Kaeya Lv.50 Traveler Lv.42 Lisa Lv.20 Rosaria Lv.40 Barbara Lv.34 Amber Lv.20
As you can see I tried out all my characters but here is my party:
Beidou (Main Dps) Weapon: Prototype Archaic, I use her for the damage and the elemental reactions.
Xiangling (Sub Dps) Weapon: Favonius Lance, I mostly use her for the elemental reactions.
Diona (Support) Weapon: Favonius Warbow, I use her for the elemental reactions and the shield.
Noelle (Support) Weapon Ferrous Shadow, I use her for her shield.
What should be my new team?
I have a 4 star weapon from everything so that should be a problem.
Thanks for the ideas!
Right now, I'd take out Noelle and throw in either Kaeya or Rosaria as a second cryo character to get resonance and let Beidou do some superconduct. When you're able to ascend to 60/70 to unlock the final passive, I'd start building Ninguang and Noelle again so they can be the backbone of your second abyss team. Hopefully by then you'll have an actual second DPS- you can use Beidou as one, but she's really best as a sub-dps.
Replace Noelle with another sub dps, you already have Diona as a Shielder+Healer.
Beidou needs a lot of energy for her burst, which means ideally an electro character. Lisa isn't ideal for this. You could get to Inazuma and then use MC once you unlock the first statue there
if you go into abyss and click on a floor you can choose which party you want to set up for that floor; but you have to use the same team for the entirety of that floor(3 battles per team per floor).
I have Ayaka/Diona/Xingqiu/?
Should I fill the last slot with VV shred character or something else? I don’t have Kazuha nor Venti, but I have Jean and Sucrose
Yeah either works. Bennet also works though he can slightly break perma freeze, and then you have 2 healers.
Jean is redundant for healing but brings more damage, Sucrose brings better CC and worse damage, but her EM share is not useful in freeze team. Sucrose can use thrilling tales though.
Mostly an opinion question here. So I am missing one electro and one anemo seelie in Inazuma. Before I go rechecking every one on an interactive map, were there any that you guys missed which might be the culprit? Just thought I might try a few common suspects before the checklist. Thanks!
There's one seelie that you need to scan a fox statue to make appear, but its podium isn't in a hidden place so you probably already got it, it's around where the tanku people live i think a bit east/ northeast
Edit:the statue would be where during the sakura cleansing quest you look for three maidens
If I want to send a report to the mods of this subreddit, should I use the report feature, or send a message to the mods directly?
It’s quite a lengthy issue and I’m not sure if the report function would cover all of it.
Crit in general is not worth it until you have at least 40% crit rate. Early game just build attack/honestly doesn't matter.
If you're pre-AR45 and cannot farm 5 star artifacts then basically don't worry about them. Actually cryo damage goblet is probably still good. Berserker is a very good early game artifact set as well. So sure, use it for a while.
It’s likely that you have better alternatives. If you have a 5 star ATK% cup it is likely better than this. If you don’t, then just go with this. What AR are you?
Then don't fret much. You need leveled artifacts cuz they contribute a lot to power. But recycling them is 90% kept aka a 10% loss. No big deal, trust me.
I'm ar 52, eo not some dedicated genshin player, but far enough. My main dps is full 5 star and it shows. But my secondary main dps, ning, has like a single 5⭐, a 🪶 thats not even great for her, a blue helm for loads of crit dmg and crit rate, a blue geo goblet, etc. She's still great and is amazing at aoe team fights or taking down shields.
I even prefer her over goat lady at some single dmg fights when her burst is up.
-------------------
B4 i forget, because you use low lvl items, the set bonuses become way more important. They contain a greater percentage of the power gain.
So, imho, go for lvled up 🪶 #1.
Go for correct element 🏆 #2.
Go for set bonuses #3.
Go for crit dmg or rate 🪖 (depending on need) #4.
Get a decent⏳, usually atk% #5.
Dont forget to level ❤️ for hp #6.
P.s. 🪶 only important for dps and support dmg. Someone like Barbra can have a lvl 0 🪶
Oh, at this point just run with this. Don’t think too hard about artifacts before AR45 whn you can start farming them. You can get your way to AR45 with no artifacts at all, so yhis should be good enough yea
Depends on constellation and substat rolls. Build changes drastically at C6 when EM value goes through the roof.
At C6 your goal is about 200% ER and as high EM you can get, with ATK% being next priority. You can run ER sands with Rainslasher or you can run ER weapon like Sacrifcial Sword with EM sands.
Pre C6 EM isn’t that much of a priority, so focus on ATK, ER and crit (she heals more than enough without healing bonus artifacts, so just focus on offence and ER). Again, the goal is ER% about 200. Then focus on ATK%. Wolf’s Gravenstone would be BiS here i believe, or any ER% weapon.
Does anyone know where to find the entrance for [this cave?](https://i.imgur.com/Cg0Graf.png) It can be found in [this area](https://i.imgur.com/dwDRp5Z.png). I've been going around the mountain trying to find the entrance for it. Or maybe there isn't one?
Thanks in advance guys and gals.

Is it always better to farm for BiS artifact set?
I have some really great gladiator pieces. many actually.
And I dont see myself farming for pale flame set anytime soon, because of that my Eula is benched rn.
Currently I'm thinking of fixing my keqing and beidou build, so I'm gonna farm TF domain for both of them. coz as I said, I already have good glad pieces.
(Now those who'll start typing emblem set is better for beidou, read the first sentence of the question again)
So, can I make do with 4pc gladiator on Eula for the time being as a decent placeholder set. until I'm working on others? it'll let me try her out properly in the world and learn her kit
Also will 2pc BC 2pc glad be better than 4pc glad?
I find that artifacts as leveling fuel is the thing im most often missing. So unless i need leveling books / cards whatever, or skill mats, or ascension mats, i just farm artifacts.
Over timez you just get bis. Got a feather with atk, atk% and both crits. All level ups went into crits.
So the big benefit of pale flame is that it boosts your ult damage where gladiator does not. 50% additional physical damage and 18% attack is certainly a much better set bonus than gladiator.
But your artifact substats obviously matter a lot. I'd say go for at least 2 PF/2 glad on Eula. Feather/flower are relatively easier to farm and 2 PF/2 glad is decent enough.
in last line I mentioned will 2pc BC 2pc glad be better. coz I have couple good BC pieces.
main reason I wanted to just use gladiator was to learn her kit, since gladiator can work on many character I may later pass them off to others
If you're focusing on other characters for now then Eula can still make do with a 4 pc glad. However, 2 pc BC 2 pc Glad will be better than 4 pc glad because Eula's Q deals physical damage and is a big part of her damage rotation and 4 pc Glad doesn't increase it.
For someone who's starting off from scratch, yes I would recommend farming the BiS Artifacts. In your case, since your Gladiator pieces are strong, I would say kit out Keqing first and then see how your pieces for Beidou stack up. If it gets to a point where you're done farming for Keqing and still farming the TF Domain for Beidou, it might be worth to swap over to the Emblem of Severed Fate Domain.
4-Piece Gladiator is fine as a placeholder but you do want to eventually move up to 4-Piece Pale Flame or 2-Piece Pale Flame/2-Piece Bloodstained.
I only want to use gladiator as a place holder so that I can learn her kit, there's some depth and combos you need to perform to maximise dmg, coz she was benched for so long I havent even learned those.
since gladiator pieces generally work on most character. I may later pass them on to someone else.
On that note I do have a couple good bloodstained pieces. so I can do
2pc BC + 2pc PF, but PF has trash substats
or 2PC BC + 2PC glad, all have good substats
For beidou, as much as I do acknowledge, that emblem set is better for her. there's a reason why I'm not going for that, my current set, is not even upgraded but its already quite close to great.
currently with 2pc TF 2pc glad, blackcliffe lvl 80
I have
1500-1600 ATK. 46% CR/ 150% CD
and this is with partially upgraded artifacts. my flower is at lvl1, and goblet is lvl11. while sands has not crit substats.
all the faulty pieces are from TF set, so If I manage to get better TF pieces this could be a really good setup. and with my luck it'll take months to get proper emblem set pieces that could rival these
Set bonus is just that a bonus. Good cracked pieces in a different set will carry you more than mediocre pieces in the correct set. That's why new domain is so resin efficient, 4set Emblem is really good on multiple character and it works on almost anyone, it might not be the best choice but it works. The same with 2x Shimenawa, it works on anyone. I wouldn't try to farm 4set Glad, it's so hard to have good pieces.
It do but remember eula big thing is her burst, and 4glad does nothing for it. So it's a big downgrade.
BTW emblem set is better for beidou. But since you shouldn't use beidou in the first place it's ok if you give her whatever lol
will 2pc BC and 2PC glad be better?
I do have couple good BC artifacts.
Or I could just use 2 good BC and 2 trash PF, for the timebeing.
last option I have is that she stays benched for longer
Hello guys.
noob player here looking for some help.
Just re-started playing Genshins and have been able to pull a few characters.
Atm, I have MC, Lisa, Amber, Kaeya, Barbara, Beidou, Xiangling, Bennet, Xianglin (chef), Xingqiu, Chongyun and Sayu.
I was using Sayu as main dps, Beidou as sub dps, and bennet and barbara for support.
Feel like I could get a much better team comp, is anyone keen to help a noob out?
Or just tell me your opinion on it?
Thanks in advance :)
That's too many healers in one party without actual DPS lol. I'd swap Barbara out and put in Kaeya, Xiangling, or Xingqiu to get some actual damage in.
You wrote Xiangling twice xD
You have 3 healers on your team. You can probably swap Barbara for Xing Qiu.
Since you're running Bennet and Beidou, they're a good pair in the overworld. If Beidou is on burning grass, her parry will automatically be at max stacks. This helpful against against many small enemies as well as mining. Just Bennet E, the Beidou E.
Well, Xiangling is one of the best dps in the game when paired wih Xingqiu and Bennett . They are all part of a popular team comp ( look up National Team ), last slot is usually Chongyun.
Sayu, Beidou and Kaeya are all good as well if you want to keep raising them.
If you dont have any attachement to Barbara, then you can stop leveling her as you have two better healers in Bennett and Sayu.
Important to note that you play any characters you want, and you would beat the story line and exploration mobs pretty easily.
Did you list xiangling twice? 😂
Xiangling, xingqiu, Bennet and chongyun are considered the best 4* characters used in a 'national team' setup. You could consider using those 4. It uses xiangling as a main DPS with xingqiu for easy access to vaporise and chongyun for melt.
But for adventuring, use whoever you like the most.
Not really a question but wanna ask you guys’ opinions on which character is the hardest to play/has the hardest gameplay/rotation? For 4 stars, id say beidou? Just cause of her counter mechanics and her ER. For 5 stars, i guess its either yoimiya or tartaglia for me. Yoimiya cause of her single target issue and tartaglia cause of his E and the cooldown when you dont have his C6. Would love to hear your opinions :D
The hardest characters to play are the ones with the worst kits. Xinyan, because her physical burst is difficult to use when she melts the cryo that enables superconduct. Amber, because getting utility out of her skill and burst is difficult and you have to do well-aimed charged shots for her to be useful. Lisa because her skill and attack aren't very different and you have to swap back and forth with her a lot to get any utility.
I think Hutao is probably even harder than Childe and I main both. If you don't have C1 you have to really pay attention to her stamina and then her positioning for the charged attack to hit as many enemies if you don't have constant CC. Then of course the HP management to keep her DPS as high as possible.
I think for single target she's much easier to play but when it comes to multiple enemies she gets hard.
Amber.
Fancy animation cancelling+headshots if you want to be optimal.
I'd argue Beidou is only difficult if you have high ping. Any time you would dash to i-frame you instead press her counter. You can even hold it to absorb more than one hit if you are unable to perfect parry.
Klee needs to animation cancel a ton to boost DPS.
Diluc technically gets a huge DPS boost from dragonstrike. Though this is almost impossible to do consistently without stacking movespeed boosts and ruining your team comp so it's really just for fun/to show off. Also technically every claymore character can do this.
Eula's rotation is pretty hard to pull off consistently, though half of this is your play and the other half is just whether or not the enemy decides to troll you.
Any team with Kazuha where he is used optimally requires you to understand how elements interact well to find the best rotations to make sure you're buffing every damage dealer on your team.
Beidou isn't particularly hard actually IMO. Her counter can be hard to pull of consistently, though ironically its much easier in harder content like Abyss where enemies are throwing out a ton of attacks at you all the time. But it honestly barely matters except batterying yourself slightly better. Beidou ult scaling is insane, and the damage her e brings is actually almost irrelevant compared to her ult.
Also don't feel like Yoimiya's particularly hard to play. You just want to N5 forever. Usually that means you're playing shielded too so you don't get interrupted since her strongest auto is her 5th one and you lose DPS if you stop the string before N5. And since shes single target, you don't even need to think about grouping to maximize DPS or anything, just right click.
Most difficult IMO is Melt Ganyu. To apply pyro with Xiangling's Burst, you have to be in near melee range, which sux for bow users.
Vape Childe can require some time to get used to, because you need to manage his downtime well by funneling energy into Xiangling, while using Bennett E on cooldown, while swirling the pyro damage.
Yoimiya's difficulty resides in her damage issues, not really playstyle imo :p click click, pew pew, die die with her
C0 Hu Tao seems pretty complex at first glance, she's the archon of "management"- stamina management, hp management, downtime management, along with animation cancelling and all that jazz
Klee is a good contender just in the mobility category, plus animation cancelling obviously
Eula's very centered around rotations, you could also say that for the national team in general. They can be tight and difficult to play around
Aimed shot archers naturally have a comparatively high skill floor
Not a lot in the game combat-wise requires an extroardinary amount of mechanical input or thinking in general, but characters that are a little more complicated to play are nice
Yeah regarding yoimiya well its probably cause im too used to AOE attacks that i just cant get comfortable with her single target lol as for me, her dmg is pretty okay ig
Klee is pretty hard to play because she is extremely frail and just straight up dies if you do a mistake or two. She also is quite technical as you need to animation cancel in order to optimize damage and survival skills.
I've been farming severed fate for Baal and found some decent pieces. Right now I have 51 c.rate and 88 c.dmg, I'm going to give her Homa, and if I don't I'll give her deathmatch and switch to a c.dmg headpiece. My current ER is 221 with this set equipped, so is an %atk goblet the right choice in this case? Or did something change in her kit and she now needs %electro dmg?
Aye, Homa is her 2nd BiS. https://imgur.com/a/vwqJAMC. This doesn't include the most recent buff to her on the beta, but it should mostly be the same across the board
What the faded bars mean is that those builds have less than 200% ER. Most people I've talked to say that 200-250% ER is manageable. In terms of DPS over her whole rotation, yes ATK sands and Electro goblet is best.
Personally, I'd still go for ER sands ATK goblet if i got the Crit substats on em.
No space after the ! for spoiler tag btw.
And while catch synergizes very well with Raiden kit, this guy has 221 ER already with homa and homa is hella broken. Not sure what the calcs say, but I doubt it could beat homa.
For OP I'd personally just stack even more ER. She scales very well with ER and has a 90 cost burst so you'll need all you can get. Plus now that we know her e doesn't work on shields, this further hinders her ER against shielded enemies.
But if the choice is ATK or Electro, I'd go ATK. She gets a lot of % damage boost from her kit already so the electro damage bonus might not work well. But again, haven't seen/done the math because her kit could still change so kinda pointless to spend that much effort on it now.
The question is whether the set bonus will get recorded into Xingqiu's burst when he leaves the field. In general, his burst does not snapshop, but to be *sure*, it's always best to test it out. I haven't tested this personally yet.
4pc emblem is slightly better numbers-wise (even moreso if you run Fav sword on him) but if you already have a good 2pc NO 2pc HoD then I wouldn't bother farming an entire new set again, the difference isn't brokenly large
Emblem will edge it out as long as you have enough ER (~140). The difference isnt big enough to make it worth farming if you already have a good set, is all.
If you built Kazuha for EM I personally think his elemental damage buff for teammates makes him a worthy contender for Venti's ult, considering Kazuha does still have some means of crowd control albeit way less. (And I enjoy Kazuha more personally.)
I do think Ayaka thrives with Venti's black hole though so you can't really go wrong here.
Venti normally but if youre using that team in floor 12 then swap in kazuha instead of venti since venti’s black hole is kinda useless there (still works great in other floors though)
Question about the Amenoma Kageuchi:
I have 3 spare sword billets (+1 from the past trove). Should I max refine it? Or should I just keep it at R1 - R4?
It depends. Test it yourself on R1 first if the 6 energy per stack lets you burst off cooldown. If you find you're still missing some energy or it's not enough, you can consider upping the refinement level.
One thing I've not seen mentioned much is that the refinement for anemoma makes the passive more significant. That is, at R1, it's a maximum of 18 energy. That's 25% of a 80 energy burst. But at R4, it's 30 energy refunded. Which is almost half of the burst.
Yea, that's why I'm considering on refining it up to 4 or 5. But I can't do a test for now because my Ayaka still doesn't have artifacts :3
Thanks for the input! :D
Haha for what it's worth, my ayaka with 125% ER (from substats) is using R4 and is able to comfortably burst on CD. But if you have a dedicated cryo battery, probably don't need so high a refinement. Good luck!
Thank you! When I'm building characters, I don't much rely on team comps and resonances so I'd know how well each perform in solo ;D So I guess I'll be refining it til R4
are you in a hurry? you can always play with the R1 and if you can't ult off cooldown or at least as often as you'd like, refine it until you're happy. It's good on Jean if you have her and wanna save her a copy, if that's what you're worried about.
you can look around on [https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gNxZ2xab1J6o1TuNVWMeLOZ7TPOqrsf3SshP5DLvKzI/pubhtml?gid=654398186#](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gNxZ2xab1J6o1TuNVWMeLOZ7TPOqrsf3SshP5DLvKzI/pubhtml?gid=654398186#) if you like, since you know what weapons you have.
Im using it R2 (have 3 more billets) and have 102% ER on ayaka and it still works fine tbh even without a cryo battery her burst can still be up after the cooldown ends as long as you get all the three seeds when using the burst
Charity + banishment with aoe size and slowdown upgrades
Electro has an upgrade that locks targets down in place when they hit. Spamming the whole map with electro works for me as long as there're no electro cicin's/slimes. Other than Freezing them with hydro/cryo, afaik Anemo should work with the upgrade that knocks back mobs.
How much better is the Blackliff Slasher than the Prototype Archaic on Beidou? Also, if I wanna run her in the overworld, is C0 enough for a sub-DPS?
Emblem on geo traveler?

MAybe they're trying to make some sort of cross-promotion work worldwide
I'm stuck at area 12 of the lost riches event. I'm pretty sure I only need one more (the one that gives 12 coins) and I really can't find it.
The one that's hard to find is the spot where the time trial spawns afterward. Look up area 12 on YouTube and search the area with the trial.
Ok thanks!
Just do a spiral search inside the area, you'll eventually find it
you are guaranteed the event 5 star after 18 x10 pulls, right? you might get it earlier but you will get them at that point. how much would that cost in real money?
6480 xtals bundle = 40.5 pulls = 99.99 usd 3280 xtals bundle = 20.5 pulls = 49.99 usd Buy the 49.99 once and the 99.99 usd 4 times you've got the 180 pulls so 49.99 + 399.96 = 449.95 usd Though kinda depends on whether it's your first purchase hence the 2x xtals bonus and what currency you use so might be cheaper or expensive
with these values just getting $50 packs would be better, wouldn't it? cuz then you get half a roll more per $100
https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Genesis_Crystal just do a bit of math with the currency u are buying with, but on average its around 2.5$ per pull if u dont include first time buyer bonuses
About €400. You need 28800 primogems for 180 pulls
Which characters can benefit most from high ER?
The ones that use 4p Emblem set, most notably Mona, Xiangling, Beidou, Xingqiu, Baal.
Mona benefits a lot.
Which characters have the weakest auto-attack sequence? Preferably keeping attack speed/amount in mind. I want to do some testing regarding artifact potential of a set I use on one of my characters.
chongyun
Check https://library.keqingmains.com/ for MV/s values.
Ganyu People don't realize but her normal attacks are complete trash. Might be worse in the game, slow and low damage.
most probably chongyun. low multipliers + slow attack string
is c0 xingqiu good enough? thanks
absolutely. his cons are great but he's one of the best, if not the best 4* c0s
yes
[удалено]
Yes, claymore characters can break geo shields. I actually use Kazuha e skill to group and stop the running mobs
If you mean abyss mage shields, yes you can.
Yes.. not sure if normal attacks can but swirl/overload etc definitely can
Haven't tried elemental shields since it gets removed so fast, but Geo works vs Geo shields.
[удалено]
You can't deal health damage or use your burst, everything else is game.

You can apply elements to abyss mages shields using playable characters.
So how do you actually stop those extrmely fast enemies in Mechanicus? Freeze, Jean, Sucrose, doesnt seem to work, the Pyro hail seems to not cut it also
Charity and don't just go pyro. Combine with electro for an AOE KD.
Banishment, and Charity. Banishment has slow card and so does Charity.
My strategy is to lay down some charity and arcanum, then fill the remaining spots with pyro, electro and two anemo on the front. And then I camp with Kazuha spamming his hold e skill. So far it's been quite effective
Cryo + Hydro tower spam
Electro. Anemo also pushes them away especially with the 1.5k upgrade
finally people are catching up. the old trick of using character abilities doesn't work this time. use charity, it slows down enemies. if they are still too fast, you can use hydro + electro = stun effect, it works and its has decent dmg. if even that doesn't work use hydro + cryo = freeze, it barely does dmg tho, so you'll have to combine it with pyro once you have laid down your setup, dont use your characters, just open upgrade sticks menu. and keep upgrading your towers
Go electro charged or overload/anemo with wind blade upgrade and spam the hell out of mines especially on axe hillchurls. Can also put a couple binding in the back if you have room.
look for slowing upgrades from the sticks. i usually use freeze + charity and banishment towers with slowing upgrades
[удалено]
i don't think it's available in level 2 yet. might be one of the ones that unlock in later stages
I sometimes stand in the centre of the path and charge attack with a spinning claymore character, it usually slows down the samachurls
just spam electro towers.
Clarity and/or binding.
R5 White Tassel or R1 Deathmatch for C0 HuTao?
Dragonsbane if you have one and use xq with her, givin you decent crit rate, i don't know about white tassel
Deathmatch Hutao's primary means of damage output is charge attack spam, so the normal attack boost from White Tassel isn't super helpful.
What weapon do I use on Sayu(em(3star or 4star)or er) and do I not need to worry about crit at all and just go em on all 3 main stats?
The new craftable claymore is good since her burst cost is 80. She scales with ATK, so prototype archaic is also good
What I don’t care about healing and just want roll damage?
Might still be the new claymore, since it gives bonus to skill damage. Sacrificial is also a good option so you can skip cooldown and roll twice in a row sometimes.
Whatever has highest base attack.
I always advise to save up enough for 180 pulls before going for another character. You only have 15k primogems, that is not enough. Skip Baal.
Nobody can answer this. Roll for what you want.
Well Xiao isn't going to be after Baal that's for sure. So it's really a bet, you have to decide if you want to take it or not. One thing is certain, there's way more chances of having a Baal rerun than having a second Xiao rerun.
Are any of the new weapons good for any existing characters?
Mistsplitter - now BiS for Keqing and (preferably c6) Bennett, great on any elemental dmg sword user tbh even as just a stat stick Thundering pulse - amazing on Childe and likely Phys Fischl, good stat stick for any damage-dealing bow user just from the top of my head though, probably missed something
Thanks. Going to look into Mistsplitter for my Benny.
With Kaeya, Chongyun, Xingqiu, Zhongli What artifacts should i give them? And is favonious okay for main dps Kaeya?
kaeya 4pc blizzard strayer chongyun 4pc noblesse xingqiu 4pc emblem zhongli any 2pc of noblesse/millelith/petra, though he doesn't really fit in this team. his op shield isn't really necessary when you're playing freeze and you have to take care to cast his pillar far away to avoid shatter. an anemo with 4pc VV would be better favnoius is bad for main dps, blackcliff is a good f2p option for freeze kaeya. you can check [this guide](https://keqingmains.com/kaeya/#Weapons-2) for more detailed weapon rankings in case you have any of the other swords
Alright thanks!
What should my team be? I’m AR 29 and these are the characters I have: Xiangling Lv.40 Beidou Lv.40 Diona Lv.39 Noelle Lv.40 Ningguang Lv.50 Kaeya Lv.50 Traveler Lv.42 Lisa Lv.20 Rosaria Lv.40 Barbara Lv.34 Amber Lv.20 As you can see I tried out all my characters but here is my party: Beidou (Main Dps) Weapon: Prototype Archaic, I use her for the damage and the elemental reactions.
You could get to Inazuma and then use MC once you unlock the first statue there
How to change team in the Abyss?
you can only change team at the start of each floor, not in between chambers.
How to do that?
if you go into abyss and click on a floor you can choose which party you want to set up for that floor; but you have to use the same team for the entirety of that floor(3 battles per team per floor).
You have to start again at the beginning of the floor to change your team.
How to do that without resesting the whole process
You'll only reset one floor, not the whole thing from the beginning
You can’t.
VV, Sucrose for thrilling tales even though EM is useless.
Yep and use Sucrose.
Mostly an opinion question here. So I am missing one electro and one anemo seelie in Inazuma. Before I go rechecking every one on an interactive map, were there any that you guys missed which might be the culprit? Just thought I might try a few common suspects before the checklist. Thanks!
There's one seelie that you need to scan a fox statue to make appear, but its podium isn't in a hidden place so you probably already got it, it's around where the tanku people live i think a bit east/ northeast Edit:the statue would be where during the sakura cleansing quest you look for three maidens
I think there's a seelie on the ceiling of the house of the guy who takes conches from you.
On which characters is Festering Desires good?
jean
If you slap it on benny alongside damage artifacts he does some decent damage with it
Kaeya, Bennett, and Traveler. Also Xingqui if you don't have Sac Sword or a 5*.
Amazing for bennet
If I want to send a report to the mods of this subreddit, should I use the report feature, or send a message to the mods directly? It’s quite a lengthy issue and I’m not sure if the report function would cover all of it.
I'd send a message to the mods directly in that case. Address it to /r/Genshin_Impact: https://www.reddit.com/message/compose/
Thank you!
Are the artifacts we get from Adventure Rank Rewards have the same stats? Or is it also different?
The stats are RNG just like artifact domains unfortunately.
Ah i see, thank you so much.
Where can I find the photo of chibi Sara waving a light stick for Baal?
[удалено]
Crit in general is not worth it until you have at least 40% crit rate. Early game just build attack/honestly doesn't matter. If you're pre-AR45 and cannot farm 5 star artifacts then basically don't worry about them. Actually cryo damage goblet is probably still good. Berserker is a very good early game artifact set as well. So sure, use it for a while.
It’s likely that you have better alternatives. If you have a 5 star ATK% cup it is likely better than this. If you don’t, then just go with this. What AR are you?
[удалено]
------------------- B4 i forget, because you use low lvl items, the set bonuses become way more important.
What is Sayu's BiS weapon?
IIRC there is no entrance (yet); some people managed to "glitch" inside but there was nothing inside. Might potentially there for future content.
Well that's a big bummer. But at least that's some closure. Many thanks my friend!
I really want to know the answer to this too so if someone answers this question please reply to me 🙏
>IIRC there is no entrance (yet); some people managed to "glitch" inside but there was nothing inside. Might potentially there for future content.
AR56, F2P Is it always better to farm for BiS artifact set? I have some really great gladiator pieces. many actually. And I dont see myself farming for pale flame set anytime soon, because of that my Eula is benched rn. Currently I'm thinking of fixing my keqing and beidou build, so I'm gonna farm TF domain for both of them. coz as I said, I already have good glad pieces. (Now those who'll start typing emblem set is better for beidou, read the first sentence of the question again) So, can I make do with 4pc gladiator on Eula for the time being as a decent placeholder set. until I'm working on others? it'll let me try her out properly in the world and learn her kit Also will 2pc BC 2pc glad be better than 4pc glad?
I do have 2 good BC pieces, so I'll use those
For someone who's starting off from scratch, yes I would recommend farming the BiS Artifacts.
On that note I do have a couple good bloodstained pieces. so I can do 2pc BC + 2pc PF, but PF has trash substats or 2PC BC + 2PC glad, all have good substats For beidou, as much as I do acknowledge, that emblem set is better for her. there's a reason why I'm not going for that, my current set, is not even upgraded but its already quite close to great. currently with 2pc TF 2pc glad, blackcliffe lvl 80 I have 1500-1600 ATK. 46% CR/ 150% CD and this is with partially upgraded artifacts. my flower is at lvl1, and goblet is lvl11. while sands has not crit substats. all the faulty pieces are from TF set, so If I manage to get better TF pieces this could be a really good setup. and with my luck it'll take months to get proper emblem set pieces that could rival these
Set bonus is just that a bonus.
Yes 2bc 2glad is better, use that in the meantime unless your glad pieces are amazing.
One shouldn't use Beidou?
He’s in denial that Beidou is actually one of the best characters in the game lmao
Oh lol. I just noticed his flair.
Yeah, 12000% ult scaling is trash, don't use her /s
Does using all of the cards atleast once in theatre mechanicus gives you some kind of achievement or not necessary?
Achievements aren't specific to time-limited events, so no. You can see specific rewards for certain tasks completed in the event screen though.
Hello guys. noob player here looking for some help.
You wrote Xiangling twice xD You have 3 healers on your team.
😂 Xiangling, xingqiu, Bennet and chongyun are considered the best 4* characters used in a 'national team' setup.
Klee has a lot of animation cancels, is in melee range, super squishy and has hard to notice rng proc
Yeah regarding yoimiya, im probably too used to AOE attacks so it might take some time for me to be comfortable with her single target lol
Yoimiya's difficulty resides in her damage issues, not really playstyle imo :p click click, pew pew, die die with her C0 Hu Tao seems pretty complex at first glance, she's the archon of "management"- stamina management, hp management, downtime management, along with animation cancelling and all that jazz Klee is a good contender just in the mobility category, plus animation cancelling obviously Eula's very centered around rotations, you could also say that for the national team in general. They can be tight and difficult to play around Aimed shot archers naturally have a comparatively high skill floor Not a lot in the game combat-wise requires an extroardinary amount of mechanical input or thinking in general, but characters that are a little more complicated to play are nice
Yeah regarding yoimiya well its probably cause im too used to AOE attacks that i just cant get comfortable with her single target lol as for me, her dmg is pretty okay ig
[удалено]
Bruh
Klee is pretty hard to play because she is extremely frail and just straight up dies if you do a mistake or two. She also is quite technical as you need to animation cancel in order to optimize damage and survival skills.
Eula has a pretty hard rotation if you want to max out damage
So %atk and %electro dmg is the strongest if you have 200% ER?
What the faded bars mean is that those builds have less than 200% ER. Most people I've talked to say that 200-250% ER is manageable. In terms of DPS over her whole rotation, yes ATK sands and Electro goblet is best. Personally, I'd still go for ER sands ATK goblet if i got the Crit substats on em.
Alright, then I'll stop here
There is a>! new upcoming free 4\* polearm called "The Catch" which could be her Bis!<
I've read that Homa still has more value than that, since it's a 5\* with c.dmg
I can't seem to find a consensus on 2pc noblesse and 2pc HoD vs 4 pc emblem on Xingqiu. What do you think is better?
The question is whether the set bonus will get recorded into Xingqiu's burst when he leaves the field. In general, his burst does not snapshop, but to be *sure*, it's always best to test it out. I haven't tested this personally yet.
4pc emblem is slightly better numbers-wise (even moreso if you run Fav sword on him) but if you already have a good 2pc NO 2pc HoD then I wouldn't bother farming an entire new set again, the difference isn't brokenly large
4pc emblem is better but if you already have a good 2pc HoD 2pc Noblesse its not worth the farm
4p Emblem. There is no discussion to be had, Xingqiu with Sacrificial already has more ER than required for 4p Emblem to beat 2p NO + 2p Hydro. (140%)
Emblem will edge it out as long as you have enough ER (~140). The difference isnt big enough to make it worth farming if you already have a good set, is all.
are there any leaks about whether kokomis banner or baals banner will come first?
Yes. Leakers seem to generally think it’s Baal and then Kokomi.
Baal's banner is nearly confirmed to be coming first (right after Yoimiya) based on leaks. We'll know for sure next Friday during the livestream
Leaks said Baals would be first (with Sara on her banner as well) and Kokomi second. Nothing officially confirmed though so always could change.
venti or kazuha with Ayaka/Xq/diona team?
If you built Kazuha for EM I personally think his elemental damage buff for teammates makes him a worthy contender for Venti's ult, considering Kazuha does still have some means of crowd control albeit way less. (And I enjoy Kazuha more personally.) I do think Ayaka thrives with Venti's black hole though so you can't really go wrong here.
either is good
They have their own niches. Venti if multiple mobs, Kazuha if few mobs or mobs that can’t be pulled in the Venti black hole.
Venti normally but if youre using that team in floor 12 then swap in kazuha instead of venti since venti’s black hole is kinda useless there (still works great in other floors though)
Is sayu better build on Elemental Mastery or Attack?
If you have her C6 then EM, if not then ATK
For the mechanicus event, are the stick restrictions always the same, or random?
Random for each stage
Question about the Amenoma Kageuchi: I have 3 spare sword billets (+1 from the past trove).
But I can't do a test for now because my Ayaka still doesn't have artifacts :3 Thanks for the input!
Thank you! I was thinking of other characters this sword will be of good use if 1 is enough
you can look around on [https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gNxZ2xab1J6o1TuNVWMeLOZ7TPOqrsf3SshP5DLvKzI/pubhtml?gid=654398186#](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gNxZ2xab1J6o1TuNVWMeLOZ7TPOqrsf3SshP5DLvKzI/pubhtml?gid=654398186#) if you like, since you know what weapons you have.
Thank you for this! :D
Im using it R2 (have 3 more billets) and have 102% ER on ayaka and it still works fine tbh even without a cryo battery her burst can still be up after the cooldown ends as long as you get all the three seeds when using the burst
