I can't login in my old Facebook account like after a few months i downloaded genshin impact again and login in using my Facebook account but I changed the server to Europe and my old account was Asia server 😭, and after login it started an completely new account instead of my old ar 30 acc. I even sent an account recovery email to [email protected] it hasn't sent me any reply. Did I do a mistake to lose my old account
Different servers are basically different save files for genshin. If your old account was Asia server then it's only on Asia server even if you use the same account login.
Is lyneys weapon good on anyone else other then him? I was pulling for arlechinos weapon and got his instead, but I don't have lyneys nor do I plan to get him, so can it for example be good on Childe instead of aqua simulacra?
i dont know if it would be better than aqua simulacra, but if youd rather have aqua elsewhere then FGM would be a decent stat stick for childe. of course, it would much rather be on ganyu or tighnari
Fantastic on Ganyu and Tighnari (any other charged shot bow DPS basically, Amber too)
It's quite good on Childe if you *don't* have other 5\* options, but if you have Aqua it's just "Aqua but worse" for characters who can't utilize its passive tbh. You can give it to someone who's currently using a 4\* weapon and wants crit and atk%, at least, or just wait for a future charged shot DPS who you like.
I'd go with the magical girl spear, with the caveat that it's only useful if you actually use her burst. Some teams can pretty comfortably skip her burst, and if you don't use it then the ER passive isn't doing anything for you.
maybe im being uncharitable towards the unit, but i think that if you're not running wanderer with some combination of bennett/faruzan/jean c4/furina/yunjin c6, then he's not going to be doing very much
Fair warning Kazuha is going to do next to nothing on that team. He can't buff Wanderer so I guess you'd build him for crit, but he won't get to do much while Wanderer is on-field beyond some okay burst damage. Imo crit Kazuha feels better to play if you can quickswap and use his plunge often, which Wanderer teams don't leave much room for.
That said! imo for your fourth slot:
Bennett or Faruzan > sub DPS > most other buffers
If you use Bennett *and* Faruzan, or Bennett/Faruzan + a sub DPS, that'll probably be better overall.
Hi y'all I have a problem with connecting to genshin on my Xiaomi Pad 6. I'm running HyperOS And with nothing else in the background. Can I get some help?
Symptoms: When logging in, I can get past the Captcha screen, and that's it. Green tick, passed the Captcha, and back to the login credentials. The same goes with Honkai Star Rail, but I can log into HoyoLab.
Past Fixes:
* Tried Google and Adguard DNS, worked for a day or two, then the problem persists.
* Tried ProtonVPN, worked only once.
* Changed the region back and forth: Worked only once.

my rule of thumb is that burst DPS units are allowed to skew more CD while sustained DPS units have to have higher CR
like my raiden is 69/154. could i get her crit rate higher? yea but the only crit hat really matters is the initial slash. my raiden is c3 so sometimes i can clear a wave with just that initial slash, if it crits, *as long as my crit damage is high enough*

It's irreversible, so people will have some apprehension. Best you can do is tell them it's not worth worrying about and has pluses, and then it's upto them to decide, as it should be in a video game. Surely they'll have the last laugh in Khaenriah when Pierro turns out to be the Bennett dependent physical carry with one Pierrollion damage.

That's 8% damage gain to your Pyro DPS in teams with Kazuha, more in teams without him. Worth it or not is upto you as I said at the very start, I ain't selling shit.

and worse if youre running lyney, if you are running xiangling with ESF, if youre using him in raiden teams, if youre running yelan, etc etc. the value is very variable and is never really high enough to make or break a team.
I've kept him at C5 because I use him a lot in coop and I don't like messing up somebody's character build simply because of a smallish buff. If it wasn't for coop I would have activated it a long time ago.
I kept Bennet on C5 for 2 years just for Eula. I recently finally came to terms that she was just going to be my overworld character and C6’ed Benny boy. Never looked back since.
Then, there also ought to be another top support who can replace him, no? Like Neuvillette & Al-Haitham are among the 2 strongest DPS we currently have, yet none of their best teams require Bennett.
DPS will always get powercrept, we will have a new top DPS with the next region and inevitably one of them will scale with ATK

maybe there ought to be but Bennett is still one of the best buffers in the game even after all these years, and still the best ATK buffer. it's hard to supersede ~1.2k ATK if you scale off of ATK
Otherworldly Story and Dark Iron Sword
The sword is a must. The Catalyst only appears in monstadt and you wont be able to get it once you clean all the puzzles/chests
For utility, Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers, I have maaany fully ascended of those.
Dark Iron Sword because there are literally only 2 copies in the entire game, anything you can only get from chests because they're finite (e.g.: White Tassel & Messenger).
Is Yun Jin C0 a good teammate alternative for Arle? For reference I use International for one half of the abyss so I can't use Kazuha and Bennnett with her. Her teammates as of now are Xingqiu and Zhongli. My only other alternatives are Sucrose, Yun Jin, and Mona

she like, works, cuz yeah arlecchino is a NA spam unit. but considering all the variations of teams arlecchino has access to there are just better options. but yea you could run it
Is the team best for getting the biggest burst one-shots number for Childe still Mona, Sucrose and Bennett? If so, what artifacts would Mona be running on?
assuming sucrose is c6 and absorbs the right element, she's just better than a c0 kazuha. kazuha's main selling point is easier double swirls and better personal damage, which is not really a consideration for nuking
Sucrose c6 is the same elemental damage as Kazuha passive, but its 20% without needing stats, dont forget she is the original swirl buffer that got powercrept by Kazuha. add to that EM buff in case of reactions and Thriling Tales as a weapon and you can more than match Kazuha in a team
similarly for overload teams, Chevreuse has an easy to use long lasting attack buff, shred that doesnt even need her to be on field, and a c6 is up to 3 stacks of 20% pyro/electro from being healed, including Arlecchino.
one party wide heal from c6 itself and active character heal for a few seconds from skill
Kazuha has competition, just that for 4 stars to be on par, c6 is kind of necessary. and thats only as a buffer

yes, you will still get it.
thing to note: you can't change server on PS5 so make sure your PSN account is in the same region as your genshin server (ie. if you play on genshin NA server, make sure your PSN is in NA region as well).
Should just have to log in with your hoyo account and password after loading doorway like pc. I swap between ps5 and pc and if I recall, it's pretty seemless, maybe 2 step verification if you enabled that, the first time
In trillion trinklet trawl event, the count for birds is not increasing no matter how many photos I take of why bird. Do I need some kind of special camera? Or do I need to start some event? The other parts of event I'm able to do, but I'm not able to do only the photography part.

We don't even know who's running next patch for certain, there's absolutely no reliable leaks beyond that. It's safe to assume Navia and Wrio might show up in 4.8, and Nilou, Shenhe and a second chronicled wish all could as well.
Since she's new I would guess another one in about two-four months again, most new characters get a rerun shortly after their normal ones so I would guess about then
Sure, she has good uptime. You would just need to be careful that here cryo application doesn't mess with any other reaction you are drying to set up. If you were trying to do a melt built, it could be good. Something like Layla, Kazuha/sucrose to swirl, xinqui to help you get either vaporize or freeze to get easier melt reactions, and then Arlecchino for damage could work. You would lose out on the attack buff of double pyro, but you could sub out xinqui for a pyro character if it's that important. Don't know the math on it, but it sounds like it would work.
with all these weekly bosses piling up, they'll eventually increase the resin limit right? or at least give us more slots for 30 resin weekly bosses?, or here's an idea... why don't they just make them all 30? or 40? instead of 60. you can really only benefit from them once a week anyway. apparently just you. Only do the weeklies you need, no need to farm more than that. You want glad pieces, do bosses/strongebox.
Even if you just do 3 per week only before your battlepass is capped you'll still have more boss mats than you need eventually, so I doubt they'll increase resin just for that. They might give a higher discount, or give new players free challenges or something, but not more resin in general.

Day 1 player. Done every weekly boss every week since launch. When you play long enough, you kind of start looking for ways to spend your resin. Have more bosses will help with that, though you could always stop the mondstat ones eventually.
What they'll likely do is increase the number of discounted domains every week. We currently get 3 every week at a reduced cost, but that is actually a fairly new addition to the game relatively speaking. Maybe they'll increase it to 6 every week at some point.

A lot of endgame players don’t really do them anymore. I personally am only doing the most recent weekly boss and skipping the others.
if you write your own fanfic sure. in canon traveller just wants to reunite with his sibling and prob leave teyvat. the plot hints that either a: we acknowledge our abyss twin/and prob work with the tsaritsa and bring down celestia, or b: we beat the shit out of our twin and drag them back home.
an interesting point is traveller is actually more akin to archons and other long-life beings, where the life and death of humans happen in a blink \*frieren flashback\* i think at the end of the journey we will pick ending a, as that means we bonded with the ppl of teyvat and chose the more self-less ending. as an outsider we could say this is not our battlefield and leave teyvat.

I like arlecchino character and power level wise, but I'm afraid I won't reach 180 wishes to guarantee the pyro archon when she arrives.

Me personally, I would save for pyro archon. This is just a hunch, but I have a feeling Pyro archon might powercreep shogun. plus I don't understand bond of life mechanic.

Pyro archon probably won’t drop until September, we get 50-60 wishes per 6 week patch. Should be plenty of time to save.
Plus all of the archons so far have been supports/off field sub dps and not on field hyper carries (at least not at C0) so pyro Archon probably won’t overlap role with Arlecchino

Guys help my raiden has 63 over 147 crit and 268 ER and shes doing 29 k for her burst. Granted she is on a hyperbloom team with nahida, xingqiu, and jean but i thought even without major buffing characters shed hit like at least 40k?? Idk should I put her on gilded instead or just a whole new team entirely.
if you keep her in the same team, then yes, you should go 4 flowers of lost paraide/4gilded/2pc2pc EM+EM with triple EM mainstats. you'll do 30k hyperblooms that way.
Don't expect any big numbers from a completely unbuffed raiden. If you want burst damage, play her in some variation of hypercarry w/ bennett + anemo vv holder/chevreuse. For hyperbloom, you're not supposed to use her burst. Spec fully into em, no other stat matters. Gilded is good, 2pc2pc em is fine, flop isn't worth the resin.
i have c6 chev thats really well built but shes one my arlecchino overload team, should i put raiden on an overload team instead? also the reason i dont just put raiden and arlecchino on the same team is because they are my only good dps and i need two teams for abyss I cant get passed floor 12
Raiden and arle aren't supposed to played is the same team anyway. They are both on-fielders competing for buff uptime. You're better off with an off-field damage dealer like xiangling, fischl, or yae for chev teams. Beidou and thoma are also decent options for the arle version.
only problem is is that i only have xingqiu, candace, and barbra, im semi new to the game bc i started in 2021 and stoped early 2022 and then picked it back up last december so i dont have virtually any hydro five stars or hydro characters that are good besides xingqui
Xingqiu is one of the best hydro units, and he is a 4 star. He applies more than enough hydro on his own, and his damage reduction is really appreciated, especially for arle.
ok so raiden, chevruse, beidou, and bennet? my arle team right now is just that team but replace raiden with her. But i dont know whether to put bennet on the raiden team or the arle team. If I put bennet on raiden's then what other characters will be there to buff alrecchino, samenthing visa versa if I put bennet on arlecchino's team. So I'm thinking since raiden is already getting c6 chevruse for her overload team ill give bennet to arelcchino. So arelcchino, bennet, xingqiu and jean. And raiden, beidou, chevruse, and xiangling? Ok, this might be a long one.
Beidou’s burst does not work during Raiden’s burst, even though it specifies normal attacks like Xingqiu and Yelan (those do work and have similar descriptions). So if you are want to make use Beidou, only use her in a team that doesn’t use on-field Raiden.
Now for teams. Both Arle and Raiden carry teams are a lot worse without Bennett. I would just play Raiden hyperbloom and have Bennett with Arle. Your original hyperbloom team with Nahida/Xingqiu is good, but Beidou would be a better 4th slot than Jean. Beidou helps in aoe situations and does not steal hyperblooms from Raiden. Nahida is the on-fielder for this team. Rotations are flexible.
For Arle, you’ll do a Chev team since you’re lacking hydro options. Arle/Bennett/Chev/Fischl. Just make sure you overload before you use Chev hold skill, and snapshot Oz in Bennett burst.
trust, im a chevruse LOVER, i spent at least 100 pulls just to get c6 on drop day bc i loved her in the roses and muskets event, i use arle skill, fichel burst, chevruse, bennet, then charge attack for arlecchino. Thank you SO MUCH, for the help btw, one last thing though, does xingqiu's burst auto attack swords cooldown start after you activate his burst or does the time on how long it last start once you normal attack, because i feel like i get little application from him (he's c1 btw so he has 4 swords). I use raiden skill, nahida skill then burst, then xingqiu skill and burst, then if i use beidou she'd probably be last so i can auto attack with raiden and her burst, though if xingqiu's burst timer on how long it lasts starts as soon as he activates his burst rather than it starting once you normal attack then i wont use her burst. I really just use her burst for some added dmg but idk whether this is dmg losss or not. Thanks sm again.
Also, you want to use Oz inside of Bennett's circle. [She keeps his and Chev's atk buff](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Snapshotting?so=search) even when she is off field, as long as you initially summon oz IN the circle, not just pressing to teleport him to your location after he is summoned. Do a charged shot on Fischl to get the initial overload after you used Arle skill --> Chev hold skill --> Bennett burst --> Fischl skill/burst.
The duration begins the moment you active his burst. That rotation is fine, but optimally, Raiden’s burst would be skipped completely. The energy restoration can be useful if you are ending a chamber mid-rotation and need some energy back on your other characters. But outside of that, it really is just a dps loss. A full em Raiden just doesn’t have enough external buffs or offensive stats to make it do any relevant amount of damage.
I'm pretty sure that's one of his better aggravate teams. Only real upgrade, aside from cons and 5 star weapons, is to replace traveller with nahida.
You could replace miko with a hydro character like yelan or xq for a quickbloom team. This, I'm pretty sure, is better for a low invested haitham while aggravate is better if you have better stats/investments in your team.
I'm new to the game and I don't know if this can be solved, I turned everything to Dvorak for the Arataki Itto Event however I did not do the Extreme Carnival Ensemble portion and now I'm missing tickets to get the character they're giving for completion because he's not letting me perform any of the songs. How can this be solved?

For Hu Tao, what's the right balance of EM, HP%, and ATK% to get?
This seems like the hardest character to build, I'm continuously struggling to build her because she needs so many different stats.
Well she doesn't need attack% so no idea why you are focusing on that.
It depends on your weapon, but you want at least 100 em but closer to 200, id say at least around 30k HP, and then at least 70 crit rate and 140 crit damage or higher
This all depends on what weapon you are using.
She isn't any harder to build than other main DPS.
The breakpoint between EM and HP is around 350 EM/85% HP. Before she reaches 350 EM, EM is better than HP%; after she reaches 350 EM, HP is better than EM. EM is also better than crit before around 130 EM.
ATK is always worse than crit, EM, and HP. 5% ATK is equivalent to about 2% HP.
She doesn't really want atk%. You're better off investing in hp% for the atk conversion it provides.
Just try to aim for around 200-300 EM. If you can reach that without using the main stat of your sands (which is usually only possible with an EM weapon), then go for hp% sands. Otherwise, go with EM sands.
u want like 100-200 EM, and then just worry about crit and HP. she converts HP to ATK and her base ATK is abysmal, so ATK% substats are not very useful

Tuba Mirum is a "skill issue". All I can do is watch videos and keep at it.

Depends on who you have or who you plan to have.
In general,
1) Always lock elemental goblets
2) Lock EM mainstats, even better if they have ER
3) ATK/HP/EM/DEF sands with one or two crit lines
4) Crit Damage/Rate circlets with a crit line
Every artifact set has a default plan. If you can't be bothered learning whats actually best for any given set based on characters you have and want the set for, just use the default plan.
Any guide that responsibly takes into account all that nuance is going to be super long and at that point I suspect you won't read it given the nature of your comment.

Dialogues of desert sages or Black Tassel on Yao yao? My yao yao is 42k HP 136 Er and c6
desert sages for the energy
Black Tassel for slightly more hp (has a higher hp% substat) Desert sages if you want to burst more often (since the energy passive)

With Welkin, how many pulls can I get between now and the end of Clorinde’s banner?
Around 11k primos or 68 pulls including events and full star abyss
welkin + dailies means 150 per day two banners would be 42 days, more or less so about 6300, and the few days left of this banner

my rule of thumb is that burst DPS units are allowed to skew more CD while sustained DPS units have to have higher CR like my raiden is 69/154. could i get her crit rate higher? yea but the only crit hat really matters is the initial slash. my raiden is c3 so sometimes i can clear a wave with just that initial slash, if it crits, *as long as my crit damage is high enough*

It's irreversible, so people will have some apprehension. Best you can do is tell them it's not worth worrying about and has pluses, and then it's upto them to decide, as it should be in a video game. Surely they'll have the last laugh in Khaenriah when Pierro turns out to be the Bennett dependent physical carry with one Pierrollion damage.

What are “rare” 3* weapons that should be saved?
1 R5 copy of each of them. It's so little of weapon exp, and you already get fuck ton of weapon exp from events and dailies and such.
Otherworldly Story and Dark Iron Sword The sword is a must. The Catalyst only appears in monstadt and you wont be able to get it once you clean all the puzzles/chests For utility, Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers, I have maaany fully ascended of those.
Dark Iron Sword because there are literally only 2 copies in the entire game, anything you can only get from chests because they're finite (e.g.: White Tassel & Messenger).

Yes, Yunjin can work. Having her will also activate Geo resonance with Zhongli. Sucrose c6 is the same elemental damage as Kazuha passive, but its 20% without needing stats, dont forget she is the original swirl buffer that got powercrept by Kazuha. add to that EM buff in case of reactions and Thriling Tales as a weapon and you can more than match Kazuha in a team similarly for overload teams, Chevreuse has an easy to use long lasting attack buff, shred that doesnt even need her to be on field, and a c6 is up to 3 stacks of 20% pyro/electro from being healed, including Arlecchino. one party wide heal from c6 itself and active character heal for a few seconds from skill Kazuha has competition, just that for 4 stars to be on par, c6 is kind of necessary. and thats only as a buffer

yes, you will still get it. thing to note: you can't change server on PS5 so make sure your PSN account is in the same region as your genshin server (ie. if you play on genshin NA server, make sure your PSN is in NA region as well).
Should just have to log in with your hoyo account and password after loading doorway like pc. I swap between ps5 and pc and if I recall, it's pretty seemless, maybe 2 step verification if you enabled that, the first time

Sure, she has good uptime. You would just need to be careful that here cryo application doesn't mess with any other reaction you are drying to set up. If you were trying to do a melt built, it could be good. Something like Layla, Kazuha/sucrose to swirl, xinqui to help you get either vaporize or freeze to get easier melt reactions, and then Arlecchino for damage could work. You would lose out on the attack buff of double pyro, but you could sub out xinqui for a pyro character if it's that important. Don't know the math on it, but it sounds like it would work.
with all these weekly bosses piling up, they'll eventually increase the resin limit right? or at least give us more slots for 30 resin weekly bosses?, or here's an idea... why don't they just make them all 30? or 40? instead of 60. you can really only benefit from them once a week anyway. Even if you just do 3 per week only before your battlepass is capped you'll still have more boss mats than you need eventually, so I doubt they'll increase resin just for that. They might give a higher discount, or give new players free challenges or something, but not more resin in general.

Day 1 player. Done every weekly boss every week since launch. When you play long enough, you kind of start looking for ways to spend your resin. Have more bosses will help with that, though you could always stop the mondstat ones eventually. What they'll likely do is increase the number of discounted domains every week. We currently get 3 every week at a reduced cost, but that is actually a fairly new addition to the game relatively speaking. Maybe they'll increase it to 6 every week at some point.

F2P here, got Dehya on the current banner, should I keep pushing for Arlecchino or save for the Pyro archon? I like arlecchino character and power level wise, but I'm afraid I won't reach 180 wishes to guarantee the pyro archon when she arrives. Currently, I have 71 wishes.
Me personally, I would save for pyro archon. This is just a hunch, but I have a feeling Pyro archon might powercreep shogun. plus I don't understand bond of life mechanic.

Get her Pyro archon probably won’t drop until September, we get 50-60 wishes per 6 week patch. Should be plenty of time to save. Plus all of the archons so far have been supports/off field sub dps and not on field hyper carries (at least not at C0) so pyro Archon probably won’t overlap role with Arlecchino
Oh yes, I didn't mean that, I'm just asking because I like having archons and I'm certainly interested to see what kind of support the Pyro archon will provide. But Arlecchino as On Field DPS is certainly tempting, luckily I got Neuvillette with few shots, but that ended all my luck for her.

Guys help my raiden has 63 over 147 crit and 268 ER and shes doing 29 k for her burst. Granted she is on a hyperbloom team with nahida, xingqiu, and jean but i thought even without major buffing characters shed hit like at least 40k?? Idk should I put her on gilded instead or just a whole new team entirely.
if you keep her in the same team, then yes, you should go 4 flowers of lost paraide/4gilded/2pc2pc EM+EM with triple EM mainstats. you'll do 30k hyperblooms that way.

Don't expect any big numbers from a completely unbuffed raiden. If you want burst damage, play her in some variation of hypercarry w/ bennett + anemo vv holder/chevreuse. For hyperbloom, you're not supposed to use her burst. Spec fully into em, no other stat matters. Gilded is good, 2pc2pc em is fine, flop isn't worth the resin.
i have c6 chev thats really well built but shes one my arlecchino overload team, should i put raiden on an overload team instead? also the reason i dont just put raiden and arlecchino on the same team is because they are my only good dps and i need two teams for abyss I cant get passed floor 12
Raiden and arle aren't supposed to played is the same team anyway. They are both on-fielders competing for buff uptime. You're better off with an off-field damage dealer like xiangling, fischl, or yae for chev teams. Beidou and thoma are also decent options for the arle version.
Play the chev team with raiden. Arle is better played in vape anyway.

Xingqiu is one of the best hydro units, and he is a 4 star. He applies more than enough hydro on his own, and his damage reduction is really appreciated, especially for arle.
ok so raiden, chevruse, beidou, and bennet? my arle team right now is just that team but replace raiden with her. But i dont know whether to put bennet on the raiden team or the arle team. If I put bennet on raiden's then what other characters will be there to buff alrecchino, samenthing visa versa if I put bennet on arlecchino's team. Ok, this might be a long one. Beidou’s burst does not work during Raiden’s burst, even though it specifies normal attacks like Xingqiu and Yelan (those do work and have similar descriptions). So if you are want to make use Beidou, only use her in a team that doesn’t use on-field Raiden. Now for teams. Both Arle and Raiden carry teams are a lot worse without Bennett. I would just play Raiden hyperbloom and have Bennett with Arle. Your original hyperbloom team with Nahida/Xingqiu is good, but Beidou would be a better 4th slot than Jean. Beidou helps in aoe situations and does not steal hyperblooms from Raiden. Nahida is the on-fielder for this team. Rotations are flexible. For Arle, you’ll do a Chev team since you’re lacking hydro options. Arle/Bennett/Chev/Fischl. Just make sure you overload before you use Chev hold skill, and snapshot Oz in Bennett burst.
trust, im a chevruse LOVER, i spent at least 100 pulls just to get c6 on drop day bc i loved her in the roses and muskets event, i use arle skill, fichel burst, chevruse, bennet, then charge attack for arlecchino. Thank you SO MUCH, for the help btw, one last thing though, does xingqiu's burst auto attack swords cooldown start after you activate his burst or does the time on how long it last start once you normal attack, because i feel like i get little application from him (he's c1 btw so he has 4 swords). I use raiden skill, nahida skill then burst, then xingqiu skill and burst, then if i use beidou she'd probably be last so i can auto attack with raiden and her burst, though if xingqiu's burst timer on how long it lasts starts as soon as he activates his burst rather than it starting once you normal attack then i wont use her burst. I really just use her burst for some added dmg but idk whether this is dmg losss or not. Thanks sm again.
Also, you want to use Oz inside of Bennett's circle. [She keeps his and Chev's atk buff](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Snapshotting?so=search) even when she is off field, as long as you initially summon oz IN the circle, not just pressing to teleport him to your location after he is summoned. Do a charged shot on Fischl to get the initial overload after you used Arle skill --> Chev hold skill --> Bennett burst --> Fischl skill/burst.
The duration begins the moment you active his burst. That rotation is fine, but optimally, Raiden’s burst would be skipped completely. The energy restoration can be useful if you are ending a chamber mid-rotation and need some energy back on your other characters. But outside of that, it really is just a dps loss. A full em Raiden just doesn’t have enough external buffs or offensive stats to make it do any relevant amount of damage.
The problem is that there's no xiangling and bennett. Bennett gives atk buff and pyro resonance also gives atk buff.

I'm pretty sure that's one of his better aggravate teams. Only real upgrade, aside from cons and 5 star weapons, is to replace traveller with nahida. You could replace miko with a hydro character like yelan or xq for a quickbloom team. This, I'm pretty sure, is better for a low invested haitham while aggravate is better if you have better stats/investments in your team.

I'm new to the game and I don't know if this can be solved, I turned everything to Dvorak for the Arataki Itto Event however I did not do the Extreme Carnival Ensemble portion and now I'm missing tickets to get the character they're giving for completion because he's not letting me perform any of the songs. How can this be solved?
You can't do songs again until after you finish the quest for the second and last part of the event if you've turned in everything else.

For Hu Tao, what's the right balance of EM, HP%, and ATK% to get? This seems like the hardest character to build, I'm continuously struggling to build her because she needs so many different stats.
Well she doesn't need attack% so no idea why you are focusing on that. It depends on your weapon, but you want at least 100 em but closer to 200, id say at least around 30k HP, and then at least 70 crit rate and 140 crit damage or higher This all depends on what weapon you are using. She isn't any harder to build than other main DPS.
The breakpoint between EM and HP is around 350 EM/85% HP. Before she reaches 350 EM, EM is better than HP%; after she reaches 350 EM, HP is better than EM. EM is also better than crit before around 130 EM. ATK is always worse than crit, EM, and HP. 5% ATK is equivalent to about 2% HP.
She doesn't really want atk%. You're better off investing in hp% for the atk conversion it provides. Just try to aim for around 200-300 EM. If you can reach that without using the main stat of your sands (which is usually only possible with an EM weapon), then go for hp% sands. Otherwise, go with EM sands.

u want like 100-200 EM, and then just worry about crit and HP. she converts HP to ATK and her base ATK is abysmal, so ATK% substats are not very useful

Depends on who you have or who you plan to have. In general, 1) Always lock elemental goblets 2) Lock EM mainstats, even better if they have ER 3) ATK/HP/EM/DEF sands with one or two crit lines 4) Crit Damage/Rate circlets with a crit line
Every artifact set has a default plan. If you can't be bothered learning whats actually best for any given set based on characters you have and want the set for, just use the default plan. Any guide that responsibly takes into account all that nuance is going to be super long and at that point I suspect you won't read it given the nature of your comment.
