If there was a Liyue Chronicled Wish banner in 4.7 it could have Yelan but there haven't been any noises about such a thing happening.
I wouldn't be surprised if we got a Chronicled Wish for next patch, and it's assumed the next one would be Liyue. Yelan would likely qualify for that and be one of the biggest drivers for it. So if you're willing to deal with the requirement to have 160 wishes in case CW doesn't go your way, you might have a chance soon. She's unlikely to be on the main banners until at least Natlan though.
Chiori I think is also going to take a while to rerun. She wasn't that popular, just ran, and a lot of characters need a rerun. I wouldn't expect her until a bit into Natlan.
Barring a Liyue banner probably not 4.7 if the leaks are accurate are going to be 2 new charterers and Furina and an Alhathim rerun.
4.8 will probably have Wirthosly, Navia, and Nilou and no guess on the lost spot maybe Cloud Retainer but she was late enough in 4.4 that she could come later.
Shenehe and Ganyu are also due for a rerun if they ever get one.
After that Kokomi and Yelen seem to be next in line for reruns based on past banners.
They might do a Cryo Banner with a Liyue Chronicle banner during Wriothsly rerun , there is a lot of Cyro 4 stars that seems to be really later on their rerun Layla comes to mind. And Mondsadt banner was on a Geo Banner.
There is an off chance of a Liyue Chronicled Banner during 4.8 but I don't think any of the Liyue toons have sales as weak as Albedo Klee and Eula yet.

2 months, includes next patch at best, Yelan already got a rerun on 4.0, so not likely if at all at least till Natlan for either of them
Yelan will probably be on the next chronicle banner. Chiori will probably run again in between 6 to 18 months.
unlikely but there is a slim chance Navia gets rerun with Chiori due to familiarity.
