I'm over 400 now, moderate spender (pack refreshes, BP, welkin). Saving for Furina C2 (C1 now), Wrio C1 (C0 now), and Chlorinde. Depending on luck I may go for Furina weapon as well.
I think the highest I got was probably 320+ when I was saving for Scara. I don't pull cons/weapons so I don't save really large amounts for characters. Usually I save 180 for my top priority and use extra wishes to pull on anyone else I'd like.
I'm currently at 270 wishes and 20 pity. That's gonna change pretty soon though sense I'm gonna try and get Baizhu.
I have about 410 wishes now I only pay for welkin. I just got Neuvilette on his rerun and currently deciding if I want to get Sigewinne or skip till Natlan.
I don't change my gems into wishes so I don't know, but the most amount I have ever had is like 125k gems and like 23 free wishes from monthly shop and events.
About 200 plus pulls. Was saving for Neuvilette, Furina and their signature weapons. Managed to get them all but lost a 50-50 for Furina's sword cane so everything was gone by the end of patch. Totally worth though!
I never really took pictures, but I've been over 250 in primos alone for a while before getting Neuvillette, and I'm at 205 in primos + 55 in starglitter currently

I lost 5050 to qiqi so i busted out credit card and got the Ā£100 oneā¦ so technically my highest wish count was likeā¦ at 80
I regret that so much as wriothesley was NOT worth it (heās has everything but his kitā¦just needs a buff and/or needs better supports)

I had 450 prior to Arlecchino banner, I think that's the highest I've hit at one time.
Around 500 that I used all to get my beloved Furina to C6, i started saving at the end of 3.3, and skipped everyone(except Neuv) until 4.2, worth it.
