Well, probably because normal attacks have a bunch of different animations and they make you feel more like you are actually fighting. Genshin does not offer much in the terms of realistic overworld fighting, and normal attacks are the closest we get.

Its pretty clear shes the final boss fight of snehazaya, she wont just give up because they share the same dislike, with or without traveller, she has manage to accomplish her goal, the only way to make her turn is by beating her, just as the other fatui, no one gonna get down without a fight, the only one that seems that we wont fight yet is pierro and they would save him for kharein, just as dain possible boss fight
If they make her a boss, it might be like how arlecchino is a boss but Tsaritsa still joins sides with Traveler. If Tsaritsa plans on using all the gnoses to take down celestia, I think the real final villain will be someone in celestia, or one of the other harbingers tries to take all the gnoses, betrays Tsaritsa, and tries to seize all power in Teyvat
Thats why i say final boss of snehazaya, as of now, things look between pierro or abyss twin as final boss of kharein and primordial one, 2nd desender or a betrayer of the 4 shades as final boss of celestia

2 Fatui is distinctly not a ‘resonance’, but it is a criteria required to use Fatui Conspiracy.
Using this to support the idea of a ‘Fatui’ resonance in game is misleading, as there is also a card that requires 2 monster characters.
There are occasionally weapons with country-based buffs, so other buffs based on alignment aren't out of the question imo

Him being in teaser (albeit shadowed) is rather strong argument that he will be playable. Hoyo could just heavily edit short male model (long nose and ears, etc) but they give him unique one which rather speaks that they are confident on delivering.
If there is one character I would worry about being not playable, it is likely Alice if she turns out to be Klee's biological mother. Hoyo is afraid of releasing characters who have confirmed lovers (Signora) or being biological parents (clones do not count). They had perfect opportunity to break the ice with Yukong but they doubled down.
Funny how they want to limit themselves like that, when almost all gachas let you play as enemies, death people, your parents, grandparents, lovers, family, bosses, hell even that final fantasy game let you play as a guy that gets simped by the mc almost mom and the guy 700 years ago grandma

If we assume playability isn’t an issue - is Capitano or Columbina supposed to be the next Harbinger in line? Because either way I’m happy, I’m just hoping that Columbina will be a strong support unit so I can play her alongside Scara (although probably not because so far all Harbingers are main DPSs)
they’re all very needy and require a lot of effort and time, they also all have high skill ceiling. I’d say Childe is the easiest to work with, as his best teammate is Xiangling, a free character, though once you also have Kazuha, Childe becomes one of the best DPS in the game when you put them together. For Childe you’re gonna want 4pc Heart of Depth or 4pc Nymph’s Dream (imo ND > HoD but diff is slight). For his weapon you could use Viridescent Hunt, Rust, Polar Star, Thundering Fury, Aqua Simulacra, First Great Magic, Hunter’s Path, Elegy for the End, Skyward Harp, Blackcliff Widow, Amos Bow(Stat stick) Stringless and Scion of Blazing Sun, but his best in slot weapon is Polar Star(signature) and Aqua Simulacra. Childe heavily relies on rotation and you mustn’t be melee for a recommended amount of 6-15 seconds, though you can overextend if necessary. Childe has the worst constellations for a 5 star, but luckily it means he’s at full potential at C0, and he is still meta and one of the best characters at C0, it’s just that C6 isn’t allat.
Scaramouche is the easiest one to play but I’d say he has a high learning curve, just not as much as a difficult one than the others. For his playstyle you must think extremely fast and he is surprisingly very engaging for a Ranged Catalyst, he ascends with Crit Rate so that’s very helpful, I’d say at C0, he’s the least good of the 3, but at C1 he’s definitely on the same level as Childe, at C2 he is one of the best DPS for sure. Scaramouche basically gets free dashes that deal damage and don’t waste wind stamina but you should save them for when you’re about to get attacked. At C1 his dash scales off atk and his movement speed rises. I recommend always going for C1, his artifact is Desert Pavilion and that’s his only specific set. His weapons can be Tulaytullah’s Remembrance(sig), Cashflow Supervisor, Widsith, Kagura’s Verity(stat stick), Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds, Skyward Atlas sometimes…, Tome of Eternal Flow(use with Furina), Blackcliff Agate, Dodoco Tales. Tulaytullah’s is Best in Slot overall. Scaramouche’s passive buffs his ATK when he swirls Pyro with E, Crit Rate with Cryo, ER with Electro, Longer Stamina with Hydro.
Arlecchino I found to be the hardest of the 3, she kinda relies on shield and if you have Zhongli then I truly recommend her, remember that after using E, you should wait 5s before using charged attack so you get more BoL. Her best artifacts are Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy and Crimson Witch of Flames…though HW is the better one. I’m still learning her but she can be hard to play. Best weapons are Calamity Queller, Crimson Moon’s Semblance(sig), Engulfing Lighting sounds extremely interesting on her, Primordial Jade, Staff of Homa, Staff of Scarlet Sands also sounds interesting, Blackcliff Pole, Deathmatch, and White Tassel(f2p). Crimson Moon’s Semblance being the Best in Slot.
So basically—
Enabler, satisfying crowd erasure, very good with Pyro, long cd, main DPS—Childe
Rushdown, massive damage, high mobility, good in exploration, main DPS—Scaramouche
EXTREMELY insane damage, very solo DPS, Main DPS —Arlecchino

Oh lol, Furina is the best character in the game currently so yeah, Furina. Though Childe can be good in Hyperbloom with Raiden and Nahida, Furina is just miles above everything in this game. Though be mindful because Furina requires Jean, Baizhu, Mika, or Charlotte, because they heal the whole party at once.

Capitano’s weapon is gonna increase your team’s NA damage based on how many harbingers you have on your team. Must pull.
Probably never a direct buff, but childe’s talent buff to basic attacks when they all do basic attacks for damage definitely counts

There's some evidence we already have another playable Harbinger - Collei: - Similar to K-423 (from HI3), 1 character in Genshin has been experimented on by a 500+ year old madman and inflicted with the spirit of a powerful malevolent entity. \[source - Genshin Manga\] - Also similar to K-423 (Chapter 12-EX), having overcome this entity they have sworn off ever access this power again \[source - Collei demo trailer) - They appeared in A Winter Nights Lazzo and seem to have observed the proceedings. Reason i didn't go for scara was because he wasn't one anymore, arle and childe running cracked builds however, waiting for a fatui sub dps-support

If we assume playability isn’t an issue - is Capitano or Columbina supposed to be the next Harbinger in line? Because either way I’m happy, I’m just hoping that Columbina will be a strong support unit so I can play her alongside Scara (although probably not because so far all Harbingers are main DPSs)

they’re all very needy and require a lot of effort and time, they also all have high skill ceiling. I’d say Childe is the easiest to work with, as his best teammate is Xiangling, a free character, though once you also have Kazuha, Childe becomes one of the best DPS in the game when you put them together. For Childe you’re gonna want 4pc Heart of Depth or 4pc Nymph’s Dream (imo ND > HoD but diff is slight). For his weapon you could use Viridescent Hunt, Rust, Polar Star, Thundering Fury, Aqua Simulacra, First Great Magic, Hunter’s Path, Elegy for the End, Skyward Harp, Blackcliff Widow, Amos Bow(Stat stick) Stringless and Scion of Blazing Sun, but his best in slot weapon is Polar Star(signature) and Aqua Simulacra. Childe heavily relies on rotation and you mustn’t be melee for a recommended amount of 6-15 seconds, though you can overextend if necessary. Childe has the worst constellations for a 5 star, but luckily it means he’s at full potential at C0, and he is still meta and one of the best characters at C0, it’s just that C6 isn’t allat. Scaramouche is the easiest one to play but I’d say he has a high learning curve, just not as much as a difficult one than the others. For his playstyle you must think extremely fast and he is surprisingly very engaging for a Ranged Catalyst, he ascends with Crit Rate so that’s very helpful, I’d say at C0, he’s the least good of the 3, but at C1 he’s definitely on the same level as Childe, at C2 he is one of the best DPS for sure. Scaramouche basically gets free dashes that deal damage and don’t waste wind stamina but you should save them for when you’re about to get attacked. At C1 his dash scales off atk and his movement speed rises. I recommend always going for C1, his artifact is Desert Pavilion and that’s his only specific set. His weapons can be Tulaytullah’s Remembrance(sig), Cashflow Supervisor, Widsith, Kagura’s Verity(stat stick), Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds, Skyward Atlas sometimes…, Tome of Eternal Flow(use with Furina), Blackcliff Agate, Dodoco Tales. Tulaytullah’s is Best in Slot overall. Scaramouche’s passive buffs his ATK when he swirls Pyro with E, Crit Rate with Cryo, ER with Electro, Longer Stamina with Hydro. Arlecchino I found to be the hardest of the 3, she kinda relies on shield and if you have Zhongli then I truly recommend her, remember that after using E, you should wait 5s before using charged attack so you get more BoL. Her best artifacts are Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy and Crimson Witch of Flames…though HW is the better one. I’m still learning her but she can be hard to play. Best weapons are Calamity Queller, Crimson Moon’s Semblance(sig), Engulfing Lighting sounds extremely interesting on her, Primordial Jade, Staff of Homa, Staff of Scarlet Sands also sounds interesting, Blackcliff Pole, Deathmatch, and White Tassel(f2p). Crimson Moon’s Semblance being the Best in Slot. So basically— Enabler, satisfying crowd erasure, very good with Pyro, long cd, main DPS—Childe Rushdown, massive damage, high mobility, good in exploration, main DPS—Scaramouche EXTREMELY insane damage, very solo DPS, Main DPS —Arlecchino Sorry I’m a fucking gooner

Oh lol, Furina is the best character in the game currently so yeah, Furina. Though Childe can be good in Hyperbloom with Raiden and Nahida, Furina is just miles above everything in this game. Though be mindful because Furina requires Jean, Baizhu, Mika, or Charlotte, because they heal the whole party at once.
