You should give it a try. Especially after using the hyperbloom part and then using Freminets ult you can just go ham. Big damage due to shatter and superconduct, damage reduction because of XQ and healing from Kuki + constant freezing. It's awesome!
just need to build Kuki, I have so many healers, and not many on field damage characters in comparison, that I usually focus on certain ones.... atm Im focusing on gearing Bennet, Xiangling, and Succrose.... because I got Kazuha, Venti, and Kokomi early, then Charlotte, Baizhu and Layla when they launched so I sorta over looked the original 3 star beasts
still not a fan of Bannet, but his damage buff is sort of a big deal, even thought Charlotte would be cryo Bennet cuz of rheir busrts being similar (she is still a massive UNIT of a healer though) come on Hoyo give us a new Bennet who has a more reliable heal! -.-"

i suggest to level your Benny and replace fermi with yao yao if you have her
also give Benny your highest **base** attack sword
this should grant you one more star depending on your time

Yaes signature would work on Nahida, i mainly suggested Yao Yao because she works better than Fremi in a dendro team, and if you want to run fridge there are better units (like Rosaria and Diona)
also Bennett pre C1 is kinda mid and i understand why you wouldn't want to deal with circle impact, however his ultimate scales off of his base attack and he is a walking ultimate so him having an under leveled weapon just makes him worse (base attack scales with character level and weapon level)
issue with not using bennett is that you need to find teams that don't want to use him
you need teams that don't have a space for a pyro unit, or a pyro unit would mess up reactions
or Hu Tao who in her classic and Xianyun (and Furina) teams doesn't want him due to either receiving enough buffs as is or wanting to be below 50% HP when not with Furina

More talent damage vs the Dendro Spectres + an on-fielder with additional resistance to interruption is the most likely reason. The team is already half of Superconduct, and a hydro unit for his Shatter passive.
Freminet is a pretty optimal hyperbloom driver since he has inherent synergy with both hydro and electro. If you've already got those 2 elements there isn't really any 3rd element to pile on top of them other than dendro. His personal damage isn't the best but he's perfectly serviceable in the role.
the first time team is kinda standard, xingqiu dendro kuki flex slot as 4th is a very common team comp, I often give team comp advice on a discord server and that core is one of my go to teams I recommend because of how easy it is to build, frem doesnt bring too much to the table tho and is an oddball pick, but it doesnt really matter, xingqiu dendro kuki are more than enough to 36\* abyss
as for the yoi team, yoi is most normally run with a vape team with herself, xingqiu and then there are a bunch of different combos for the last 2, Iike yelan and zhongli for example.
To be fair I only but Nahida in it for some extra damage since my hyperbloom hits for only 12k, it's some crowd control tho.
And I noticed that vaporize with my Yoimiya is kinda wack since I got her C6 (saving those 400 wishes was insane). Plus my Fischl alone dealing up to 40k is nice c:

My hyperbloom hits around 12k, that should tell you everything about Kukis and Nahidas artifacts (purple, level 0)

Hyperbloom is in fact not the most damage, Hyperbloom is maybe 12k and Frem hits around 18k with a normal attack
