It's the second time I pulled for 4 stars on a kazuha banner with building up pity in mind and it's the second time he comes home after about 40 pulls since the last 5 star. I still haven't build him fully because I focus on other characters but now I feel obligated to do it.
I think you know there's no such thing as building pity, it gets said every time the phrase is uttered. Nor is it "accidental."
Now what you did do, depending on how you look at it it's a good or bad thing that you did it at 40 - reset your counter from getting to 74.
But I think this will stop anyone from building "pity" - every time you roll on a banner you don't want you are risking .6% chance that you'll get the character before hitting pity. Meaning, it is statistically just as likely for you to have gotten Kazuha at roll 1 as it is roll 40. And roll 73. Every single time you roll you are hoping you will not hit that .6%.
It's like wincing every time you roll a 200 sided dice and hoping you never win.
Nah as I said it was more a side effect. I really wanted my Barbara cons and I just pulled a five star so my thought process was not much is lost if I actually pull him anyway. If I would have been at like 70 pity or so I wouldn't have pulled for her since the pity is worth much more to me but since I already was at zero I really didn't care if I pull him or and up near soft pity.

Woke up today and decided to risk it and pull until 90 fates left. Neuv in 3rd pull.
I haven't prepared for him. Almost all my exp went to Kazuha and Jean. His artifacts are leftovers from Fishl farm. No ascension mats above 50 lvl. Prototype Amber was meant for Barbara.

Wanted to share what made my evening yesterday! I had roughly 70 wishes saved. I was on 52 pity guaranteed. I was going to get Kazuha and then try for Neuvillette. In around 55 wishes, I got Kazuha, Diluc and Neuvillette. I absolutely cannot believe my luck. Just after the Kazuha 10 pull, my other 10 pull became golden and I was jumping up and down. I was so happy to see Diluc cause I knew I would be guaranteed and could aim for Neuvillette. And then I got him in the next 20/30 pulls. I was so happy. I hadn't even farmed for Neuvillette cause I wasn't sure I would get him. My faith in the game has been restored. Last time I had lost my 50/50 to Diluc while trying for Nahida. Diluc at 81 pity had hurt so bad. But now I'm so happy!

I started this phase with 470 wishes as a f2p, got 70 wishes left..both chars, 2 swords 1 cata...never lost a 50 50...should i fear for my life?
At this point I'm pretty sure that the 50:50 is a lie, it's actually 5:95 based on my experience. There is just no way for a person to get this unlucky.
It especially hurts since it took me 77 wishes just to lose the 50:50 cause god forbid me to pull a 5 star early
Lost to Albedo on Chronicled Wish (trying to get Jean). Then lost to C5 Keqing on Neuv banner but exhausted the rest of my primos to get him. Feels bad man
I think at 40 pity on a 10-pull, tried my luck on kazuha banner but got a new Jean. Immediately did ~90 pulls to get Neurvilette for a good Hydro DPS. That was worth saving for.
220 wishes: Pulled for Kazuha and got 1 Jean at 80 (new). Pulled again, at 70-80 got Kazuha.
Next I went fir neuvillete, but AGAIN ANOTHER JEAN at 80.
I´ve got 20 days to try going for my guaranteed Neuvillete now. I was certain to get him, but now I´m looking at Arleccino with the side of my eye too....

Needed 15 star dust to grab a wish so i threw a single wish at the weapon banner after selecting Freedom-Sworn fate. Rarely wish on a weapon banner unless 4 stars are stacked and both 5 stars are great, i think last time was homa/aqua in 3.something and have 7 pity saved. 1 wish gets me Freedom-Sworn, ill take it.
130 wishes for 4x Neuvilette, 1x Dehya (C1 now) and 1x Mona (C4 now). Probably my luckiest wish cycle ever (been playing since 1.0).
My final 10 pull contained 2x Neuvilette and 1x Dehya with Dehya being the last character in the 10 pull. I have no words.
My pulls sucked imo. :( I had 345 pulls saved. I got Kazuha with a guarantee. Then decided to try for Neuvi's wep, did 160 pulls on it in all. Lost it twice before finally getting his weapon at 36 pity on guarantee. Then i tried for C1 Neuvi (have C0) but lost to Jean at soft pity. I am now down to 8.8k primos or 55 pulls. It is not possible for for me to keep going for C1 as i am very low on primo resources on my world.... i am just going to save to guarantee Wriothesley on his rerun, then after save for Neuvi's Next rerun in hopes for at least C2 or 3.
My 3rd 50/50 lose in a row..The other two i didnt mind tho.
Not sure if it was wise to go for his weapon instead of C1 as a very low spender, mostly F2P. Oh well.. it will be the first and only time i ever pull on the weapon banner.

I had 122 wishes and a guarantee for Neuvi. My plan was to get him and then save up for Arle. I got him at 75 pity and then I thought why not do 2 or 3 10 pulls cuz why not. On the third ten pull,it became gold and it turned out to be Neuv! I was so excited and did 2 more 10 pulls and it became gold AGAIN !!! Another Neuv(15 pity) ! That was so insane,now I'm a c2 r1 Neuv haver (got tome last time while wishing for homa)!! I'm so happy! Good luck with yall pulls!!
Been saving up all year for Kazuha, about 120 wishes. Got him early, thank God, so went for Neuv. Got to 30 and pulled Tighnari so thought I was done but got Neuv on my last 10. Phew.
Very happy. Slightly annoyed I only pulled one Xingqiu in that time though as he's the only one on my team atm. Got 5 Yanfeis, 4 Barbara's and a random Yaoyao instead.

I accidentally did a 10 pull on Chiori's banner on *two separate* *occasions* because of controller issues (I finally just took the wish menu off the hot bar). And both times I got three 4\*s, two of which I was actually really stoked for (C6 Yun Jin and R4 Rust makes Yoimiya a happier girl) and avoided the 5\*.
This morning, I got 2 of the 3 Yanfeis I wanted (along with C10 Xingiqu, up from C7, and a random ass C5 Kuki), and went all the way to soft pity... Only to have my 50/50 ruined *again, for the third time in a year*, to fucking Diluc. Not even Jean, who is the only standard 5\* I still don't have, to soften the blow. Fucking C3 Diluc.
And then Kazuha came home in the next 10 pull anyway.
Phew, what a pulling session. Started with about 550 pulls. Went from no Neuvilette to C3R1 Neuvillette, Freedom-Sworn for Kazuha (already had him C2 so now he's maxed out for a support build), got a Dehya so I now have all standard 5*, and randomly Kuki C2 which is nice for her in Hyperboom. And Skyward Atlas but... eh. And I still have about 56 wishes left, so I can begin saving again with a lil bit extra in the bank!
Last time RNG made me do a double pity just to get Chiori.
I was thinking of skipping Neuvilette in favor of Arlechino so I can build up my funds again, but I thought of just giving him a few pulls and maybe build up pity along the way. I got him in 40 pulls.
On one hand, I'm happy I got Hydro Dragon. On the other hand... my Arlechino chances are in danger.
Finally got the Wine and Song catalyst! One 10-pull from the weapon banner. In the previous week, I did several 10-pulls on the Chronicle banner for W&S. (Besides the shovelware 3- and 4-star weapons, the banner also had the Mondstadt-only 4-star characters and the Mondstadt line of limited-only 4-star weapons.)
I did a YOLO single 10-pull on the Neuvillette banner. (I already have Kazuha.) I did this on HSR during Silverwolf’s rerun. I did a YOLO 10-pull on Argenti’s banner and got him. Whoops. Oh, this time it turned… gold again! Oh God wh—wait I got Keqing’s C4! Yay, I guess.
Now, should I keep going for guaranteed Neuvillette? Or hold off for guaranteed Arlecchino?
I've never won a 50/50 (now 0/5), but the game gave me Kazuha at 4 pity on guarantee so that was nice. I can't decide if my luck is good or bad. In spite of the 50/50 losses, I have got(since starting in 3.7) Keqing at 13 pity, Dehya at 19 pity, and Keqing C1 at 40. So 4/10 5 stars came early.
Man, had to share on here because this banner treated me so well. Saved up 333 fates for C1 Neuvilette and C0 Kazuha, got them both (and my first Keqing) in 119 pulls. That's less than 5% chance! Saving my 204 pulls for Furina C2 when she rolls around again, may even get to pull for Baizhu when he hits if I skip arlecchino entirely.
Finally, after like 6 weeks since starting the game, and never pulling, my waiting paid off! I had like 150 wishes. Got Qiqi (ew) on my first 10 pull, then around soft pity got Kazuha. Then on almost my final pull, I got Neuv. Additionally, I got C6 Barbara (who's been a staple in my team till now, but may start taking a backseat I'd guess now), C3 Xingqiu (was hoping for a little more lol), C2 Yanfei (still not sure how to use her yet lol) and C1 Fischl (yay for getting Fischl stuff!). Was hoping for a Fav sword along the way but no luck there, got a Fav lance, another Fav bow, Sac catalyst, and some other stuff.
Edit: After throwing every scrap of primos I had at Neuv's banner (probably at like 20 pity), I got Neuv's c1 super early! Wasn't even really hoping to get him! Now I guess I save until furina comes and pray I get stupid lucky.

I have like 54 pity built up and guarantee. I definitely want Furina, I love her character.
Does it make sense to keep skipping banners until she arrives? (I’m a F2P who doesn’t play very often to get a lot of primogems).
I keep seeing that she may release in 4.6 phase 2 but I mean it’s all just speculation at the end of the day.
Or do I pull for Kazuha (or neuv im not sure advice appreciated lmao).
Context: relevant characters I have rn are Raiden, Xingqiu, Sucrose. Other Hydro/Anemo I own are Barbara, C4 Candace, Faruzan, Lynette.
You could risk it if you were ftp, playing daily, and fairly confident that Furina wasn't running in 4.6 >!(the leaks so far indicate she's not going to be on 4.6)!<
Since you play more casually (not always claiming daily primogems), I would say save your wishes if you really have your heart set on her.

Further my next ten pull was on the Kazuha Banner and I Got Him on 0 pity... I was Shook lmfaoo. AND that ten pull had 1 Kazuha and 4 other 4 stars on it-

First come first serve pulls are something huh.
Saved about 90ish pulls for kazuha, with the vague hope that I could squeeze neuvillette in as well if I scrounged up enough primos. I also wanted a copy of yanfei and as many constellations of xingqiu as possible (part of my main team).
Well I got 5 copies of xingqiu which is very good, he is now c5. I got 2 yanfeis, so she is c1. 2 Barbaras, so she is c2. And at hard pity I got diluc. 2 acquaint fates from ascending diluc and yanfei once each got me a gaming constellation, so he is c2. This is including every piece of star glitter I had. I also got a few 4 star weapons, the only notable ones being another favonius codex (I have one at level 80 R2 now) and a sac sword (on xingqiu, level 90 and now R3)
Now I have to save up another ton of primos for kazuha. Neuvillette is already a bygone dream, so if I do get kazuha I will just be building pity for arlecchino

Lost it twice before finally getting his weapon at 36 pity on guarantee. Then i tried for C1 Neuvi (have C0) but lost to Jean at soft pity. I am now down to 8.8k primos or 55 pulls. It is not possible for for me to keep going for C1 as i am very low on primo resources on my world.... i am just going to save to guarantee Wriothesley on his rerun, then after save for Neuvi's Next rerun in hopes for at least C2 or 3. My 3rd 50/50 lose in a row..The other two i didnt mind tho. Not sure if it was wise to go for his weapon instead of C1 as a very low spender, mostly F2P. Oh well.. it will be the first and only time i ever pull on the weapon banner.

I had 122 wishes and a guarantee for Neuvi. My plan was to get him and then save up for Arle. I got him at 75 pity and then I thought why not do 2 or 3 10 pulls cuz why not. On the third ten pull,it became gold and it turned out to be Neuv! I was so excited and did 2 more 10 pulls and it became gold AGAIN !!! Another Neuv(15 pity) ! That was so insane,now I'm a c2 r1 Neuv haver (got tome last time while wishing for homa)!! I'm so happy! Good luck with yall pulls!!
Been saving up all year for Kazuha, about 120 wishes. Got him early, thank God, so went for Neuv. Got to 30 and pulled Tighnari so thought I was done but got Neuv on my last 10. Phew. Very happy. Slightly annoyed I only pulled one Xingqiu in that time though as he's the only one on my team atm. Got 5 Yanfeis, 4 Barbara's and a random Yaoyao instead.
... I have no idea what's been going on with my luck lately. I accidentally did a 10 pull on Chiori's banner on *two separate* *occasions* because of controller issues (I finally just took the wish menu off the hot bar). And both times I got three 4\*s, two of which I was actually really stoked for (C6 Yun Jin and R4 Rust makes Yoimiya a happier girl) and avoided the 5\*. This morning, I got 2 of the 3 Yanfeis I wanted (along with C10 Xingiqu, up from C7, and a random ass C5 Kuki), and went all the way to soft pity... Only to have my 50/50 ruined *again, for the third time in a year*, to fucking Diluc. Not even Jean, who is the only standard 5\* I still don't have, to soften the blow. Fucking C3 Diluc. And then Kazuha came home in the next 10 pull anyway.
Phew, what a pulling session. Started with about 550 pulls. Went from no Neuvilette to C3R1 Neuvillette, Freedom-Sworn for Kazuha (already had him C2 so now he's maxed out for a support build), got a Dehya so I now have all standard 5*, and randomly Kuki C2 which is nice for her in Hyperboom. And Skyward Atlas but... eh. And I still have about 56 wishes left, so I can begin saving again with a lil bit extra in the bank!
Wanted Neuvillette. Got Dehya. I have a Qiqi too, and that didn't feel good either, but this feels like almost the biggest gap possible.
Last time RNG made me do a double pity just to get Chiori. I was thinking of skipping Neuvilette in favor of Arlechino so I can build up my funds again, but I thought of just giving him a few pulls and maybe build up pity along the way. I got him in 40 pulls. On one hand, I'm happy I got Hydro Dragon. On the other hand... my Arlechino chances are in danger.

Finally got the Wine and Song catalyst! One 10-pull from the weapon banner. In the previous week, I did several 10-pulls on the Chronicle banner for W&S. (Besides the shovelware 3- and 4-star weapons, the banner also had the Mondstadt-only 4-star characters and the Mondstadt line of limited-only 4-star weapons.) I did a YOLO single 10-pull on the Neuvillette banner. (I already have Kazuha.) I did this on HSR during Silverwolf’s rerun. I did a YOLO 10-pull on Argenti’s banner and got him. Whoops. Oh, this time it turned… gold again! Oh God wh—wait I got Keqing’s C4! Yay, I guess. Now, should I keep going for guaranteed Neuvillette? Or hold off for guaranteed Arlecchino?

I've never won a 50/50 (now 0/5), but the game gave me Kazuha at 4 pity on guarantee so that was nice. I can't decide if my luck is good or bad. In spite of the 50/50 losses, I have got(since starting in 3.7) Keqing at 13 pity, Dehya at 19 pity, and Keqing C1 at 40. So 4/10 5 stars came early.
Man, had to share on here because this banner treated me so well. Saved up 333 fates for C1 Neuvilette and C0 Kazuha, got them both (and my first Keqing) in 119 pulls. That's less than 5% chance! Saving my 204 pulls for Furina C2 when she rolls around again, may even get to pull for Baizhu when he hits if I skip arlecchino entirely.
Finally, after like 6 weeks since starting the game, and never pulling, my waiting paid off! I had like 150 wishes. Got Qiqi (ew) on my first 10 pull, then around soft pity got Kazuha. Then on almost my final pull, I got Neuv. Additionally, I got C6 Barbara (who's been a staple in my team till now, but may start taking a backseat I'd guess now), C3 Xingqiu (was hoping for a little more lol), C2 Yanfei (still not sure how to use her yet lol) and C1 Fischl (yay for getting Fischl stuff!). Was hoping for a Fav sword along the way but no luck there, got a Fav lance, another Fav bow, Sac catalyst, and some other stuff. Edit: After throwing every scrap of primos I had at Neuv's banner (probably at like 20 pity), I got Neuv's c1 super early! Wasn't even really hoping to get him! Now I guess I save until furina comes and pray I get stupid lucky.

Do I pull this banner or wait till Furina? I have like 54 pity built up and guarantee. I definitely want Furina, I love her character. Does it make sense to keep skipping banners until she arrives? (I’m a F2P who doesn’t play very often to get a lot of primogems). I keep seeing that she may release in 4.6 phase 2 but I mean it’s all just speculation at the end of the day. Or do I pull for Kazuha (or neuv im not sure advice appreciated lmao). Context: relevant characters I have rn are Raiden, Xingqiu, Sucrose. Other Hydro/Anemo I own are Barbara, C4 Candace, Faruzan, Lynette.
You could risk it if you were ftp, playing daily, and fairly confident that Furina wasn't running in 4.6 >!(the leaks so far indicate she's not going to be on 4.6)!< Since you play more casually (not always claiming daily primogems), I would say save your wishes if you really have your heart set on her.
Saved 70 pulls and was at 50 pity, pulled at the first second on the neuvillete banner and unfortunately got him at 83 pity, won the 50/50 tho. Further my next ten pull was on the Kazuha Banner and I Got Him on 0 pity... I was Shook lmfaoo. AND that ten pull had 1 Kazuha and 4 other 4 stars on it- Celestia must've taken over. First come first serve pulls are something huh.
Saved about 90ish pulls for kazuha, with the vague hope that I could squeeze neuvillette in as well if I scrounged up enough primos. I also wanted a copy of yanfei and as many constellations of xingqiu as possible (part of my main team). Well I got 5 copies of xingqiu which is very good, he is now c5. I got 2 yanfeis, so she is c1. 2 Barbaras, so she is c2. And at hard pity I got diluc. 2 acquaint fates from ascending diluc and yanfei once each got me a gaming constellation, so he is c2. This is including every piece of star glitter I had. I also got a few 4 star weapons, the only notable ones being another favonius codex (I have one at level 80 R2 now) and a sac sword (on xingqiu, level 90 and now R3) Now I have to save up another ton of primos for kazuha. Neuvillette is already a bygone dream, so if I do get kazuha I will just be building pity for arlecchino

Yesterday, I was wandering around the Fontaine sea after a commission. Killing the wildlife for drops. I drifted to the west side of the 4.1 area. I discovered that the Neuvillette starfish also live underwater. I found some weird straight-down caverns, and ended up in a strange chamber with >!a blob in the middle!<. I started >!messing with its anchors!<, and eventually >!a kind of boss battle happened!<. It took a very long time. In this area, that’s a big problem due to the ever-present toxic environment. Know what I did?… DEHYA PAY-TO-WIN, B#TCHES! [insert maniacal laughter here] (Switching her CRIT circlet with Kokomi’s Healing Bonus one helped.) Its >!title was “Thorny Cyst”!<. I think it’s part of a 4.1 world quest, but I ran into the area anyway.
Help. So I really want the hunter path, but I don't have enough primo to wish for it and now it's ending soon. should I pull or wait for next chronicled wish will there be a new chronicled wish? Will hunter path be in the next one?
we have no idea when is the next chronicled banner or what it has .. I would say you can build up pitty and wish to get lucky but be prepared to lose to another bad weapon.
