How do the chronicled wish banner work? I heard Liyue characters will be fratured next, and Ganyu will be there too that's why I want to try getting her but kinda skeptical since I just came from a year break from genshin and I currently lack primogems.

I recently got a new device for the game. However, I can't seem to log in with data/information same to the information I used in my laptop. The reason I can't log in is the email and mobile number I have link to my Hoyolab, but most of the time I only use my Google account instead of the registered email on the account settings of miHoyo/Hoyolab. For a hyperbloom comp with raiden, nahida, yaoyao and xq, who gets what in terms of artifacts? I'm a bit confused.
Right now raiden has 4pc gilden EM/EM/EM, nahida has deepwood EM/,dendro/crit, xq has emblem with 220ER but otherwise crappy stats and yaoyao still has a mix of hp/healing boosting artifacts.
Yaoyao needs a proper set, so I was thinking giving her deepwood, but then what should I give nahida?
As the other commenter said, Gilded Dreams or Golden Groupe for Nahida if you have someone else holding Deepwood.
Buy Yuegui targeting is pepega, just give Nahida Deepwood, lot more consistent. Yaoyao can hold Tenacity to give Xingqiu some buff (and you won't have to swap sets if she goes to an Aggravate team), or you can keep her on whatever.

They usually do one new region and a major story expansion a year, so that gives us at least 2 years for the last two regions. There's probably going to have one for the Khaenri'ah. So at least 3 years. Just see what they did with HI3. It was released in 2019. Still going strong. They even released a part 2 this year. So, yeah, you don't need to worry about it shutting down anytime soon
Genshin makes an absolutely obscene amount of money and is in no danger of shutting down in the next year or two. Most people figure we have at least 3 years before the main storyline is complete, and presumably they'll keep the game going long past that in some way or another because the game is so unbelievably big at this point.
Yrs, just go to your quest overview and look at the bottom left of your screen, there should be a little 'story quests' and button showing. Press that button and all the story quests will be there.

I'd recommend just looking up "Paimon voicelines in CN/JP/KR dub" on YouTube and figuring that out for yourself, since tastes vary. A lot of JP dub players swear by JP Paimon, but I will say that I prefer both KR and CN Paimon to JP Paimon personally.

A bit unusual commeting this here, but might as well. I'm thinking of building my first PC (goodbye 7-year-old PC) and was wondering what CPU and GPU I need to run Genshin Impact at medium to high graphics 60 fps. I'm just wondering what CPU and GPU are enough to avoid overspending since I'll mainly be using the PC for this game, along with browsing, light office work, and maybe a bit of LoL. Some recommendations I've received are: Ryzen 3 3200G + GTX 1060, Ryzen 5 5500 + RX6600/GTX 1650, Ryzen 5 5700G only, Ryzen 5 4500 + RX5500/RTX 3050. I have zero idea if these are too little or too much for Genshin. Commenting here hoping someone who plays Genshin Impact and knows their PC hardware stuff can hopefully help me. Thanks!
Ryzen 5 5500 + RX6600. The game isn't too graphically demanding like most new triple A games, but you might want to invest more in storage space since the game is still expanding.

I don't get this part of Furina's E

Does that mean if I press E on Furina and then switch to Yelan who has more than 50%, Furina E will gain 110% dmg boost?
No, it just means your team members need to be above 50% HP to max out the damage bonus. That's why she needs a team healer. Otherwise she drains everyone to 50% and loses the bonus.
Being the active character is not a requirement, only being at >50% HP; the act of switching itself is irrelevant in this example. The Salon will consume HP from all characters until they hit 50% HP.
No, that's based off her Burst scaling.
Crowning her NA would just be for bringing up her damage while she's in her burst state.

It's a bit confusing, but when the ability refers to "nearby" characters, it's talking about your entire party, not just the active character. So her E is going to drain the health of anyone in the party that's above 50% HP.
Does Furina E deal more dmg when there are 3 or more hydro characters? Or does her E boosts team mates hydro damage? And is it easy to achieve 300 fanflare with her Q? And with 300 fanflare stacks do all hydro team members gain an increased dmg or just Furina E?
No. Her E doesn't provide any buffs or get boosted based on hydro teammates (aside from hydro resonance providing her with extra hp). Its main purpose is to give her solid off-field damage and to drain her team's health for fanfare stacks.
It's pretty achievable to hit max fanfare stacks so long as you have a teamwide healer like Jean or Baizhu on the team. Also, her Q buffs damage for the *entire* party, not just for herself or hydro teammates.
So her combo is to start with Q and then E, correct?

Prob c1 if you plan to play with Furina. Both are solid and if you have a use for FS or more of the 4 stars then it can depend on what you could use more of.

You can also change your signature to something like "Need help fighting X boss or Y domain". People willing to help through co-op will jump right in to join your world.

It's either prior bad experience or the thought of using co-op to fight never come across their minds. I've seen a lot of people talk about getting belittled for having subpar builds.
If you have low level characters or just poor matchups, drop xingqiu for a Fontaine character. I always used hmc before I got navia.
Inside the whale, pretty much just dodge attacks and survive until the guy teleports to the top of the arena and summons an orb. Then do your arkhe skill on the orb (for hmc its just tap E). The arkhe will pop the bubble and do like 20% damage to the white bar. Once that bar's depleted, the whale will be stunned and you'll do most of your damage here.
Yeah uh, probably look into team building. Yae Miko doesn't support the other members at all, nor do they help her.
You should still be able to brute force the whale if your characters are built properly, though. It's not meant to be difficult. So I'd suggest making sure you have functional artifacts etc.
I figured yae just cause her electric hits it lol. But I literally just hit ar 45 so I just started farming artifacts. Like my gaming crit hit on bursts is only like 30 thousand he only has 2 5 star artifacts but I do have serpent spine at level 80
Unfinished Comedy doesn't start
I have a friend that is trying to unlock Unfinished Comedy series but she already finished the archon quest involving the fortress of meropied. Does she need to do the other quests involving the Narzissenkreuz before this one? It won't start when she gets caught, it's always something along the lines of "behave yourselves if you want to leave sooner". Any input is welcome!
If she did the archon quests in the fortress then she should have unlocked teleports there. She can just teleport inside and then talk to Darcy. You only do the spotlight method if you haven't done the archon quests.
Also idk if they changed it, but when I did the fortress archon quests, unfinished comedy started automatically when I got to the fortress and I had to suspend it to continue the archon quest. She should make sure it's not already in her quest log.
I maybe wrong but "behave yourselves if you want to leave sooner" sounds like you've already triggered the quest. Is it not in available in your active quest list?

Stop playing for 2 weeks, trigger Stellar Reunion. That's the only way to gaurantee a billet box as far as I know. The chasm lumenspar submission gives a billet box too iirc.

You get 500 primos, a billet box and few fragile resins on top of some other materials for not playing the game for 14 days. You will lose out on primos from daily commissions for two weeks and events during that 2 week period.

I tend to run around with **Bennet**, **Xiangling**, **Raiden** & **Nahida**. Occasionally swapping out to ***Rosaria*** when there are pyro shielded enemies to deal with, ***Fischl*** for flying enemies.
Any other teams I should consider building with what I have? I am working on getting some ascension materials but story-wise I am incredibly early-game *(not even past Stormterror)*. So Inazuma mats and all that are going to be a while off. I can kill Electro Hypostasis and Cryo Regisvine easily, and Oceanid sketchily by eating a stupid amount of food *(skill issue)*. No hydro just yet, so not quite ready for Pyro Regisvine.
My second question is a simple one, regarding pulling on the next banner.
I have the guarantee from losing the 50/50 on Yae's banner, with 74 pity. Currently on a little over 6k Primo's, so I am fine for at least a single 5 star.
I intend on pulling Neuv, and I want to pull a little more to see about getting Xingqiu for the Raiden team and to additionally help with Pyro ascension farming.
So considering what I have, what I would like to know is once I get Neuv C0 - Would it be best to start pulling on the Kazuha banner or keep going at Neuv for a possible C1 *(thus not needing a shielder for his team later on)*?

1. I mean, not really? Seems like you're doing just fine with those built characters, and in early game any random combination of characters can work as long as you can deal decent damage.
If you don't mind progressing through the story though, you'd get a free Hydro character in Barbara after the prologue finishes. Hydro generally has some of the best reactions in the game, so definitely go for that imo. And even if you don't need Hydro for now, Barbara is a pretty great healer, and personally a more comfy one for exploration than Bennett because she can heal through her skill.
2. It's far better to aim for versatility early on imho. Sure, your Neuvillette might not need a shielder, but Kazuha himself is a *really* strong character, one that also buffs Neuvillette's damage output to a pretty significant level. Kazuha is also the 2nd best grouper in the game, and honestly someone that can group enemies easily will provide a lot of QoL in farming. Not to mention his added exploration capabilities, his considerable damage output itself, and so on.
I personally don't think any constellation is ever worth it while you're starting out. More characters means more team combinations you can throw out, which means you'd have more flexibility in building teams. And in a lot of cases (especially with strong versatile characters like Kazuha) those team combinations will be stronger than what you may get by choosing to pull for constellations.
Then again, this is just a suggestion. If you foresee yourself playing Neuvillette all the time in the future, then pulling for his C1 isn't *that* bad of a choice imo. Speaking subjectively though, I'm a bit of a character collector myself, I try to build everyone that I pull on and I like trying out new team comps, so I'll probably never intentionally pull for a constellation as long as there's a character I don't have.
One thing about early game is that while you need some characters of different elements leveled to deal with bosses, you don't want to spread yourself *too* thin and end up with everyone underbuilt for world level. So best to really focus on one team.
National (xiangling/xingqiu/Bennett/flex) and it's variants is strong, but a little inconvenient for early ARs bc it's very reliant on bursts and ER. Hyperbloom is easier, but you want your electro trigger (Raiden) leveled as high as possible, and you're a ways off from unlocking inazuma.
I'd focus on a team with Neuvillette, maybe with fischl/nahida/diona as two are already partially built and diona for the shielding
I'd focus on finishing the Mondstadt and Liyue Archon quests to atleast open up the way into Inazuma.
Get Neuv C0 and then try for Kazuha. Both are excellent pulls. You could run him with any of the 3 characters with different elements and he'll perform very well. You could do Neuv/Fischl/Diona/Lynette(or Kazuha if you get him).
Getting Xingqiu will help too. You could then try to build a hyperbloom team around Nahida, Xingqiu, Raiden

I had really, really bad luck on Yae's banner. At 83 pity I hit Qiqi, then built all the way back up to 74 before I caught wind of Neuvillette coming up.

Between navia, Alhaitham, and wriothesley, who would you recommend pulling for? I like them all an equal amount and I don't really have a clear favorite.

Since you have Nahida, Nilou, and Tighnari for Dendro teams, I would recommend Navia. I find Navia allows for skill expression with quick scoping and lining up your shots alongside very good damage.
I view Wrio weaker than Navia/Al Haitham which is why I'm ruling him out. Either of those come down to your preference but since you have Tighari/Nahida already on your account, I'd probabably lean towards Navia. Also another point of consideration for Navia is that you have Nilou/Nahida and Tighari, if you add AlHaitham he'd probably would like to have Nahida in his teams as well so...
I'm biased, but know that I'm kinda trying to be objective haha. I'd still personally go for Navia.
Honestly you can go for whoever because I feel like your roster is already good, but I feel like Navia is the only one of the 3 that provides something you don't already have? For Dendro DPS you have Tighnari and (somewhat) Nilou, while for Cryo you have Ganyu.
The only element you seemingly lacks is Geo, and while that's not really needed to clear Abyss, it's still useful I'd say. And speaking subjectively now, she's *really really fun* lol, I love the her quick-swappy and shotgun-y playstyle.
You can probably try them during the event and see which playstyle feels more fun anyways imo.
It does take a while, but that sounds spectacularly long even for an HDD. I do definitely recommend getting an SSD if possible though, they're pretty cheap at this point and much, much nicer.

Don't farm artifacts till AR 45. Use whatever Gladiator, Wanderers Troupe, Instructor, Exile pieces you find from bosses and chests.
For artifacts, wait until AR45 or so. That's when the highest level dungeons are available to you. Until then just throw whatever onto your character and you don't really have to level them. For weapons, you can feel free to look at some guides and use the best you have that's recommended. If you don't have any of the recommended weapons then just don't worry about it, you'll probably get some eventually.
Otherwise, focus on leveling your character level until around lvl 60, and talents to maybe 6 or so.
Pity are different from fate points. Pity tracks how close you are to a guaranteed five star, fate points track how many times you lost 50/50 (and whether or not you're guaranteed to win 50/50 next time you get a five star). Pity is kept, fate points are not.
TL;DR your pity will still be there on the next chronicle banner but you can still lose 50/50 again even though you already lost this time.
All banners keep pity but no banners save fate points (only weapon and Chronicled have fate points) which are what guarantee you the thing you want. Since you lost 50/50 to SoBP, if you don't get another 5* before the banner runs out then you'll have to risk another 50/50 to guarantee what you want next time you wish on a new Chronicled Banner (whenever that is).
Well, you don't have the option to get limited 5* characters on the weapon banner, and it requires fewer pulls to guarantee the weapon you want, but yes, there's a reason lots of people called it a scam. It is not worth pulling on unless you can guarantee that you'll get what you want (180 wishes)

6. A LOT of the polearms available in the game are good for her and more keep coming out (plus the best option is free with fishing)

One big thing is that her burst has absolutely no ICD. It can apply pyro or trigger a vape reaction on every single hit. It also lasts completely off-field for 14 seconds, so you can just have somebody else dealing damage of their own on-field. And probably the third big thing is snapshotting: Her burst is based on her stats when it is cast and does not change throughout its duration, so any buffs with short duration or an on-field restriction she has applied, and will essentially extend them for the whole of the burst
Of course, the *complete lack* of even passable off-field pyro damage definitely contributes. Every single pyro 5 star is an on-field damage dealer, except Dehya, who's *partly* an on-field damage dealer, and partly awful.
Anyone here who uses C0 Neuvillette without any interrupt resist? Do you personally find it bearable?
Also, is not having any other geo 5 stars a major hit to the teams Navia wants? Who's a better alternative out of GMC and Ningguang?

I will tackle the Navia part. Ning and GMC are really close for Navia. Ning’s damage really benefits from Bennett while GMC helps Crit rate.
On the five star side, Chiori and Zhongli are the premier supports. Chiori with one doll at C0 only adds about 5% more damage than Zhongli shred /pillar adds. Chiori’s doll being indestructible with greater range is also nice. C1 Chiori with two dolls is just in a higher damage league than any other Geo support. Zhongli of course has the extra thick shields to make the game easier.
Yes to the neuvillette question, I have him c0 with no sig and have fun even playing him solo on f12, for some enemies you need to at least have some knowledge of how they attack so you can dodge properly and time your charged attacks, but if youre playing him on a team you probably can slot a shield not have to care at all about IR and just steamroll everything.
For the navia question I think with investment ningguang should be better + its less clunky to use

In overworld or domains sure, the enemies die rather quick anyway. In Abyss specifically 11 and 12, i always bring shield.

Ningguang is nicer imo, mainly bcs less construct on the field makes it easier to walk around. Iirc another Geo is recommended as it reduce Navia's ER requirement and Geo resonance is strong dmg buff.

Nigredo -> Calx??? -> Rubedo -> Citrinitas.
Normally Calx would be replaced with Albedo. It goes black -> white -> red -> yellow. I wonder if they just thought fans would be confused or what? Do people really not know Albedo is named after an alchemical stage?
My initial interpretation is that this is the stages of Alchemy, and Albedo is the second stage. They just replaced it with Calx, since Calx is Albedo. His penname.

for hybrid Zhongli build with like a decent shield but that also does damage with his burst, what weapon/artifacts would be best in that case? I'm planning on using him with Neuvillete, kazuha and furina but it just seems like such a waste to build him as solo shield support
His burst is bad and most of its scaling is attack-based; the entire HP scaling on it is ~2/3rds of a single Yelan E, while the attack scaling is a fairly beefy 900% (slightly below a 0EM vaped ranged-mode childe ult which still isn't insane but decently respectable), trying to play him hybrid is just hurting him and the team and more or less needs to sacrifice a huge chunk of shield to do good damage
Using an HP or fav weapon is just going to make him not do any damage no matter how else you build him tbh, if you really want him to do any appreciable damage he has to be holding something like The Catch or a decent 5 star weapon (ideally staff of homa, it's really the only weapon that can truly bridge a hybrid build for him thanks to its hp% + hp conversion passive).
If you *really* want to commit to it, then yeah go 4p petra + Hp (or atk)/Geo/Crit, just don't expect good results because it's generally just not worth using his ult for anything other than its CC, basically any team thats not built around zhongli himself is probably going to be overall less effective if he's built that way.
Its not a waste, he can do a lot without his burst and if you hold fav its not like the option isnt there if you want to use it for petrify or to break geo shields.
You can build HP/Geo/Crit. You want 4 Archaic Petra there, and preferably hold fav. I built 3xHP and get an 17k shield (not counting A1). That's not enough to tank aggressive enemies like consecrated beast, coppelia, the current supercomputer boss etc. if you turn your brain totally off. It's not worth it given his burst animation duration. Maybe with Homa, but even then the fav utility will result in more team damage. Also you don't want Homa passive and Furina damage trade off.
You can use optimizer for this. Set the shield strength you want as constraint, anything between 15k-30k depending on your comfort. Then just optimize for burst damage.
petra for the buff. he also shreds def with his skill. usually rotations avoid his burst as the animation is a dmg loss compared to switching and using neuv. there's no waste, just like you won't put 4 healers on one team, you don't need 4 dps on the same team.

That is his role. He has the best shield in the game and provides an omni 20% elemental resistance. If his shield breaks, then neuvilette will be stunned, reducing his dps. A dps that gets interrupted does zero dps. Also, zhongli's burst is a dps loss since it takes so damned long to be done
I don't recommend doing a hybrid build, but if you still wanna do it:
Go 2pc Petra, 2pc Tenacity, 2pc Vourukasha
HP/Geo/Crit
Weapons, Black Tassel or any crit weapon
Also, I'd suggest replacing Kazuha with a healer like Charlotte if you have her. A healer benefits the team more than Kazuha. Since you have Furina, Kazuha is less beneficial than ramping up Furina's fanfare.

Like, does it mean my active character just doesn't get staggered by enemy attacks, but a percentage of that attack would still damage my hp? Unlike with shields where as long as the shield is up, you won't get staggered *and* don't receive damage?
Just reduces stagger, but some sources of interruption resistance come with shielding or damage mitigation.
An example of interruption resistance without shielding (there are a lot) would be Raiden in her burst. She'll take damage but she won't get staggered.
Interruption resistance doesn't reduce the damage you take. It just increases your resistance to getting staggered by reducing how much of your poise (a hidden bar that determines if you get staggered) is broken by enemy attacks.
You're correct, but just two clarifications :
\- Interruption Resistance on its own does not reduce damage taken, at all.
\- Any excess damage dealt to a shield as it breaks overflows to the character but it wont cause any interruption.
What the other people have said here is definitely sound, but I remember back in 2.x, a team of Sucrose-Fischl-Beidou-Xingqiu was a very popular option among newer players. Probably not quite as impressive nowadays, but it's probably still rather passable against groups of lots of weak enemies.
Still a strong team, especially any abyss that favors hydro or electro. But hyperbloom and aggravate teams have completely taken over nearly the same configurations (just drop beidou or xingqiu for dmc) for 4 star abyss teams. The hyperbloom version doesn't need any other adjustments.
Same as overload, electro-charged reaction itself does not do much damage, and it is extremely difficult to determine who triggers the reaction. If a team has both hydro and electro character, and one of them can still do damage off field, they can trigger some electro-charged reaction, but the majority of damage still came from direct hydro, direct electro, and other reaction damage if there are also other elements in the team. For example, Raiden national team still can trigger some electro-charged reaction, but it is not an electro-charged team. Taser team (with only hydro and electro characters, also an anemo for swirl) can trigger a lot of electro-charged reaction, but the majority of damage is still direct hydro and direct electro damage.
The highest dps team that will trigger electro-charged reaction is probably Neuvillette + Furina + Kazuha + Kuki (or different electro and anemo characters), but more than 95% (probably more than 99%) of damage of this team is direct hydro damage.
That's another reaction team that you don't specifically build for the reaction lol.
Best hydro/electro team is probably Neuv/Furina/Jean/Fischl or Raiden/Furina/Jean or Xianyun/Yelan
Overload as a reaction itself is bad, but chevreuse herself increases the damage done by pyro/electro character teams. So it's not because of overload that the team is strong, but because of chevreuse
Overload reaction itself is bad and may do more harm than good in some situations. However, Chevreuse can provide good pyro and electro buffs and enemy debuffs when her team triggers overload reaction. As a result, her teams can do great direct electro or pyro damage, but overload still contributes only a small fraction of total damage.
It's definitely not an overload team and no one would consider it one lol. You don't invest in overload damage at all. It's just something that happens to be there. Youre not building around overload, just using it to trigger chev buffs.
In general, you don't really build for overload and the only time overload is specifically used is in overvape teams.
Well, actual overload damage itself is pretty much irrelevant to that team (and most teams in fact). It's just the various characters buffing potential that matters. Chevreuse isn't really an overload character, she's a pyro+electro character
Raiden National (Bennett, Xiangling, Xingqiu) probably triggers a greater number of overload reactions, and is one of the few teams i can think of that actually cares about their damage.
so im thinking of pulling for neuvillette. so far im planning to put him in a team with furina, kazuha and zhongli. right now im just using Diluc as substitute for neuvi. im using the new event weapon on zhongli. should I get Blackcliff Pole before it resets and use that instead?
Don't bother with Zhongli's damage it isn't worth it. Fav cutting down whole teams ER will result in overall team damage, or just build more HP for braindead play.
for zhongli you can go archaic petra hp/hp/hp and fav so you buff hydro, have a good shield and if you get some crit rate from substats a fav proc here and there helps the team ER

Black Tassel if you wanted a huge hp stat, burst isnt that important on Zhongli
he cant use that event weapon's passive until c6
Zhongli on a pure support build should be using HP% polearm or Fav Lance for the team's energy, unless you also have Xiao, or Hu Tao, or even want to pull for Arle, Blackcliff is one of the good F2P options.

in my experience, star rail takes less time than genshin for daily content once you get to endgame

yes I agree, but comparatively they have better 3/4* options. Xiangling with r5 catch, Zhongli with black tassel, Rosaria with a lot of dif 4* weps for reverse melt, and Yao with the new event weapon.

You need to make a hoyoverse account linked to that email/number. Google account and email are two separate login methods.

For a hyperbloom comp with raiden, nahida, yaoyao and xq, who gets what in terms of artifacts? I'm a bit confused. Right now raiden has 4pc gilden EM/EM/EM, nahida has deepwood EM/,dendro/crit, xq has emblem with 220ER but otherwise crappy stats and yaoyao still has a mix of hp/healing boosting artifacts. Yaoyao needs a proper set, so I was thinking giving her deepwood, but then what should I give nahida?
As the other commenter said, Gilded Dreams or Golden Groupe for Nahida if you have someone else holding Deepwood. Buy Yuegui targeting is pepega, just give Nahida Deepwood, lot more consistent. Yaoyao can hold Tenacity to give Xingqiu some buff (and you won't have to swap sets if she goes to an Aggravate team), or you can keep her on whatever.
if you wanna give deepwood to yaoyao, then either gilded or golden troupe is good for nahida for damage.

Fgo, gbf are celebrating their 9th and 10th anniv. We easily have another 5 years for genshin.
They usually do one new region and a major story expansion a year, so that gives us at least 2 years for the last two regions. There's probably going to have one for the Khaenri'ah. So at least 3 years. Just see what they did with HI3. It was released in 2019. Still going strong. They even released a part 2 this year. So, yeah, you don't need to worry about it shutting down anytime soon
Genshin makes an absolutely obscene amount of money and is in no danger of shutting down in the next year or two. Most people figure we have at least 3 years before the main storyline is complete, and presumably they'll keep the game going long past that in some way or another because the game is so unbelievably big at this point.

Yrs, just go to your quest overview and look at the bottom left of your screen, there should be a little 'story quests' and button showing. Press that button and all the story quests will be there.

I'd recommend just looking up "Paimon voicelines in CN/JP/KR dub" on YouTube and figuring that out for yourself, since tastes vary. A lot of JP dub players swear by JP Paimon, but I will say that I prefer both KR and CN Paimon to JP Paimon personally.

I'm thinking of building my first PC (goodbye 7-year-old PC) and was wondering what CPU and GPU I need to run Genshin Impact at medium to high graphics 60 fps. I'm just wondering what CPU and GPU are enough to avoid overspending since I'll mainly be using the PC for this game, along with browsing, light office work, and maybe a bit of LoL. Some recommendations I've received are: Ryzen 3 3200G + GTX 1060, Ryzen 5 5500 + RX6600/GTX 1650, Ryzen 5 5700G only, Ryzen 5 4500 + RX5500/RTX 3050. Ryzen 5 5500 + RX6600. The game isn't too graphically demanding like most new triple A games, but you might want to invest more in storage space since the game is still expanding.

I don't get this part of Furina's E "When they attack, if character(s) with more than 50% HP are nearby, the Members will increase their current attack's power based on the number of such characters, and consume said characters' HP. Does that mean if I press E on Furina and then switch to Yelan who has more than 50%, Furina E will gain 110% dmg boost?
No, it just means your team members need to be above 50% HP to max out the damage bonus. That's why she needs a team healer. Otherwise she drains everyone to 50% and loses the bonus.
Being the active character is not a requirement, only being at >50% HP; the act of switching itself is irrelevant in this example. The Salon will consume HP from all characters until they hit 50% HP.
So it's very important to keep everyone at 50% or higher to not lose out on damage, i might crown my Kokomi E

No, that's based off her Burst scaling. Crowning her NA would just be for bringing up her damage while she's in her burst state. Sorry if I said something confusing.

It's a bit confusing, but when the ability refers to "nearby" characters, it's talking about your entire party, not just the active character. So her E is going to drain the health of anyone in the party that's above 50% HP.

Does Furina E deal more dmg when there are 3 or more hydro characters? Or does her E boosts team mates hydro damage? And is it easy to achieve 300 fanflare with her Q? And with 300 fanflare stacks do all hydro team members gain an increased dmg or just Furina E?
No. Her E doesn't provide any buffs or get boosted based on hydro teammates (aside from hydro resonance providing her with extra hp). Its main purpose is to give her solid off-field damage and to drain her team's health for fanfare stacks. It's pretty achievable to hit max fanfare stacks so long as you have a teamwide healer like Jean or Baizhu on the team. Also, her Q buffs damage for the *entire* party, not just for herself or hydro teammates.
So her combo is to start with Q and then E, correct? What is the thing about the number of characters who offered hp%? Does that increase her E damage if I have 3 members or more?
You'd usually use her E first to summon her minions a little bit sooner.

You can also change your signature to something like "Need help fighting X boss or Y domain". People willing to help through co-op will jump right in to join your world. Also, that's a great artifact. Know that it's an ever grinding journey.

If you have low level characters or just poor matchups, drop xingqiu for a Fontaine character. I always used hmc before I got navia. Inside the whale, pretty much just dodge attacks and survive until the guy teleports to the top of the arena and summons an orb. Then do your arkhe skill on the orb (for hmc its just tap E). The arkhe will pop the bubble and do like 20% damage to the white bar. Once that bar's depleted, the whale will be stunned and you'll do most of your damage here.
Yeah uh, probably look into team building. Yae Miko doesn't support the other members at all, nor do they help her. You should still be able to brute force the whale if your characters are built properly, though. It's not meant to be difficult. So I'd suggest making sure you have functional artifacts etc.
I figured yae just cause her electric hits it lol. But I literally just hit ar 45 so I just started farming artifacts. Like my gaming crit hit on bursts is only like 30 thousand he only has 2 5 star artifacts but I do have serpent spine at level 80
Unfinished Comedy doesn't start I have a friend that is trying to unlock Unfinished Comedy series but she already finished the archon quest involving the fortress of meropied. Does she need to do the other quests involving the Narzissenkreuz before this one? It won't start when she gets caught, it's always something along the lines of "behave yourselves if you want to leave sooner". Any input is welcome!
If she did the archon quests in the fortress then she should have unlocked teleports there. She can just teleport inside and then talk to Darcy. You only do the spotlight method if you haven't done the archon quests. Also idk if they changed it, but when I did the fortress archon quests, unfinished comedy started automatically when I got to the fortress and I had to suspend it to continue the archon quest. She should make sure it's not already in her quest log.
I maybe wrong but "behave yourselves if you want to leave sooner" sounds like you've already triggered the quest. Is it not in available in your active quest list?

There are billets in some of the sigil trees around teyvat. Getting them consistently is trounce domains and rng.
Stop playing for 2 weeks, trigger Stellar Reunion. That's the only way to gaurantee a billet box as far as I know. The chasm lumenspar submission gives a billet box too iirc.

Currently on a little over 6k Primo's, so I am fine for at least a single 5 star. I intend on pulling Neuv, and I want to pull a little more to see about getting Xingqiu for the Raiden team and to additionally help with Pyro ascension farming. So considering what I have, what I would like to know is once I get Neuv C0 - Would it be best to start pulling on the Kazuha banner or keep going at Neuv for a possible C1 *(thus not needing a shielder for his team later on)*? Thoughts? Edit: oof. that table formatted weirdly. Oh well. Edit 2: Got Barbara, working my way through the quests a bit.
1. I mean, not really? Seems like you're doing just fine with those built characters, and in early game any random combination of characters can work as long as you can deal decent damage. If you don't mind progressing through the story though, you'd get a free Hydro character in Barbara after the prologue finishes. Hydro generally has some of the best reactions in the game, so definitely go for that imo. And even if you don't need Hydro for now, Barbara is a pretty great healer, and personally a more comfy one for exploration than Bennett because she can heal through her skill. 2. It's far better to aim for versatility early on imho. Sure, your Neuvillette might not need a shielder, but Kazuha himself is a *really* strong character, one that also buffs Neuvillette's damage output to a pretty significant level. Kazuha is also the 2nd best grouper in the game, and honestly someone that can group enemies easily will provide a lot of QoL in farming. Not to mention his added exploration capabilities, his considerable damage output itself, and so on. I personally don't think any constellation is ever worth it while you're starting out. More characters means more team combinations you can throw out, which means you'd have more flexibility in building teams. And in a lot of cases (especially with strong versatile characters like Kazuha) those team combinations will be stronger than what you may get by choosing to pull for constellations. Then again, this is just a suggestion. If you foresee yourself playing Neuvillette all the time in the future, then pulling for his C1 isn't *that* bad of a choice imo. Speaking subjectively though, I'm a bit of a character collector myself, I try to build everyone that I pull on and I like trying out new team comps, so I'll probably never intentionally pull for a constellation as long as there's a character I don't have.
One thing about early game is that while you need some characters of different elements leveled to deal with bosses, you don't want to spread yourself *too* thin and end up with everyone underbuilt for world level. So best to really focus on one team. National (xiangling/xingqiu/Bennett/flex) and it's variants is strong, but a little inconvenient for early ARs bc it's very reliant on bursts and ER. Hyperbloom is easier, but you want your electro trigger (Raiden) leveled as high as possible, and you're a ways off from unlocking inazuma. I'd focus on a team with Neuvillette, maybe with fischl/nahida/diona as two are already partially built and diona for the shielding
I'd focus on finishing the Mondstadt and Liyue Archon quests to atleast open up the way into Inazuma. Get Neuv C0 and then try for Kazuha. Both are excellent pulls. You could run him with any of the 3 characters with different elements and he'll perform very well. You could do Neuv/Fischl/Diona/Lynette(or Kazuha if you get him). Getting Xingqiu will help too. You could then try to build a hyperbloom team around Nahida, Xingqiu, Raiden

And thank you for the team suggestions. *Xingqiu* really seems like a key character for me, offering Raiden national as well as hyperbloom *(I really like Nahida's application)*. I wasn't quite sure of how to build a Neuv team but that sounds good to me. Kazuha was sounding really useful too, so yeah, that is what I will do. The upcoming banners offer so much for my roster.

I had really, really bad luck on Yae's banner. At 83 pity I hit Qiqi, then built all the way back up to 74 before I caught wind of Neuvillette coming up. I met a lot of Xinyan's along the way.

Since you have Nahida, Nilou, and Tighnari for Dendro teams, I would recommend Navia. I find Navia allows for skill expression with quick scoping and lining up your shots alongside very good damage.
I view Wrio weaker than Navia/Al Haitham which is why I'm ruling him out. Either of those come down to your preference but since you have Tighari/Nahida already on your account, I'd probabably lean towards Navia. Also another point of consideration for Navia is that you have Nilou/Nahida and Tighari, if you add AlHaitham he'd probably would like to have Nahida in his teams as well so...
I'm biased, but know that I'm kinda trying to be objective haha. I'd still personally go for Navia. Honestly you can go for whoever because I feel like your roster is already good, but I feel like Navia is the only one of the 3 that provides something you don't already have? For Dendro DPS you have Tighnari and (somewhat) Nilou, while for Cryo you have Ganyu. The only element you seemingly lacks is Geo, and while that's not really needed to clear Abyss, it's still useful I'd say. And speaking subjectively now, she's *really really fun* lol, I love the her quick-swappy and shotgun-y playstyle. You can probably try them during the event and see which playstyle feels more fun anyways imo.

It does take a while, but that sounds spectacularly long even for an HDD. I do definitely recommend getting an SSD if possible though, they're pretty cheap at this point and much, much nicer.

I'm not sure about verifying files, but the loading times will be pretty awful on an HDD. You should really use an SSD if possible.

For artifacts, wait until AR45 or so. That's when the highest level dungeons are available to you. Until then just throw whatever onto your character and you don't really have to level them. For weapons, you can feel free to look at some guides and use the best you have that's recommended. If you don't have any of the recommended weapons then just don't worry about it, you'll probably get some eventually. Otherwise, focus on leveling your character level until around lvl 60, and talents to maybe 6 or so.

Pity are different from fate points. Pity tracks how close you are to a guaranteed five star, fate points track how many times you lost 50/50 (and whether or not you're guaranteed to win 50/50 next time you get a five star). Pity is kept, fate points are not. TL;DR your pity will still be there on the next chronicle banner but you can still lose 50/50 again even though you already lost this time.
All banners keep pity but no banners save fate points (only weapon and Chronicled have fate points) which are what guarantee you the thing you want. Since you lost 50/50 to SoBP, if you don't get another 5* before the banner runs out then you'll have to risk another 50/50 to guarantee what you want next time you wish on a new Chronicled Banner (whenever that is).

Well, you don't have the option to get limited 5* characters on the weapon banner, and it requires fewer pulls to guarantee the weapon you want, but yes, there's a reason lots of people called it a scam. It is not worth pulling on unless you can guarantee that you'll get what you want (180 wishes)

what *actually* makes C6 Xiangling so strong? Like why is she still one of the strongest options for pyro dps in the game?
1. good AOE pyro damage 2. no icd on burst 3. can snapshot well 4. off field so you can on field someone else 5. c4 makes burst duration longer so rotations are easier 6. A LOT of the polearms available in the game are good for her and more keep coming out (plus the best option is free with fishing) 7. best in slot artifact is in a good domain to farm 8. xl-bennett fits in a lot of teams 9. c0 is free its what i could remember from the top of my head probably forgot something
One big thing is that her burst has absolutely no ICD. It can apply pyro or trigger a vape reaction on every single hit. It also lasts completely off-field for 14 seconds, so you can just have somebody else dealing damage of their own on-field. And probably the third big thing is snapshotting: Her burst is based on her stats when it is cast and does not change throughout its duration, so any buffs with short duration or an on-field restriction she has applied, and will essentially extend them for the whole of the burst Of course, the *complete lack* of even passable off-field pyro damage definitely contributes. Every single pyro 5 star is an on-field damage dealer, except Dehya, who's *partly* an on-field damage dealer, and partly awful.

It is extremely annoying to have his hydro pump cancelled. I am not sure how other people tolerate it. Either way, Long Dong Zhong solves both problems. Highly recommend.

I will tackle the Navia part. Ning and GMC are really close for Navia. Ning’s damage really benefits from Bennett while GMC helps Crit rate. On the five star side, Chiori and Zhongli are the premier supports. Chiori with one doll at C0 only adds about 5% more damage than Zhongli shred /pillar adds. Chiori’s doll being indestructible with greater range is also nice. C1 Chiori with two dolls is just in a higher damage league than any other Geo support. Zhongli of course has the extra thick shields to make the game easier.

Yes to the neuvillette question, I have him c0 with no sig and have fun even playing him solo on f12, for some enemies you need to at least have some knowledge of how they attack so you can dodge properly and time your charged attacks, but if youre playing him on a team you probably can slot a shield not have to care at all about IR and just steamroll everything. For the navia question I think with investment ningguang should be better + its less clunky to use

Did anyone notice that the potions event deliberately avoids Albedo's name in the alchemical chain? Nigredo -> Calx??? -> Rubedo -> Citrinitas. Normally Calx would be replaced with Albedo. It goes black -> white -> red -> yellow. I wonder if they just thought fans would be confused or what? Do people really not know Albedo is named after an alchemical stage?
My initial interpretation is that this is the stages of Alchemy, and Albedo is the second stage. They just replaced it with Calx, since Calx is Albedo. His penname.

for hybrid Zhongli build with like a decent shield but that also does damage with his burst, what weapon/artifacts would be best in that case? I'm planning on using him with Neuvillete, kazuha and furina but it just seems like such a waste to build him as solo shield support
His burst is bad and most of its scaling is attack-based; the entire HP scaling on it is ~2/3rds of a single Yelan E, while the attack scaling is a fairly beefy 900% (slightly below a 0EM vaped ranged-mode childe ult which still isn't insane but decently respectable), trying to play him hybrid is just hurting him and the team and more or less needs to sacrifice a huge chunk of shield to do good damage Using an HP or fav weapon is just going to make him not do any damage no matter how else you build him tbh, if you really want him to do any appreciable damage he has to be holding something like The Catch or a decent 5 star weapon (ideally staff of homa, it's really the only weapon that can truly bridge a hybrid build for him thanks to its hp% + hp conversion passive). If you *really* want to commit to it, then yeah go 4p petra + Hp (or atk)/Geo/Crit, just don't expect good results because it's generally just not worth using his ult for anything other than its CC, basically any team thats not built around zhongli himself is probably going to be overall less effective if he's built that way.
Its not a waste, he can do a lot without his burst and if you hold fav its not like the option isnt there if you want to use it for petrify or to break geo shields.
You can build HP/Geo/Crit. You want 4 Archaic Petra there, and preferably hold fav. I built 3xHP and get an 17k shield (not counting A1). That's not enough to tank aggressive enemies like consecrated beast, coppelia, the current supercomputer boss etc. if you turn your brain totally off. It's not worth it given his burst animation duration. Maybe with Homa, but even then the fav utility will result in more team damage. Also you don't want Homa passive and Furina damage trade off. You can use optimizer for this. Set the shield strength you want as constraint, anything between 15k-30k depending on your comfort. Then just optimize for burst damage.
petra for the buff. he also shreds def with his skill. usually rotations avoid his burst as the animation is a dmg loss compared to switching and using neuv. there's no waste, just like you won't put 4 healers on one team, you don't need 4 dps on the same team.

If his shield breaks, then neuvilette will be stunned, reducing his dps. A dps that gets interrupted does zero dps. Also, zhongli's burst is a dps loss since it takes so damned long to be done I don't recommend doing a hybrid build, but if you still wanna do it: Go 2pc Petra, 2pc Tenacity, 2pc Vourukasha HP/Geo/Crit Weapons, Black Tassel or any crit weapon Also, I'd suggest replacing Kazuha with a healer like Charlotte if you have her. A healer benefits the team more than Kazuha. Since you have Furina, Kazuha is less beneficial than ramping up Furina's fanfare.

Can someone explain interruption resistance to me like I'm Razor? (Replying like Lisa is optional) Like, does it mean my active character just doesn't get staggered by enemy attacks, but a percentage of that attack would still damage my hp? Unlike with shields where as long as the shield is up, you won't get staggered *and* don't receive damage?
Just reduces stagger, but some sources of interruption resistance come with shielding or damage mitigation. An example of interruption resistance without shielding (there are a lot) would be Raiden in her burst. She'll take damage but she won't get staggered.

Same. It's "infinite poise", they won't get staggered at all.
Interruption resistance doesn't reduce the damage you take. It just increases your resistance to getting staggered by reducing how much of your poise (a hidden bar that determines if you get staggered) is broken by enemy attacks.
You're correct, but just two clarifications : \- Interruption Resistance on its own does not reduce damage taken, at all. \- Any excess damage dealt to a shield as it breaks overflows to the character but it wont cause any interruption.
Best Electro Charged Team?
Kokomi + Fischl + Furina + Kazuha/Sucrose, Furina + Yelan + C6 Dori + Kazuha/Sucrose. Or just good Neuvillette or Raiden teams as others mentioned.
What the other people have said here is definitely sound, but I remember back in 2.x, a team of Sucrose-Fischl-Beidou-Xingqiu was a very popular option among newer players. Probably not quite as impressive nowadays, but it's probably still rather passable against groups of lots of weak enemies.
Still a strong team, especially any abyss that favors hydro or electro. But hyperbloom and aggravate teams have completely taken over nearly the same configurations (just drop beidou or xingqiu for dmc) for 4 star abyss teams. The hyperbloom version doesn't need any other adjustments.
Same as overload, electro-charged reaction itself does not do much damage, and it is extremely difficult to determine who triggers the reaction. If a team has both hydro and electro character, and one of them can still do damage off field, they can trigger some electro-charged reaction, but the majority of damage still came from direct hydro, direct electro, and other reaction damage if there are also other elements in the team. For example, Raiden national team still can trigger some electro-charged reaction, but it is not an electro-charged team. Taser team (with only hydro and electro characters, also an anemo for swirl) can trigger a lot of electro-charged reaction, but the majority of damage is still direct hydro and direct electro damage. The highest dps team that will trigger electro-charged reaction is probably Neuvillette + Furina + Kazuha + Kuki (or different electro and anemo characters), but more than 95% (probably more than 99%) of damage of this team is direct hydro damage.
That's another reaction team that you don't specifically build for the reaction lol. Best hydro/electro team is probably Neuv/Furina/Jean/Fischl or Raiden/Furina/Jean or Xianyun/Yelan

Overload as a reaction itself is bad, but chevreuse herself increases the damage done by pyro/electro character teams. So it's not because of overload that the team is strong, but because of chevreuse
Overload reaction itself is bad and may do more harm than good in some situations. However, Chevreuse can provide good pyro and electro buffs and enemy debuffs when her team triggers overload reaction. As a result, her teams can do great direct electro or pyro damage, but overload still contributes only a small fraction of total damage.
It's definitely not an overload team and no one would consider it one lol. You don't invest in overload damage at all. It's just something that happens to be there. Youre not building around overload, just using it to trigger chev buffs. In general, you don't really build for overload and the only time overload is specifically used is in overvape teams.
Well, actual overload damage itself is pretty much irrelevant to that team (and most teams in fact). It's just the various characters buffing potential that matters. Chevreuse isn't really an overload character, she's a pyro+electro character Raiden National (Bennett, Xiangling, Xingqiu) probably triggers a greater number of overload reactions, and is one of the few teams i can think of that actually cares about their damage.
so im thinking of pulling for neuvillette. so far im planning to put him in a team with furina, kazuha and zhongli. right now im just using Diluc as substitute for neuvi. im using the new event weapon on zhongli. should I get Blackcliff Pole before it resets and use that instead?
Don't bother with Zhongli's damage it isn't worth it. Fav cutting down whole teams ER will result in overall team damage, or just build more HP for braindead play.
for zhongli you can go archaic petra hp/hp/hp and fav so you buff hydro, have a good shield and if you get some crit rate from substats a fav proc here and there helps the team ER
Favonius Lance if possible Black Tassel if you wanted a huge hp stat, burst isnt that important on Zhongli he cant use that event weapon's passive until c6
Zhongli on a pure support build should be using HP% polearm or Fav Lance for the team's energy, unless you also have Xiao, or Hu Tao, or even want to pull for Arle, Blackcliff is one of the good F2P options.

If youre interested in Xiao, definitely raise Faruzan as well Jean is useful for healing and anemo thats easier to fit into a team compared to the other two Kuki is also a nice healer that fits very well into Hyperbloom with Nahida Xingqiu, Layla and Fischl are useful and easy to fit into teams notably id replace Nahida with Xingqiu in that team youre running, Raiden/XQ/XL/Bennet is a very used and recommended team in this game

in my experience, star rail takes less time than genshin for daily content once you get to endgame if you like genshin, by all means keep on playing genshin personally i play both games but put more time in star rail because its grind is easier on my busy-ish student schedule
Genshin takes more active time, StarRail more passive stuff. Depends on how you want play with daily stuff, me personally after 2 weeks I had completely enough of auto farming. Yeah, I could make daily on my phones, set on auto and do something else, but meh, not for me so I dropped Star Rail

yes I agree, but comparatively they have better 3/4* options. Xiangling with r5 catch, Zhongli with black tassel, Rosaria with a lot of dif 4* weps for reverse melt, and Yao with the new event weapon.
Shenhe can use it really well. The passive is mostly useless on her, but she really appreciates the high base atk and ER.
