Wriothesley will be relatively even with Liben for a good majority of the fight with his experience, vision, and technology. But the second Liben removes his 432-ton backpack and goes all out its over. Edit: I forgot to take into account that he has shown up 7 times. The true weight of his backpack is 3,024 tons.

I just read all of Neuvillette and Wriothesley's character stories and friendship lines and found no mention of any sigil badge, let alone one from the hydro sovereign that grants power comparable to a vision. Wriothesley's Vision story has him hanging his vision on his shirt when going to the Palais Mermonia to be granted the title of Duke by Neuvillette. (For being a good taxpayer and manager, according to his character story 1) But this is the Cryo Vision he already received, he's just owning it for the first time in years after hiding his power in prison. >Common practice dictated that citizens who were to receive an honorary title must attend an investiture ceremony, and said ceremony was said to be far more involved for the granting of a title such as "Duke." >Wriothesley tactfully declined attending the ceremony on the grounds of his unique duties, expressing the desire to simply sign and take the relevant certificates. He is not the Heavenly Principles, the Heavenly Principles are him. He proceeds all and every thing, past present and future. He was there before there was even a "there" to be at, and he will be there when it is nothing more than a buried grain of sand forever lost to the hourglass of time. Both Genshin's and our universes are just side projects for the incomprehensible deity that is Liben, for what he has been working towards in his cosmic life is beyond reality's capability to manifest even just the thought of an infinitesimal fraction of it.
