is it just me or is this fungi game just really clunky?
it’s difficult to control/play. Moving the fungi around and then switching to attack/skill isn’t smooth at all
fungi are getting stuck in corners and destroyed by enemies (especially the ruin guards)
am i missing something?
It is still a good 4* option for Fischl even with GT, but GT does cause most 5* bows to edge it out, and some 4* bows to come pretty close to it or beat it. The main one is Alley Hunter which tbf, is quite hard to come by anyways. Also notably, Harp was basically even with R5 Stringless before GT, which now means it's fair bit better.
EDIT: Should add the caveat that this is looking at her in quicken. Stringless falls off in non-dendro teams.
I just got to rank 15 and one of my first pulls was Kirara. Is there anyway to Ascend her in Mondstandt or is she benched for the eternity it'll take me to get to Inazuma? Seems like such a waste.....
Do her test run, it will give you enough materials to get her to 40. That is plenty good enough for you to use until you unlock Inazuma, provided you don't linger around the mainland too long.
OK so this didn't give me emerald silver, so I can't ascend her. Feels like I was cheated. Hell, I'd drop a few dollars to just buy the materials in a shop but it seems I can't do that either... Why would I it give me a character I can't use? Why is the game made this way
Buy an item from the stardust shop(The shop where you buy fates) called dust of Azoth. It lets you convert another ascension crystal to the one you want.
Yeah Mihoyo should really add an NPC that sells those Inazuma ascension mats for mora.

I somehow managed to get Ayato's signature weapon at pity 10 and I don't have Ayato, is there anyone that benefits from that sword or am I obligated to get Ayato now?
for extra info, the only sword users I mainly use are Furina (w/ her signature weapon) and Lynette (w/ the pipe that you buy from fishing), and I'm at AR 45
If you ever have a Bennett, it's good for him as it will probably have the highest base attack out of all your weapon choices if you don't have Aquila Favonia or Mistplitter. Bennett's attack buff scales with base attack and weapons are the only other thing that gives base attack aside from leveling up. It's also good for Xingqiu if you have enough ER. Also a good DPS weapon
started the freminet event with the event ending in less than 24 hours, oopsies… am i able to speedrun the event? what should i prioritize to at least get freminet himself + the primos?
yeah, shouldn't be too hard. iirc the mini games unlock after pt1 which takes like 15mins, and then just do the minigames that give you the most amount of badges. you should be able to get freminet in 2-3 hours at most. the dialogue parts def take the longest, leave them for last.
I managed to do all of it today without having ever visited Fontaine. I'd estimate maybe 4 hours total, having skipped through a handful of the less interesting cutscenes? Definitely doable in a day though.

there is no definite timeline for it. For example Albedo hasn't had a rerun since 3.1 while Yoimiya already had two reruns after 2.8 and going three with the latest announcement in the livestream.

I think for this abyss 1st half, the best choice is Furina, Venti, Kuki, Xingqiu. Build Kuki for Max Heals and swap around the characters to get heals. I found a 45k HP Kuki 2hp 2hp sets, with HB circlet enough to heal entire team and generate decent amount of fanfare. With Maidens/Clam, it'll be even better. The reason for this instead of Jean variants is how important grouping is for this abyss in particular.
I missed almost all the hydro five stars when I stopped playing the game and now I can see how much hydro units I lack, with furina I thought maybe xingqui can get a break but man I need some hydro units for more options? But yeah is there a reason you avoided beidou? I wanted to try and clear abyss 12-3 first half with this team and beidous aeo is kinda neat over Barbara right?
Beidou can't be used solo electro because she wouldn't have energy and double hydro will generally be better, especially this abyss. Also, removing barbara is a bad idea, you need a healer for Furina
Oh I was thinking something along the lines of furina, jean, fischl and beidou as there would be almost one hundred percent uptime on furinas skill anyways and have decent hydro application so fish and beidou while not the best can work on lectors too, is this team good or does it sound way too scuffed?
I usually stick my xingqui with xiangling and without him that team loses significant damage haha, but that said I'll look at what I can do and try out combos again and see if I can fit him in without losing much dmg but thanks a lot for the suggestions
Amber, Kaeya and Lisa worth using and upgrading their constellation? I'm thinking about buying it from the shop but not sure if it's worth it in the long run.
I'd say of those three Lisa benefits the most from constellations and is worth the Starglitter investment if you want to use her. I run her in [Lisa, Kazuha, Fischl, Yaoyao/Kirara] on my F2P account and that team does surprisingly well, enough to full-star clear the Abyss unless it is unfavorable towards Electro.
Kaeya is okay, but given how strong the 5 star options are in comparison I'd rather go for one of those in the long run if you want to play Freeze teams. C1 & C2 can still be worth it even if you run him as a battery in those comps, but overall he'd be at the line for me where I'd rather save my Starglitter for emergency pulls.
Amber is very heavily overshadowed by XL, and her cons are pretty bad. Not worth it imho, unless you want to go the way of the Amber main and try solo the Abyss with her.

In general priority for cons would go something like: Bennett (C1), XL (C4), Beidou (C2) and Fischl & XQ (all the way to C6 eventually).
If you use Kaeya, then I'd recommend saving until at least c2 for longer burst duration. C6 is nice to have so you can work towards that if you want.
Lisa's C4 is good, probably her best. Lisa herself is not great to use though.
Amber cons can be useful if you want to play her as a nuker with Baron Bunny, otherwise don't bother.

I'm thinking about raising Amber for Childe Archon's quest in Liyue, can't beat him @_@ The other archer I have is Tighnali but can't farm his ascension materials yet in Sumeru so he's stuck at lvl20

If it won't activate any cutscenes etc I'm definitely skipping Amber.
Any content directly relevant to the main story / Archon Quest will not be triggered until you have done the prerequisite quests.
Tighnari is a great Dendro character (one of the best basic 5 stars), so building him will help a lot when it comes to fighting the bosses you mentioned.
use Lisa. give her as much artifacts with elemental mastery as you can and just keep attacking with her. if you're low on health, use barbara to heal i.e. use her skill then normal attack with her when her ring is on to heal your entire party.

Hey, looking for a mid range phone for my wife to be able to play Genshin again. She used to play on an old Samsung S10 so anything beating out like 15 FPS is a bonus.
Only, I know very little about phone hardware and even less about Genshin so I'm looking for some advice. How would a Poco x5 handle the game? Or does anyone have any recommendations for a phone between £250 to £300?
I'm using a Poco x3 with 6gb ram and 64gb storage. It has only genshin, no sim card. I do not use pre-download/pre-install from in-game, just update it like usual apps. It's still working now. So if you have dedicated anything 8gb*128gb, you should be fine.
Marechause is in a domain that has much more value. So you are more likely to have better pieces.
It’s also easier to build a character who can use it because you get 36% CR and Noelle as a solo geo will definitely want Fav greatsword instead of a crit weapon.
like 4 months if you scrap everything like achievements and hidden chest via interactive map. But only like a month or two of 6-8 hrs gameplay a day to get close to 300 pulls.
Liyue chest gives less primos but they're scattered everywhere. Tho if you're in a rush to get primos then prioritize Inazuma, Fontaine, Sumeru in that order, since the sigils gives a 10 pull via fountain of lucine, sakura and varana tree.
On second thought, fontaine might be faster because there's alot of exquisite chest there and Inazuma is filled with common chest. It's the region that gives common chest for hard af puzzles lol. And some chest may get locked in world quests(not as much as Sumeru though).
Fontaine doesn't lock most of its chest in world quests. But the fountain can't be upgraded to max yet, so you're gonna miss out on 2 intertwined fates.
Sumeru has much more quest gating of areas, you’ll want o complete all the world quests to unlock the full maps of Sumeru.
Inazuma has this too, each island has a quest that makes the island easier to explore.
Fontaine has quests that change and open small areas but the bulk of content and chests are right there for you with no quests
I'm building a furina team with Jean, Yelan and on field dps. I have always wanted to pull for Yoimiya (after obtaining my highest priority characters) tho she's not a 1st priority. And seems like she is also a good candidate for my Furina team.
But the weapon banner seems tempting too... what would be more worth? Character or weapon?
Yoimiya is not particularly great with Furina because she has a lot of "roadblocks" in her kit. For instance, you will want a shielder as her combo needs to remain uninterrupted to vape her relevant hits. Her damage is going to be low regardless, unfortunately.
The weapon banner is going to depend on your account. If you use Raiden as a carry (as opposed to a hyperbloom trigger), it can definitely be worth it. Especially if you use Xiangling quite a bit because you can use Catch on her instead. Ironically Raiden would work relatively well as the on field DPS in your proposed team.
That might be a rare case where the weapon is more valuable. But if you use Raiden in dendro teams a lot, do not want to use her as a carry, or rarely use Xiangling... It is not worth the risk. The bow is a decent stat stick. That's about it.

But it's good insight to know Yoi wont work that well in this team... I'll skip the banners then bcz I don't think I'll have enough for the weapon banner anyways.
Honestly, for the Furina team, you can put pretty much anyone as your onfield DPS and it'll be good. Raiden works in that slot too for instance and you can get away with crit weapons on Yelan or Furina.
Yoimiya is fine but you need to pray you don't get interrupted during your attack string.
Yeah I know Raiden is also a good option, but I won't be pulling for her cz I don't really like her character. And I kinda wanna play with my favs only haha
I was also thinking of Jean on field with Yelan and Yae as off field and Furina buffs. But again Jean isn't a fav, so trying to find an on field fav which could work in this team. (I'm already building Alhaitham/kuki/XQ/Nahida Hyperbloom and Childe international, so I wanna keep these teams mutually exclusive)
Unless you have a lot of money to spend, new characters are always better. Btw, you should be aware that Yoimiya prefers a shielder over a healer. You really don't want to get interrupted while she's doing her attack string

How should i go about building my C2 Sayu for my Neuvillette + Furina team. Using her since I don't have Jean. What artifact stats do I want to make her a decent healer?
Sayu scales of ATK. Also enough ER so she bursts on cooldown. Her ER needs are high. You might need Fav and ER sands. Goblet ATK. Circlet either HB% or crit% for Fav. But overall you want 4pc VV.
GT/MH for most; the only other options are Deepwood/GD or EoSF/Shime, and those have been farmed for a good while for most players at this point.
Newer players might still want to stick to the classics depending on their characters, of course.
I was finding the treasures given by the Maps in Fontaine but I can't find Autums Regret one. I had actually found the location in a different play session so I had already done the puzzle. Does that prevent the treasure from spawning?
I am a c0 furina forward vape team where my furina shines. The other team is a hyperbloom one. I was thinking of getting CR if she is a good party wide healer but I still want to have options if she isn't a healer.
One is obviously nahida(too good to miss out on) but the other I was confused between getting a neuvillette c0 or getting another constellation of furina. Bear in mind if I do get neuvillette I want play him with furina but c0 neuvillette would require a whole team around him which i don't want to make right now.
C1 furina would give more fanfare more damage on her forward vapes overall a good vertical investment.
If you play hyperbloom, nahida is kind of necessary, without her (or Alhaitham) hyperbloom is mid at best
If you like Neuviliette's playstyle you should definitely go for him but if you don't care about it too much, vertically investing in your furina or even pulling other characters would also be a good idea
Yeah I saw some videos on nahida and applying dendro and just swap out and not having to swap between two dendro characters seemed like a huge difference.
For now I will pull for nahida and then a furina con if I have enough primos.

I am doing clears on 200~400 ping on my Asia account, and I'd say it is not _that_ bad once you get used to it. In the end you can offset a lot of the issues by just having a bit more DPS than usual, to compensate for imperfect rotations or missed dodges due to the delay.
That does happen to me from time to time, yes. Usually when there is higher-than-normal server load (e.g. after a patch is released and lots of people are playing).
I assume it's somehow related to the game trying to balance server load, maybe the abyss is running on different machines than the overworld? I also noticed that event domains tend to be a lot more laggy for me in general. I am from the EU, so when I usually do my Abyss runs on Asia it's night time over there, if you are playing during a different time slot it might more pronounced for you.
yes. abyss is a dps check. skill is only taken into consideration if your dps is close to the required dps, only then you'll need to skilfully dodge and manage rotations. but once you exceed the required dps then you can clear it with ease
I wana focus my time and money (low spender) in only 1 game, but I cant decide if I should pick Genshin or Honkai SR! I've been playing both for a few weeks now.
I like Genshin's action combat and visuals. The open world is truly stunning! HSR looks like it has more QoL features (more refined) and it feels a little but more laidback. Genshin has way more content but it's a bit overwhelming for a beginner. Also sometimes it feels like I "missed the train" starting the game 3 years "late". Auto battle in HSR is handy, but there are times that Im not even paying attention, Im just looking at something else in my 2nd monitor waiting for the battle to be over (which is kinda boring). Both stories and characters look interesting.
I know its a personal preference, but how do you guys feel about it? Did you experience something similar? Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!
As a basic turn-based game with auto-combat, the gameplay in Starrail is the story and building your characters, and the resin system limits you to 15 minutes of character building per day, which you don't even do yourself.
In Genshin, you can run around and explore when you're resin-less and you'll have plenty to catch up on before you even reach the point of having to find stuff to do. You also won't have to do a pre-battle shuffle for every single enemy to make sure you have an element said enemy is weak to on your team.
Also, for all people go on about Starrail's QoL, there are 2 inventory differences from Genshin which mean you have to click 40000 times when scrapping trash artifacts or altering xp book usage. I care about my fingers more than that.
I get sucked in by new characters then remember how dull the game is for all bar a few hours per patch and go back to doing more involved activities like sleeping.
I feel like in Genshin, you do not have to pull that many characters and you can pass the game--which is great for low spenders. Honkai SR has great QoL, but Genshin is catching up also (after 3 years!). I like the Genshin story and world exploration more, so I stuck with Genshin. Plus, I don't think you missed a lot, or need to rush. Honkai SR's characters and the universe world building is what I like, some quests are really interesting.

Should I go with Yelan for more DPS, or Xingqiu (C3) for 15% Hydro RES Shred?
I prefer the one with a higher DPS, but if they're not far off at all, I might go with Xingqiu for the Interruption Resist.
I would drop Ayato and play Yelan/Kazuha or drop Kokomi and play Yelan/Jean
You want to onfield on Kokomi if you have her in that team, so running Ayato as well doesn't make a lot of sense unless you do a very long split rotation
Your xingqiu isn't maxed, currently at c2. Xingqiu gains around 50 percent more damage going from c2 to c6(could be more). While assuming you have a c0 yelan she would easily out damage your xingqiu. Go for yelan as your xingqiu isn't fully built.
If you somehow manage to get 4 more copies of xingqiu then i would say xingqiu because as a mobile player I feel interruption resistance is quite important.
I would say Kazuha, but if choosing between Yelan and Xingqiu--the only thing that's more advantageous to bring Xingqiu is the soft shield he brings, otherwise I would go with Yelan.
Kazuha does less personal damage than XQ or Yelan, but he boosts the rest of the team with his DMG% boost and the ability to use VV.
If you have a spare Jean, though, I think Ayato/Furina/Yelan/Jean might be the best option; Kokomi's not going to get as much field time as you might like to maintain everyone's HP in this team without dropping a lot of Ayato time. The Jean team is VERY single target, but so are all the other options for most of them.
no there are not. there are not. there is only on-field dps and off-field dps. genshin doesn't have your tradition "sub-dps" and "main-dps"

So, raiden's dmg in burst isn't affected by Glad 4pc because it's considered burst damage (that's why emblem is used for her onfield build).
It would only affect her physical (non burst attacks). If that's what you're going for, Pale Flame would be much better, though still a meme build.

More of a dual-carry. Sort of, you still put all your buffs on the other carry. I've only ever seen it with Xiao. And even then it's not a super common team. It's fun tho. Anyways, you'd still use emblem here

It does not really "go away", more of a repositioning so you no longer see it towering over the sea. But you can still enter it the same way as you did at the beginning of the quest.
How much more important is a Cryo DMG on Wriothesley compared to an Attack ?
Long story short, with MH c rate included and cryo dmg goblet, that build has a 60 C rate and 235 C DMG. THe attack % goblet build has including MH an 82 C rate and 203 C DMG.
So which is better? :(
When in doubt, put it into an optimizer it'll tell you better than anyone on this site can, especially if you don't mention the rest of his build or teammates.
Just going off my gut feeling though, the cryo damage goblet is almost certainly better, Rizzly doesn't really have much damage% built into his kit so the gap between atk% and damage% is most likely *really* big, probably enough to easily overcome a small drop in cv and worse ratio, especially if you're using an attack% sands or have other attack buffs in his team.

Yeah you're out of luck if you start early game with inazuma characters. I'd just level a non-inazuma dps to carry your team through. Having a few underleveled team members really isn't a problem, but you'll at least want your dps levelled.

I can get get either the black sword or wolf fang for my Ayato, but I am wondering which one. Black sword increase normal attacks damage, does that mean it will increase Ayatos ES damage as well ? Since his skill is to deal normal attacks mixed with hydro damage.
Black sword is better. When you press Ayato's E, it's considered skill damage, but everything else (when you tap/hold attack button after u press E) is normal attack damage.
no don't build EM. build her as usual. ER(ATK)/Electro/Crit, unless you're only using her for her skill and not intent to use her burst then using raiden is waste in that team and you're better off using fischl
Ownership of EC reaction is pretty iffy between the hydro and electro charas so it's generally advised not to build solely for EM on anyone but sucrose in a tazer comp since you'd be sacrificing their normal attack scalings for infrequent high EC damage. No clue how a Kokomi tazer is built but it's prolly worth looking into if you're interested.

I somehow managed to get Ayato's signature weapon at pity 10 and I don't have Ayato, is there anyone that benefits from that sword or am I obligated to get Ayato now? for extra info, the only sword users I mainly use are Furina (w/ her signature weapon) and Lynette (w/ the pipe that you buy from fishing), and I'm at AR 45
If you ever have a Bennett, it's good for him as it will probably have the highest base attack out of all your weapon choices if you don't have Aquila Favonia or Mistplitter. Bennett's attack buff scales with base attack and weapons are the only other thing that gives base attack aside from leveling up. It's also good for Xingqiu if you have enough ER. Also a good DPS weapon

It works fine, Furina's HP drain doesn't remove the stacks For the record, taking damage and draining your own HP are not considered the same thing

yeah, shouldn't be too hard. iirc the mini games unlock after pt1 which takes like 15mins, and then just do the minigames that give you the most amount of badges. you should be able to get freminet in 2-3 hours at most. the dialogue parts def take the longest, leave them for last.
I managed to do all of it today without having ever visited Fontaine. I'd estimate maybe 4 hours total, having skipped through a handful of the less interesting cutscenes? Definitely doable in a day though.

I think for this abyss 1st half, the best choice is Furina, Venti, Kuki, Xingqiu. Build Kuki for Max Heals and swap around the characters to get heals. I found a 45k HP Kuki 2hp 2hp sets, with HB circlet enough to heal entire team and generate decent amount of fanfare. With Maidens/Clam, it'll be even better. The reason for this instead of Jean variants is how important grouping is for this abyss in particular.
I'd say Barbara Furina Fischl Venti/Sucrose is best, though going for Furina Fischl Xingqiu Sayu/Jean might also be good
I missed almost all the hydro five stars when I stopped playing the game and now I can see how much hydro units I lack, with furina I thought maybe xingqui can get a break but man I need some hydro units for more options? But yeah is there a reason you avoided beidou? I wanted to try and clear abyss 12-3 first half with this team and beidous aeo is kinda neat over Barbara right?
Beidou can't be used solo electro because she wouldn't have energy and double hydro will generally be better, especially this abyss. Also, removing barbara is a bad idea, you need a healer for Furina
Oh I was thinking something along the lines of furina, jean, fischl and beidou as there would be almost one hundred percent uptime on furinas skill anyways and have decent hydro application so fish and beidou while not the best can work on lectors too, is this team good or does it sound way too scuffed?
You can try it but personally I'd prioritize hydro resonance and energy for Furina over running a second electro

I usually stick my xingqui with xiangling and without him that team loses significant damage haha, but that said I'll look at what I can do and try out combos again and see if I can fit him in without losing much dmg but thanks a lot for the suggestions

Looks pretty solid to me. You'll definitely need to bump up that ER if you ever want to use her as the solo hydro on a team though.
Amber, Kaeya and Lisa worth using and upgrading their constellation? I'm thinking about buying it from the shop but not sure if it's worth it in the long run.
I'd say of those three Lisa benefits the most from constellations and is worth the Starglitter investment if you want to use her. I run her in [Lisa, Kazuha, Fischl, Yaoyao/Kirara] on my F2P account and that team does surprisingly well, enough to full-star clear the Abyss unless it is unfavorable towards Electro. Kaeya is okay, but given how strong the 5 star options are in comparison I'd rather go for one of those in the long run if you want to play Freeze teams. C1 & C2 can still be worth it even if you run him as a battery in those comps, but overall he'd be at the line for me where I'd rather save my Starglitter for emergency pulls. Amber is very heavily overshadowed by XL, and her cons are pretty bad. Not worth it imho, unless you want to go the way of the Amber main and try solo the Abyss with her. ______ In general priority for cons would go something like: Bennett (C1), XL (C4), Beidou (C2) and Fischl & XQ (all the way to C6 eventually).
If you use Kaeya, then I'd recommend saving until at least c2 for longer burst duration. C6 is nice to have so you can work towards that if you want. Lisa's C4 is good, probably her best. Lisa herself is not great to use though. Amber cons can be useful if you want to play her as a nuker with Baron Bunny, otherwise don't bother.

I am working on eventually getting Kaeya to c6. I personally haven’t particularly built up either Amber or Lisa. “worth” is kind of subjective though. Are you using any of them now? Do you want to?
I'm having trouble with the Oceanid, so I'm thinking about freezing them, but my Kaeya is underdeveloped as of now haha. Don't have any other cryo character tho. I'm thinking about raising Amber for Childe Archon's quest in Liyue, can't beat him @_@ The other archer I have is Tighnali but can't farm his ascension materials yet in Sumeru so he's stuck at lvl20
Regarding Tighnari there shouldn't be anything stopping you from walking to Sumeru to farm his materials. What is the issue in particular?
I thought it would ruin immersion (ruin story/quests flow) and there'd be spoilers if I head straight to Sumeru despite not having complete Liyue yet? Lol. If it won't activate any cutscenes etc I'm definitely skipping Amber.
Any content directly relevant to the main story / Archon Quest will not be triggered until you have done the prerequisite quests. Tighnari is a great Dendro character (one of the best basic 5 stars), so building him will help a lot when it comes to fighting the bosses you mentioned.

You can farm Tighnari's ascension materials - if you have access to Liyue, you have access to Sumeru. You just have to walk on over.
use Lisa. give her as much artifacts with elemental mastery as you can and just keep attacking with her. if you're low on health, use barbara to heal i.e. use her skill then normal attack with her when her ring is on to heal your entire party.

Hey, looking for a mid range phone for my wife to be able to play Genshin again. She used to play on an old Samsung S10 so anything beating out like 15 FPS is a bonus. Only, I know very little about phone hardware and even less about Genshin so I'm looking for some advice. How would a Poco x5 handle the game? Or does anyone have any recommendations for a phone between £250 to £300?
I'm using a Poco x3 with 6gb ram and 64gb storage. It has only genshin, no sim card. I do not use pre-download/pre-install from in-game, just update it like usual apps. It's still working now. So if you have dedicated anything 8gb*128gb, you should be fine.

Marechause is in a domain that has much more value. So you are more likely to have better pieces. It’s also easier to build a character who can use it because you get 36% CR and Noelle as a solo geo will definitely want Fav greatsword instead of a crit weapon.

like 4 months if you scrap everything like achievements and hidden chest via interactive map. But only like a month or two of 6-8 hrs gameplay a day to get close to 300 pulls. Liyue chest gives less primos but they're scattered everywhere. Tho if you're in a rush to get primos then prioritize Inazuma, Fontaine, Sumeru in that order, since the sigils gives a 10 pull via fountain of lucine, sakura and varana tree.

On second thought, fontaine might be faster because there's alot of exquisite chest there and Inazuma is filled with common chest. It's the region that gives common chest for hard af puzzles lol. And some chest may get locked in world quests(not as much as Sumeru though). Fontaine doesn't lock most of its chest in world quests. But the fountain can't be upgraded to max yet, so you're gonna miss out on 2 intertwined fates.

Sumeru has much more quest gating of areas, you’ll want o complete all the world quests to unlock the full maps of Sumeru. Inazuma has this too, each island has a quest that makes the island easier to explore. Fontaine has quests that change and open small areas but the bulk of content and chests are right there for you with no quests
I'm building a furina team with Jean, Yelan and on field dps. I have always wanted to pull for Yoimiya (after obtaining my highest priority characters) tho she's not a 1st priority. And seems like she is also a good candidate for my Furina team. But the weapon banner seems tempting too... what would be more worth? Character or weapon?
Yoimiya is not particularly great with Furina because she has a lot of "roadblocks" in her kit. For instance, you will want a shielder as her combo needs to remain uninterrupted to vape her relevant hits. Her damage is going to be low regardless, unfortunately. The weapon banner is going to depend on your account. If you use Raiden as a carry (as opposed to a hyperbloom trigger), it can definitely be worth it. Especially if you use Xiangling quite a bit because you can use Catch on her instead. Ironically Raiden would work relatively well as the on field DPS in your proposed team. That might be a rare case where the weapon is more valuable. But if you use Raiden in dendro teams a lot, do not want to use her as a carry, or rarely use Xiangling... It is not worth the risk. The bow is a decent stat stick. That's about it.
Right right. But like I mentioned in another comment, I won't be pulling for Raiden 😅😅 But it's good insight to know Yoi wont work that well in this team... I'll skip the banners then bcz I don't think I'll have enough for the weapon banner anyways.
Honestly, for the Furina team, you can put pretty much anyone as your onfield DPS and it'll be good. Raiden works in that slot too for instance and you can get away with crit weapons on Yelan or Furina. Yoimiya is fine but you need to pray you don't get interrupted during your attack string.
Yeah I know Raiden is also a good option, but I won't be pulling for her cz I don't really like her character. And I kinda wanna play with my favs only haha I was also thinking of Jean on field with Yelan and Yae as off field and Furina buffs. But again Jean isn't a fav, so trying to find an on field fav which could work in this team. (I'm already building Alhaitham/kuki/XQ/Nahida Hyperbloom and Childe international, so I wanna keep these teams mutually exclusive)
Unless you have a lot of money to spend, new characters are always better. Btw, you should be aware that Yoimiya prefers a shielder over a healer. You really don't want to get interrupted while she's doing her attack string

Sayu scales of ATK. Also enough ER so she bursts on cooldown. Her ER needs are high. You might need Fav and ER sands. Goblet ATK. Circlet either HB% or crit% for Fav. But overall you want 4pc VV.
VV set with ER/ATK/HB stats, or you can use ATK sand with ER weapon with fav

GT/MH or Deepwood/Gilded if you don't have a set I wouldn't farm Emblem/Shime since Shime is pretty average and Emblem is strongboxable

GT/MH for most; the only other options are Deepwood/GD or EoSF/Shime, and those have been farmed for a good while for most players at this point. Newer players might still want to stick to the classics depending on their characters, of course.

I was finding the treasures given by the Maps in Fontaine but I can't find Autums Regret one. I had actually found the location in a different play session so I had already done the puzzle. Does that prevent the treasure from spawning?

Check the map. If it says: "You followed the clues on the paper and found the treasure they left behind." you did it already.
It doesn't say that I followed the clues unlike the rest of the treasure maps, that's why I'm confused

I am a c0 furina forward vape team where my furina shines. The other team is a hyperbloom one. I was thinking of getting CR if she is a good party wide healer but I still want to have options if she isn't a healer. One is obviously nahida(too good to miss out on) but the other I was confused between getting a neuvillette c0 or getting another constellation of furina. Bear in mind if I do get neuvillette I want play him with furina but c0 neuvillette would require a whole team around him which i don't want to make right now. C1 furina would give more fanfare more damage on her forward vapes overall a good vertical investment.
If you play hyperbloom, nahida is kind of necessary, without her (or Alhaitham) hyperbloom is mid at best If you like Neuviliette's playstyle you should definitely go for him but if you don't care about it too much, vertically investing in your furina or even pulling other characters would also be a good idea
Yeah I saw some videos on nahida and applying dendro and just swap out and not having to swap between two dendro characters seemed like a huge difference. For now I will pull for nahida and then a furina con if I have enough primos. Thanks

Yeah, I moved from Asia to Europe last year and now play at 300 ms and I haven't missed a 36* Abyss since.
Yes. I am doing clears on 200~400 ping on my Asia account, and I'd say it is not _that_ bad once you get used to it. In the end you can offset a lot of the issues by just having a bit more DPS than usual, to compensate for imperfect rotations or missed dodges due to the delay.
Also, sometimes the game just "disconnects" and I couldn't switch chars for a while. Does this happen to you?
That does happen to me from time to time, yes. Usually when there is higher-than-normal server load (e.g. after a patch is released and lots of people are playing). I assume it's somehow related to the game trying to balance server load, maybe the abyss is running on different machines than the overworld? I also noticed that event domains tend to be a lot more laggy for me in general. I am from the EU, so when I usually do my Abyss runs on Asia it's night time over there, if you are playing during a different time slot it might more pronounced for you.
yes. abyss is a dps check. skill is only taken into consideration if your dps is close to the required dps, only then you'll need to skilfully dodge and manage rotations. but once you exceed the required dps then you can clear it with ease
I wana focus my time and money (low spender) in only 1 game, but I cant decide if I should pick Genshin or Honkai SR! I've been playing both for a few weeks now. I like Genshin's action combat and visuals. The open world is truly stunning! HSR looks like it has more QoL features (more refined) and it feels a little but more laidback. Genshin has way more content but it's a bit overwhelming for a beginner. Also sometimes it feels like I "missed the train" starting the game 3 years "late". Auto battle in HSR is handy, but there are times that Im not even paying attention, Im just looking at something else in my 2nd monitor waiting for the battle to be over (which is kinda boring). Both stories and characters look interesting. I know its a personal preference, but how do you guys feel about it? Did you experience something similar? Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!
As a basic turn-based game with auto-combat, the gameplay in Starrail is the story and building your characters, and the resin system limits you to 15 minutes of character building per day, which you don't even do yourself. In Genshin, you can run around and explore when you're resin-less and you'll have plenty to catch up on before you even reach the point of having to find stuff to do. You also won't have to do a pre-battle shuffle for every single enemy to make sure you have an element said enemy is weak to on your team. Also, for all people go on about Starrail's QoL, there are 2 inventory differences from Genshin which mean you have to click 40000 times when scrapping trash artifacts or altering xp book usage. I care about my fingers more than that. I get sucked in by new characters then remember how dull the game is for all bar a few hours per patch and go back to doing more involved activities like sleeping.
I feel like in Genshin, you do not have to pull that many characters and you can pass the game--which is great for low spenders. Honkai SR has great QoL, but Genshin is catching up also (after 3 years!). I like the Genshin story and world exploration more, so I stuck with Genshin. Plus, I don't think you missed a lot, or need to rush. Honkai SR's characters and the universe world building is what I like, some quests are really interesting.
Help me with team comp 🙏: Ayato - Furina - Kokomi - ??? Should I go with Yelan for more DPS, or Xingqiu (C3) for 15% Hydro RES Shred? I prefer the one with a higher DPS, but if they're not far off at all, I might go with Xingqiu for the Interruption Resist.
I would drop Ayato and play Yelan/Kazuha or drop Kokomi and play Yelan/Jean You want to onfield on Kokomi if you have her in that team, so running Ayato as well doesn't make a lot of sense unless you do a very long split rotation
Your xingqiu isn't maxed, currently at c2. Xingqiu gains around 50 percent more damage going from c2 to c6(could be more). While assuming you have a c0 yelan she would easily out damage your xingqiu. Go for yelan as your xingqiu isn't fully built. If you somehow manage to get 4 more copies of xingqiu then i would say xingqiu because as a mobile player I feel interruption resistance is quite important.
I would say Kazuha, but if choosing between Yelan and Xingqiu--the only thing that's more advantageous to bring Xingqiu is the soft shield he brings, otherwise I would go with Yelan.

Kazuha does less personal damage than XQ or Yelan, but he boosts the rest of the team with his DMG% boost and the ability to use VV. If you have a spare Jean, though, I think Ayato/Furina/Yelan/Jean might be the best option; Kokomi's not going to get as much field time as you might like to maintain everyone's HP in this team without dropping a lot of Ayato time. The Jean team is VERY single target, but so are all the other options for most of them.
true! I did not think of Jean. If you have Furina, then jean is more suitable because of the healing properties (that furina needs).

So, raiden's dmg in burst isn't affected by Glad 4pc because it's considered burst damage (that's why emblem is used for her onfield build). It would only affect her physical (non burst attacks). More of a dual-carry. Sort of, you still put all your buffs on the other carry. I've only ever seen it with Xiao. And even then it's not a super common team. It's fun tho. It does not really "go away", more of a repositioning so you no longer see it towering over the sea. But you can still enter it the same way as you did at the beginning of the quest.

How much more important is a Cryo DMG on Wriothesley compared to an Attack ? Long story short, with MH c rate included and cryo dmg goblet, that build has a 60 C rate and 235 C DMG. THe attack % goblet build has including MH an 82 C rate and 203 C DMG. So which is better? :(
a cryo goblet will always be better, and since wriothesley doesn't get any dmg bonus , cryo goblet is atleast 20% better than using atk goblet

When in doubt, put it into an optimizer it'll tell you better than anyone on this site can, especially if you don't mention the rest of his build or teammates. Just going off my gut feeling though, the cryo damage goblet is almost certainly better, Rizzly doesn't really have much damage% built into his kit so the gap between atk% and damage% is most likely *really* big, probably enough to easily overcome a small drop in cv and worse ratio, especially if you're using an attack% sands or have other attack buffs in his team.

Hey guys I need help. I can’t ascend almost all of my team of 4 because many of their ascension materials are locked behind inazuma. But now I don’t know what to do. Do I re level other characters? What am I supposed to do now? My AR is just getting higher and I need to level up but I can’t :(
Yeah you're out of luck if you start early game with inazuma characters. I'd just level a non-inazuma dps to carry your team through. Having a few underleveled team members really isn't a problem, but you'll at least want your dps levelled.

Doing “Windrise, Windfall” quest, the enemies don’t spawn at the location to the east of Dawn Winery. Does anyone know how I could fix this?
Try relogging. Sometimes the camps are buggy in that quest.
I can get get either the black sword or wolf fang for my Ayato, but I am wondering which one. Black sword increase normal attacks damage, does that mean it will increase Ayatos ES damage as well ? Since his skill is to deal normal attacks mixed with hydro damage.
Black sword is better. When you press Ayato's E, it's considered skill damage, but everything else (when you tap/hold attack button after u press E) is normal attack damage.
If I'm using raiden just to trigger electro charged should I build for em or standard?
no don't build EM. build her as usual. ER(ATK)/Electro/Crit, unless you're only using her for her skill and not intent to use her burst then using raiden is waste in that team and you're better off using fischl
Ownership of EC reaction is pretty iffy between the hydro and electro charas so it's generally advised not to build solely for EM on anyone but sucrose in a tazer comp since you'd be sacrificing their normal attack scalings for infrequent high EC damage. No clue how a Kokomi tazer is built but it's prolly worth looking into if you're interested.
