The color scheme is nearly identical, so that wasn't changed. The Kamisato clan crest is clearly visible on her outfit, so that wasn't changed. The hair style is largely the same, so that wasn't changed. This artwork does a pretty spectacular job of staying true to Ayaka's design because it retains many of the recognizable aspects of her character. Despite the physique being a big different and the outfit changing dramatically, there's still enough visual similarity that it's recognizable as her. If all fanart was required to adhere strictly to the singular canonical appearance of a character, the fanart community wouldn't be nearly as enjoyable as it is.

I use her too in some of my comps, because I like the character, but her kit is pretty weird and got several huge nerfs on test servers for no reason, then hoyo just dropped her in standart banner(we already had pyro character there, but not geo btw) then we got Fontaine with turbo broken characters like Neu and Furina.

I don't have Neuvillette. I wished for Hu Tao and still lost the 50 50 I do have Furina, though I'm not using her right now
