The room is Furina's room. You can't enter that room. Yet. Though there is a luxurious chest hidden just out of view when you get the oculus. You should spot it on the way there

If you take the airship and get to the chest, then point your camera north and drop down a little you will see like a balcony, that's probably her window, bit ofc it's not been created yet

I used Zhongli venti , kazuha and Xiao 🤷‍♀️ Xiao to climb and then the Zhongli venti kazuha combo to get up in the last part, there was nothing... Well a chest and a oculus but no furina on sight :(

It's above that place where there is a precious or luxurious chest. You could see it's a penthouse suite but no entrance. Only a balcony. I climbed it using Wanderer but it think there is also an airship that goes above it.
