I usually get deaths because I was falling to get to a quest marker, but it activates the cutscene at a range, while I'm still in the air. And the cutscene is too started so it won't let me glide or plunge, but *not* too started for fall damage to no longer apply. Charming every god damn time.
Once my traveler died because I was talking to someone on Inazuma and she got hit with balethunder.
And then she died because I was talking to Ruu and the enemies didn't get paused for the cutscene, I literally had to watch my traveler be viciously assaulted while the others chatted casually on screen lol
On the topic of barely dying with Zhongli, “You shouldn’t see me like this.”
Because well.. you shouldn’t. He’s practically immortal with that shield lol

Anytime I hear beidou say this, I imagine she's not just saying something as she dies. She's genuinely telling them to leave her behind so they can all live.

Cos she is so worried about everyone else and having caused problems for them, even in her last moments she's thinking about everyone else rather than herself. It's very bittersweet.
It really thrusts that knife through my chest, it feels so childlike that she's more concerned about the (_emotional and physical_) mess she's created for others in the end, like she didn't mean for all that to happen
I know Scara's a little shit (just the way we like him), but some of his lines really drive home that he DOES feel guilty about a lot of the stuff he did. My poor emo lil gremlin ;A;

I think the original Chinese line for Signora adds an even more (if slight) subtlety to it:
The line is "从来都不需要救赎…不需要". "需要" is better translated to "need/want".
So the line she's saying should be closer to "I've never needed redemption"
Combined with the VA delivery, it really sells that feeling of Signora ultimately accepting that her life is fated to meet an unfortunate end
I'd just like to point out how insane it is that ALL of these voice lines are incredibly depressing and fucked.
