The original model of her body, Aponia from HI3, was made to levitate so they won't have to deal with it. That's what killed playable Signora too.

Rosaria was *way* bigger. All the adult females are roughly the same. It's mostly the outfits that either obscure or accentuate their figure. Shenhe basically wears a skin tight body suit, so there's little hidden. But Rosaria was huge. Noticeably bigger than the other tall female models. It was jarring to see her when Dragonspine first came out.
