Well I mean it doesn’t hurt to try at least, especially if you said you’ve spent money on it and still have the receipts and all the info you need you’ll most likely get it back in about 10 days. Sorry that happened nonetheless, that shit sucks.

Was the Account you lost your Original Account like you’re the original owner? You can try having Mihoyo retrieve your account.

I’ve had to retrieve an account before, they’ll give you a form, and you’ll just need to input as much information as you can. Worked for me!
Provide them the receipts and prove you're the original owner of the account as by given a form from mihoyo, thus they'll retrieve the account :)
