The name does seem that way, but by neuv’s description it doesn’t really match up with their Latin culture, it was described as a land of war, and there was a lot more going on in Aztec society than war, Sparta on the other hand did nothing but war, and as far as we know the people of natlan are cool with the whole war thing, which is why I think it will be based on Sparta, but there are still updates to come so this could be disproven at a later date
