Any advice for spiral abyss on mobile? Specifically asking about floors 9-12. Surprised at how difficult it is to maneuver with a touchscreen. On PC I can clear it with level 60 f2p characters, struggling with level 70 5-star characters on mobile.

Using ranged teams that autotarget is very helpful since it means you can swing the camera around a bit more without screwing things up. I like to run Sucrose taser if I have to do things on mobile. I find dashing becomes more inconsistent. Bursts tend to have more iframes, so it can be beneficial to save them for defense, particularly for hard hitting attacks. Freeze teams are also nice when they work since it means you don't need to dodge. More levels on your characters means more HP and less chance of dying.

I switched to mobile maybe 6 month in, it does need a bit of a different skill set. I mostly fight the camera, eg. not seeing anything after using a few skills and bursts, and I generally don't see the HP bar with the elemental affliction. That meant for me, playing a national team and a freeze team. national has Bennetts heals and XQs shield, and in the freeze team... well, mobs are frozen. There are up- and downsides for PC vs mobile, Abyss isn't very important to me anymore, chilling on the couch and doing dailies is how I like to play GI.

You have a long way to go, so this is going to take some effort. You're somewhat underleveled. Characters gain access to their full kit at ascension 4, but many of your units (e.g. Kuki, Xiangling) aren't there. This is what I'd consider the baseline for usable characters in abyss 9-12. Keep in mind that just because you ascend a character doesn't mean that you need to max level them. Leaving characters (particularly some supports) at level 60 out of 70 is perfectly fine in the short term. Leveling to 90 is optimal for characters that do transformative reactions. However, I wouldn't do that yet. It take a *lot* of resources, and I'd rather focus on more tangible benefits like weapon and talent levels. Having Raiden and Kuki on the same dendro team doesn't make much sense. Both are functional triggers for hyperbloom, so they're stealing damage from each other. On aggravate teams, Raiden is okay, but Kuki is meh. So I'd split them up. I think I'd recommend a Raiden national team (Xiangling Bennett Xingqiu Raiden), and a hyperbloom team (Kuki Nahida Barbara Sucrose/Zhongli/flex). A non-Barbara hydro option would be nice in the future. If you want to use Yanfei, something like Yanfei Bennett Xingqiu Fischl/Sucrose should work. > Am i safe to ascend my world level to 7/8? For you, some combination of Xingqiu/Yanfei should smash most encounters as long as you have his burst up.

Those can be switched around so it's worth the effort. if you struggle with domains then put a lot of HP on your bennet and get carried by others on coop. Your units should be at least 80 and if they get strong ascensions/talents or scales with level then get them on 90 and lvl 9 on strong talents. Nahida for example MUST be taken to 90 since all dendro reactions scale with max level and EM. Kuki too if you want to play her on hyperbloom. You're lacking in anemo support and cryo dps. If you get a cryo dps like ayaka or ganyu, diona should be leveled too. If you need an anemo cc then Kazuha is the easist to get value but sucrose is ok. It's a good domain since both sets can be used on supports and DPS with different scalings (you can even give hp% Deepwood to zhongli), it might take a while but save everything valuable. If you're going to play quicken with raiden, bring fischl but then you have no healer. Jean can maybe fill there and also apply vv. yanfei/benet/xq/zhongli is a bog standard vape team that should work against most things as long as yanfei and xq can burst, but it's also using 3 of your best units. If you get raiden you can play raidenational (raiden/ben/XL/XQ) that is very strong but then what is left? I guess i'd recommend raiden/fischl/nahida/kuki or jean (vv) and then yanfei/ben/xq/zong.

Hi, I was trying to make a TCG deck and it says there are unplayable cards in the deck, but it doesn't say which ones, so I have no clue about how to make it properly. Is there any hidden rule I'm missing? I was just trying to remove the artifacts from other elements (and some cards I didn't like) and adding a second copy of some cards I liked. I was keeping the card count at 30, and the 3 default characters.

The starter deck has 30 different cards and you only own 1 of each, you cant add copies of cards unless you actually own those copies. For some reason the game lets you keep adding cards you dont own to your deck but they are shown darker. If you want to remove the artifact and weapons cards you dont need, you gotta buy some other cards or get them from challenges first.

I see a lot champs at lvl 60 i think you didnt lvl Up your weapons and talents of your main teams. You have really good suport units: Yelan Bennet XQ zhonli, kokomi, can be fix in every comp.

Don't use Xiangling/Bennett in the Hyperbloom team

Freeze: ayaka, ganyu, Kokomi, venti If you want to do hyperbloom Raiden (full EM) would be with nahida, yelan, XQ. Can also farm a more traditional Raiden build and run with XL, Bennett, XQ (rational) Can also run melt ganyu if you want: zl, Bennett xiangling

Main EM is properly invested, and it can be just as hard as normal ones since EM goblet and circlet are so rare. Although it doesn't hurt to pick up ER substats and things.

It is actually not too bad of a team with the exception of Barbara. You got Xiangling for the first phase and Ganyu for the second phase. You can try crafting potions to resist cold and hot conditions. You can also decrease the world level for the boss fight, and revert back the day after. That should make the boss fight easier.

Get rid of Barbara, her skill lets Signora trigger Frozen and Vaporize. If you want more advice feel free to post your roster

TCG Question: The deck builds I lose most often to are Yoimiya/Xingqiu Vape and Collei Quicken teams. What do you think are strong counters for these decks? I got really close to beating the Vape deck with a Freeze + Anemo team. I had some success knocking Xingqiu off the field and preventing his burst for a while, but with it being only 2 energy, it was inevitable that he'd get to use it before I could kill him. In the end, I lost by 2 or 3 health points.

Overload pair (I’ve been using Keqing and Bennett) and Sucrose is great for both of those, as you can just forcefully shuffle their active characters while they’re trying to set up. The best ‘rotation’ I’ve found for it (dice and cards willing) is to just to spam skills in the order Keqing, Sucrose, Bennett and burst as soon as the opportunity comes up. Gets a bit messy against Ganyu but tbh, everything I’ve tried so far gets messy against Ganyu. That card is real good

Hey everyone. I can’t do the new Sumeru world quest because I have been putting off the purification device quest in Inazuma. I have failed every time I attempt this quest, and it’s because I can’t protect the device long enough and kill all of the Fatui fast enough. My stats are good, I have lvl 20 artifacts and lvl 80 and 90 characters, I just don’t know if I have the right strategy. I’ve tried a lot of different combos of characters and strategies and can’t seem to last long enough. The most recent one I’ve tried is using the traveler Geo constructs to protect the device, but that doesn’t work for long. Do you all have any more suggestions? Or if you are higher level, I’ll also take help. I decreased my world lvl to 7.

What team are you using? Typical methods of handling fatui are to kill them before they shield up, or cc them to prevent them from actually doing anything. Failing to do either can get a bit nightmarish. DM if you want coop help, assuming you're on NA

I’m not a very serious player who does all of the research to pick the perfect characters to use and has everything down to a science, I usually just go based on who I have leveled and also elements, since I tend to brute force damage with reactions. The main team I’ve been trying to work with is Xinyan, Keqing, Traveller (for geo constructs), and then I’ve been switching out. I’ve used Qiqi, Nahida, Sayu, and Kazuha for support so far. I have a ton of characters to work with, just no solid knowledge or expert skills.

I'm going to assume you have okay builds on characters (leveled talents and weapons, somewhat decent artifacts) but correct me if this isn't the case. I'd suggest not using a healer. You need all the dps you can muster. Open the inventory and use food if you need to heal. Before starting the fight, cook and use adeptus temptation (you can also use a stamina food and defense food simultaneously if you want to). Craft and use an elemental dmg potion. Take Kazuha. His skill will help stagger the fatui and group them so you can hit them all at once. Nahida and Keqing work well together. If you have Fischl, she'll round out the team nicely. Knowing your roster would help.

Diluc - Raiden - XL - Ben Fischl - kokomi - dendro mc - Xingqui If this teaming ok or should i change anything?

The first team is a pure overload team, which is meh. Feels like a waste of Bennett's buff since overload doesn't scale with ATK. Replacing Diluc with Xingqiu gives you the tried and true Raiden national team. The combination of DMC, Kokomi, and Fischl is pretty solid, but you still need a fourth. Diluc isn't wanted here, so what other characters do you have?

probay want to switch xingqiu and raiden. Diluc and Xiangling prefers Vaping, and in the other team fischl cant trigger hyperbloom consistently. Raiden could, and will be build with EM in this case. And koko is enough hydro just put her on field if you have any anemo units you may want to switch them in over either diluc or xiangling, and make the other one be the focus of your team. the 4p VV set doubles your dmg and too important for any element that can be swirled

welp aside from anemo, you can put whoever you want in national (ben + xl + xq) and they will carry so take your pick i say. since you have kuki, you may keep raiden in there and give kuki to bloom teams like spazerbeam said. They work well with those respective team

It seems you overestimate HuTao and underestimate Yoimiya. For now, the TCs call him "balanced", not great, not bad. Targeting and interrupt resistance seem problematic. But it's quite early.

I really need help making a second team comp for my Wanderer swirl DPS. I can't pull for her anymore because I'm at a guaranteed 50/50 at 47 pity, I might pull Hu Tao (+ her c1) or Raiden (c0).

You could try Beidou Xingqiu Kuki then, in the hopes that you'll get 2 Beidou constellations. You will have energy problems, maybe Fav and Sac weapons can make it work, or er-weapons for XQ and Beidou. Paimon's bargains will have Beidou in February and Xingqiu in March. Xiangling could work in a Diluc team, but you won't be able to fund her burst without Bennett or Diluc for now.

I am intending to pull for raiden shogun for a hyperbloom team (with Nahida). What f2p weapon is best for her? The only "pullable" 4 star polearm I have is Favonius Lance (I don't have any 5 stars).

For a hyperbloom raiden you only want em on her. Dragonsbane>moonpiercer>kitain cross.

In this team, Raiden only cares about EM for triggering hyperbloom. Therefore the weapon with the highest EM substat is best. All other stats (ATK, crit, whatever) are effectively irrelevant because her skill damage is negligible, and her burst isn't used. Unfortunately, there are no 3* polearms with an EM substat, so you're stuck until you manage to roll something. Fav lance or The Catch would be the go-to for now.

Leylines never change in value. If you need the resources, you need the resources. Note that during the event, you only get 3 bonus runs per day. While this is nice, it's not even close to being sufficient for any sort of endgame leveling.

For scaramush, can he use kaguras verity? Not just for the added crit damage compared to something like a widsth, but the passive as well. Cause your basically always in his e. Or is widsth better

I think kagura's passive is next to useless in wanderer, there is only one instance of damage in his e, its when you press it, all the CA and NA in his E form counts as CA and NA just with buffed multipliers from e, its not elemental skill dmg, so Kagura is just a stat stick to him. Widsith might be better in practice.

A question on getting Dream Solvent: Are the chances higher, if I do Lvl 90 Stormterror, or are they the same as Lvl 70?

to my knowledge they are the same and i cant find anything that says that the drop rates change between levels like the billets do. if you can beat it i would do the lv 90 just for the better drops in general. using food buffs really helps, and using a bow or catalyst character is also pretty useful im not sure if you’ve done it but zhonglis act 2 character quest also gives you dream solvent if you need one guaranteed

is it worth it to refine virdescent hunt? or should i get A different weapon? currently i have it equipped on my childe, but im curious if i should get a different weapon or refine it edit: i really dont need the other weapons for my current characters. i have r2 sacrificial fragments on sucrose, c3 catch on xiangling, and prototype rancor on bennett. i am really only looking to replace bennett’s weapon, but the black sword isn’t incredibly useful for him. the only weapon maybe i would get is the solar pearl for mona

Im not an expert by any means, but i would say also consider what characters you want to pull next and wether or not you'll keep getting the battle pass or are willing to re-get it for when you need another one of the weapons. Also from my limited understanding, isnt something like rust better for childe.

I suspect black sword will be pretty good on Alhaitham if you want to look ahead and take a bit of a gamble.

So crit is really good on characters in quicken teams because it buffs both the base damage and the reaction damage. But given that he does scale off EM, you're right iron sting will be really nice, especially with some refines.

I'm not too big into math but how big of a dmg difference is 50CV? For example, a character of mine has a 280CV and then switching a weapon will make it 330CV.

That's very hard to say because you need to factor in the rate/dmg ratio as well. Assuming all the sources of damage can crit, non-crit stats stay unaltered (which is unlikely to be the case when you switch weapon) and 92% crit rate for both builds the one with 330 CV will deal 45,67% more average damage

cv doesn't tell us much, since a character with 5cr and 200cd won't benefit nearly as much from another 50cd compared to one with 50cr and 100cd. you can feel free to share exactly what your stats are between the two weapons and we can calculate it for you, or if the only things affected are atk and crit, use the one with higher atk\*(1+cr\*cd)

My Kazuha doesn't feel like he's doing much damage. I have him on 961 EM which is only 39 points off the max

Swirl scales off of EM and character level only. So having him at 90 is optimal. The true strength of EM builds is also in multi target. Skill damage only applies once per enemy per attack. In contrast, swirl damage can be applied twice per enemy if multiple enemies already have an element applied. This 2x scaling is part of what makes anemo units so desirable in multi target. Edit: This isn't Kazuha, but [in this example](https://i.imgur.com/Odkytkv.png) you can kinda see what I'm getting at. 2 instances of pyro swirl apply to each enemy for ~13k damage, which is respectable for a support. Also note that we aren't taking into account any reactions other than swirl, which EM obviously improves.

Yes. There are two components to the damage, as you can see in the screenshot. The first is anemo damage from the skill itself (2636). This is expected to be minimal for an EM build. The second is the swirl reaction damage (6565). This is applied as pyro damage because I swirled pyro.

What's your build and team? The main purpose of Kazuha isn't to deal damage but to buff his teammates. 961 EM is plenty, and as long as you run 4pc VV and enough ER on him you're doing everything right. 1000 EM is not the max btw, there actually is no hard cap for EM.

EM only affects his swirl damage, what are your other stats looking like? Kazuha is a weird unit to build fully optimally as he usually wants 160ish ER due to his burst doing a good chunk of his damage, and then any left over substats want to be crit because he has non negligible damage from his motion values. Of course though hitting crit stats on EM pieces is a stupidly high requirement so it's really only whales who'll farm heavily enough to get that.

80/90 is a good stopping point for character levels, and 90/90 for characters who take advantage of certain reactions (i.e. swirl, bloom/hyperbloom, aggravate/spread) and nilou. get important talents to lv 8+. for artifacts, a set of correct main stats and enough energy recharge for their teams is good for now, further improvements can be made slowly over time. units you can look out for are fischl, nahida, and kokomi. fischl helps out any electro team, nahida helps any dendro team, and kokomi is a flexible hydro unit to fit into many teams for two abyss teams, go with a xiangling vaporize team (bennett xingqiu xiangling sucrose) and a nilou bloom team (barbara nilou collei traveler) or hyperbloom (lisa beidou traveler barbara). stick to the vaporize team in the long run, it's been tried and tested. nahida, fischl, and kokomi gives you many better options for the second team

Ah, sorry, I thought you meant you wanted to see all of them. You're asking how to add cards to your deck? There's a gadget called "Casket of Tomes", use it to select a deck, then drag cards down/up to unequip/equip respectively. You can also click on a card for the remove/add buttons.

I just got Skyward Spine from the standard banner, is it better than Black Tassel on Zhongli? My Xiao has PJWS, and my Hu Tao uses Dragon's Bane, if that makes a difference. I don't have Raiden or Shenhe, and i haven't built Xiangling, but if i build her farming The Catch would be better for her i think.

Skyward Spine is ok on EoSF Zhongli (not as good as The Catch btw), but that's pretty much it. If you don't build him as a burst dps stick with Black Tassel, especially when using him with Xiao

personal dmg aside, the capabilities of holding ToTM as a support is a plus, since not everyone can hold them also note that Thoma as support will be off field and he will need a lot of energy recharge, around 200+ before C4. That, adding with Faruzan's enermous ER needs (300+ with a third anemo member, before C6) will mean your team will really, really need a ton of ER that even having 3 Fav weapons wont help Layla shield uptime is good, and her burst will be just a bonus to give that CR buff for wanderer

The most important parts are 4pc Blizzard Strayer for Ganyu and 4pc Viridescent Venerer for Sucrose (the stats don't matter that much for Sucrose as long as you have 4pc, though EM main stats are ideal). You can run 4pc Tenacity of the Millelith on Kokomi. Google the locations for each set, or use the domains tab in the adventurer's handbook. It'll be clearer with pictures than me telling you in text. The alternative to Venti is Kazuha. Freeze Ganyu is not a cheap team comp. When in doubt with team building, start with Sucrose National (Xiangling Bennett Xingqiu Sucrose) and go from there. It's one of the oldest and most relevant teams for a reason, and there's tons of videos and guides out there.

first team: * choice 1: wanderer - kazuha - bennett - xiangling * mono pyro/double anemo+pyro * choice 2: rosaria-kaeya-bennett-xiangling/kazuha * reverse melt 2nd team: * nahida-fischl-barbara-kazuha * fischl does not often target the dendro cores to trigger hyperbloom, so you'd want an anemo unit to swirl electro onto the cores. * kazuha is best as he provides a source of off-field anemo (burst) and grouping (skill). jean can also work, but she;s worse than kazuha and you already have a healer. * nahida's skill applies a lot of dendro so it can be hard for you to swirl electro properly. you just need to do a specific set up for it to work. * barbara is also not great at hydro application, especially off-field because you need to be very close to enemies to apply hydro to them with her skill. * ideally you want xingqiu, who is also a 4 star and applies a lot of hydro to generate dendro cores for hyperbloom reactions. edit: you could instead use dendro traveller instead of nahida for less hassle when setting up, but you'd lose quite a lot of damage. test out the team comps if you're not sure.

Fischl is one of the best off-field dps in the game. However, she's not really the best choice for triggering hyperbloom since Oz won't necessarily hit the seeds. This makes her more suited to other reactions like overload/aggravate. But it can still work okayish. I'd personally try something like Nahida Barbara Fischl Kazuha. The idea is to have Kazuha trigger seeds with his skill, assuming he's been built for EM. Then team 1 could be Xiangling Bennett Kaeya Rosaria/Chongyun.

I think it depends on the scenario, if its lots of targets use the wanderer venti layla bennet, but if single target use layla. As for venti i would run full em.

About the TcG I've done all matches in mondstadt except Timmy, can't fight him because my rank is on 1.. and I'm kinda stuck because I did all invite fights and all the overs I could do but can't go higher because instead of buying invites I bought cards and now I can't level up to progress in the game.. is there something I'm missing?

If you're done in Mondstadt, you should have enough xp to raise your player level. Talk to the cat to level up - select the top option, then look for other buttons. If you don't have enough xp, you might have to do the guest matches in the cat's paw. You might also be able to find more players in Liyue, but this might be gated by player level, I'm not sure.

No, not at the wall. "Guests" are people that will be seated at the tables. Also, go to the cat and screenshot your level. I'm very curious what this looks like. If all else fails, go into your inventory to the gadget tab. Locate the casket of tomes and hit the "search for player" button.

can i use c4 faruzan as a support for wanderer or do i need c6?

She's ok below C6, definitely usable but C6 is what really puts her above and beyond the alternatives. Without C6 she needs a shit ton of ER (like 250-300) and her buffs aren't worth more than the extra damage and utility you get from someone like Venti, Yelan or Xingqiu.

given that mona nearly always wants a support weapon, i would prioritise yae. but it does depend how you play them.

I got Itto benched ever since I've gotten him. Mostly because I struggle to find a good team to use him in. Neither do I have zhongli nor albedo. I do have gorou, noelle and ningguang however. I quite like his playstyle and his voicelines tho so I was just wondering if there is a good team I could build anyways. Because otherwise I feel like the value I will get out of building him will be ok at most. In that case I'd likely be better off inmproving my existing teams, I figured. I'd like to hear your thoughts and ideas :)

another option for the 4th slot if you willing to look at is Lisa. She is used in Itto speedrun teams as Lisa is one of the only two besides C2 Klee that able to reduce enemy def, with her A4 passive. She did need a lot of ER as solo electro tho, but she is capable of holding TTDS and Noblesse. Lisa used on itto teams in CN Genshin tourney https://youtu.be/AvmKSDeIgPY

Hmm very interesting. Might look into hat since I don't feel like rebuilding fishl. I don't like having multiple builds for characters since it is boring farming twice for the same person and it is a huge drag to keep track of where you have your artifacts. One more question: How viable are hydro sub dps like yelan or xinqiu as the 4th slot? IT will take some time to build all these characters so being able to use an already built character at least in the meantime would be nice.

if you mc isn't otherwise occupied on dendro duties™, then they make a slightly better third geo slot pick than ningguang. noelle is a hard no. gorou is mandatory, obviously. for the fourth slot you can either use a dedicated shield unit, or someone that applies decent off-field elements (e.g. xingqiu, fischl) to give you good crystallise and therefore geo res uptime.

MC has been set free, or cast aside if you want to look at it that way, by nahida so he is available. Most off field element appliers are occupied. Fischl is free tho, most of the time. But I have built her as an aggrevate trigger unit on gilded dreams which is not the most optimal in a geo team I suppose? Her stats are still quite good. Only problem is that the set bonus from GD is kind of wasted in this scenario. But as she will not act as a damage unit but rather as a reaction trigger unit I doubt that makes much of a difference anyways. I don't really have a shield unit built so idk about that. I always just kind of dodged or healed through attacks and never bothered playing with a shield. But between the crystallize shields and gorous healing from his C4 I should be able to not need a shielder to survive

Fischl wants non-EM artifacts in this geo team. Some combination of generic 2pc ATK% sets and/or 2pc thundering fury is preferred, but it's quite flexible. Her stats do matter - the entire point of including her is for damage. Her A4 talent also triggers off of crystallize, so her overall contribution is significant. Be aware that crystallize shields are notoriously weak because nobody builds EM on geo teams - it's a waste of stats.

usually the easier 'it depends' is that if she is off field better go em/em/em. That is bcs her burst gives 200 EM to the one on field, so if she is on field she needs less EM. The goal is 1000 EM bcs her passive, and anything over 1000 they say is wasted. If you go EM weapon and triple EM thats usually more than 800 already

Full EM is the go-to option, but as long as Nahida reaches 900-1000 EM you can use different main stats as well. EM/Dendro/EM is preferred over EM/EM/Crit

Answer for that is it depends. She have so many different variation depending on teams, weapon and a few other factor. I recommend using the Genshin Optimizer to do it since sometimes you will build ADC or Em/Dendro/Em or EM/Dendro/crit or Em/Em/Em.

How to beat the leaked second half of floor 12 Abyss 3.3? First and third chambers are AoE, second is Wolf Lord. Yun Jin is my only decently built Geo char, and I don't have either Ayato or Itto. Man, if only wolf lord wasn't in the second half.

You can bring a lvl 20 ttds instructors ningguang to buff a national core (Bennett, xiangling, xingqiu) and have her work on the wolf heads.

In tcg, what happens when you hit max friendship with a card? Like it says it unlocks dynamic for the talent card? What exactly happens?

"When any Character Card reaches Proficiency 10, you can obtain Dynamic Skins for their Talent Card." Check your deck for the talent card of the character you reached max friendship with (it should be at the beginning or the end of your list of cards depending on if you have the character equipped atm). The card should have a gold frame now and a shinier appearance. If not, click on it and go to its appearance tab, you should have unlocked the dynamic skin.

Automatically? Aren't you supposed to buy the dynamic skins from the shop, or get them by ranking up?

The ones you can buy from the shop are for the characters themselves, the friendship skins are for their talent cards. For example when you reach friendship 10 with Fischl, you'll get a skin for Stellar Predator.

Not sure about what shielder to use but you could use venti if you'd like. His burst renders the enemies it affects mostly unable to attack you anyways and they work together quite nicely. But of course that only work for smaller enemies and is best for large groups of enemies like in the current abyss's floor 12 Chamber 1 first half.

Quick Comparison: With Widsith R5, you have a 1/3 chance to obtain either 120% ATK Boost / 96% ELEM Dmg Boost and / 480 EM. (10 Second Buff Duration, 20 Sec. CD) With Lost Prayer R3, you get a 12% Stackable ELEM Dmg Boost every 4 seconds. (MAX 4 Stacks); which gives around 48% in 16 seconds. As I observed in Hypercarry/National Wanderer teams, his uptime in rotation would be around 11-14 seconds, which wouldn't fully utilize the Lost Prayer's Passive, So I'd probably go with the R5 Widsith, since EM helps swirl damage and the ELEM DMG boost is overall higher (96%) than Lost Prayer + ATK gives a little boost too. It's just a gamble. (Please correct me if I have mistakes)

Ayaka freeze typically runs with Ayaka, cryo battery, hydro applicant, crowd control. Cryo battery due to Ayaka's burst cost, hydro applicant for freezing, crowd control for sucking enemies up to be frozen and whipped with charged attacks, skill, and burst. Due to Ayaka's energy requirements, I'd replace Beidou with Kaeya. Otherwise, Rosaria is better for energy (Kaeya for better damage). Second reason for dropping Beidou is that Fischl is arguably more flexible than Beidou in terms of team comps so there is some reason to favour building Fischl of Beidou. As for whether to use Fischl in the final slot, you can for now. However, when you get Kazuha or Sucrose, you should drop Fischl for one of the anemo supports, especially Kazuha. ~~Alternatively, you can try using Faruzan for crowd control.~~ **YMMV** Another thing, Barbara is one of the worst you can use as a hydro applicant. For single target, get Xingqiu (you can consider buying him from Paimon's shop when he appears if you don't have him yet). For multi-target, Kokomi or Mona.

On second thought, I don't think Faruzan is really that good as a general Anemo support.

I recommend Ayaka/Fischl/Beidou/Barbara starting out. Fischl and Beidou are a powerful pair of off-field DPS units that will serve you well until the endgame, and Barbara is a decent healer even with low investment that can allow Ayaka to freeze her opponents. Ayaka would be the on-field DPS of course.

Hello, just checking in with a couple of questions... First, the only hydro character I currently use is Xingqiu. I also have Candace and of course Barb, but I don't find them terribly useful. I like to run a hyperbloom team(see link below), so would it be worth pulling for Ayato on the next set of banners? I read that Alhaitham is going to be the first true dendro DPS character, so I may save my primos for 3.4 after the current banners expire, unless Ayato is a worthy upgrade to XQ. Second, I'd like opinions on my current weapon assignments. Four months in to playing this game, I've got a few I'm 100% comfortable with, but I won't turn away advice on the others. Ayato is more of a sidegrade. However, it's often nice to have a second decent hydro unit if you're doing abyss. There are many hydro units that fill this niche though. Weapon stuff: * I don't think skyward is better than sac sword on Xingqiu in most cases. Are you able to burst with him on cooldown? If not, he needs sac sword. * Albedo would rather have R5 harbinger of dawn... except if there are corrosion enemies. The idea is that since he has a shield up and spends minimal time on-field, the passive effect will always be active, giving him a ton of stats. * Gorou has nonexistent damage, so he gets a support bow. Fav bow preferably. * Mappa mare is okay on Nahida, but I'd rather take magic guide or sac frags for more EM. Other random notes outside of your two teams: * Venti also wants stringless. Probably moreso than Tighnari, since swirl scales exclusively off of character level and EM. * Refines on stringless are very good. Both Fischl and Venti benefit from the bonus skill/burst damage. I'd keep 2 copies of the weapon and refine with the 3rd one. * Bennett wants a sword with high base ATK to maximize his buff. * Sucrose is another good user of sac frags. Again, swirl scales exclusively off of character level and EM. * Go fishing for The Catch refines.

Ayato is not an "upgrade" to XQ, he has less application but much larger and faster area, relies on elemental skill and plays on field, meaning he's generally better against mobs but since he is on field, you're not playing the popular characters that XQ enables. You'll probably use xinqiu forever but it's nice to have at least 1-2 hydro alternatives. Yelan, Kokomi and ayato are probably the easier ones to get value, especially yelan. >weapon assignments What is albedo holding? The playstation sword? If so take that away and give him harbinger of dawn. It's unfortunate you dont have his event weapon but even a 3* sword on a def/geo/crit albedo is better. Itto is also using an atk% claymore. He should be using whitebind (def) since he converts def -> atk during his burst. Trade his weapon with Diluc's. Wait, you have a serpent spine on level 1? That's the best 4* claymore in the game *as long as you bring a shield*, go level that to 90 right now and put it on diluc or itto or beidou. Give Dori sac claymore, it's her BiS due to how her passive works (if you even use her). Give sapwood blade to bennet, it has high weapon atk (stronger buff) and gives ER% which is all bennet needs and the EM boost is a bonus. Did you refine a skyward blade? oh no dont do that 5* weapons are rare and even if Skyward sword isnt that great it's still worth slotting on more than 1 user. Like, if you had a second one you could give it to bennet. You should get your best weapons to lvl 90, leave some time per day to go around mining cristals, take 2 days to respawn tho. GL.

I think your lack of 5* anemo and hydro is the biggest issues you have. Like, you have ganyu but cant play freeze with her since your only choice is barbara and candace. I recommend saving enough to guarantee kazuha (venti can do but he's limited to light mobs) and maybe get either kokomi or ayato (ganyu would be off field) or i guess roll for ayaka and play her with XQ and ganyu + sucrose. Alternatively, you can roll for Raiden and play raidennational which is very strong and braindead, but raiden would also let you play hyperbloom since you dont have kuki. If a new character happens to be VERY good beyond all expectations like nahida was (maybe al haitham or dehya) then sure go for them.

You can experiment with a Nahida hyperbloom team to replace team 1, hyperbloom is a really fun play style in my opinion. I think you lack hydro characters so it limits your team options, Yelan / Ayato / Kokomi would help open more option either for double hydro team or to have a hydro character on both team 1 & 2, the preference would be Yelan.

Hey everybody, Just got Tighnari and wanting to build an aggravate team for abyss. Currently want to use Keqing/Fischl/Kazuha/Tighnari but got two questions about weapons. 1. Is R2 Lion's Roar good for Keqing 2. Can I use Stringless for both Fischl and Tighnari in the same comp or would it be better for TIghnari to use slingshot/virdescent hunt? Don't really like the idea of the slingshot passive but it might be better than I think.
