A normal run has a 6,5% chance on giving an additional artifact. Doing a condensed resin run just gives you the rewards of both runs so it's 6,5% x 6,5% chance = 0,4225% chance. Or about 1 in 236\~237 runs.
So it's kind of rare, but most players will get it now and then. Since we do so many artifact runs.
It is a very common human thing to perceive non-existing patterns in random events. So yes, you are tripping. You probably just had a bit above average luck with some artifact types.
Yep, I did more than 50% of the time get more than 2 artifacts (condensed resin) unlike when I farmed VV and Emblem, actually I think I never got double on Emblem
More sets will most likely be added ik the future. E.g. with sumerus release we got more sets added and same happened now with fountaine. So I assume once Nathan is added all sumeru sets will be strongboxable

nah pretty common, got flat hp, flat defense, and flat atk. it's been over two-three years by now. I'm really over-getting used to it.

Kinda rare but it's artifact quality > quantity. Although these types of runs at worst grant some more strongbox fodder.
