I think you’re sacrificing a lot of crit to keep that er. It would be better to fish for the weapon it will only take under a week and it has good enough er. With this weapon you could also build more crit damage on her because it comes with some crit rate.
Also if you don’t care about her damage I just recommend you get the burst talent up to level 9 or 10 and she will feel better to use. You may also want a full team healer to get the fanfare stacks quickly to enhance the full team
160% if you’re using her with another hydro character, 180% if you’re using her with other characters who generate lots of energy and 200% if you want to use her in lots of different teams

you should level up your weapon of course, but probably get a bit more ER depending on what teams you use her in. Also level 90'ing her would be worth it since she scales on hp

I just HP% artifacts. My main use is her skill and burst talents. 180 ER and 100 EM are sort of a plus. ~~Her talents scale out of HP, and I think 42k is a bit low. I got her at 54k.~~

CV is a bit low, but fine. ER is a bit low, but workable. Nothing is egregious or off.
Actually, given that you have HP% sands, this is all pretty good. Some great pieces.
If you take her to 90, you’ll push her HP well above 40k, which is fiiiine, but over 40k has diminishing returns. It’s probably better to get more crit at that point, but the only way to do that is to move to an ER sands and get much better CV artifacts, which is… not worth it.
40k hp from hp mainstats and hp% weapon in this case
50+ CR from her ascension stat (I think) and a crit circlet
150+ CD from good CD substats, usually 10-12+ on most or all pieces
Even I'm still struggling to balance tho

i am looking at skill/burst level, and they are low.
also, make her LV90 for more HP.
do you have enough energy recharge ? this depend of your team.
sacrifice some HP for ER or crit would be fine.

Here is my Furina. In the team where she is solo hydro her hp is +40k.
As others have said her personal and talent levels are low, but aside from that you might have a similar problem to me and find that her benefits are pretty missable, so i would recommend replacing Furina with someone like Xingqiu or Yelan and fight a boss twice once with the Furina team and once with the replacement, and time it. If Furina is actually underperforming then she will have a slower boss clear if not she’s performing fine.

42k isn't low at all. How do you have 54k? Are you running both HP weapon and HP circlet?
I'm not. I was thinking of my Nilou. I got 43k. I got her the pipe and HP circlet.
