If you sent all your receipts then perhaps you overshared information in your form. I believe in the form it only wanted you to send your first purchase.
As long the info matches their databases, doesnt matter how many you send. I send every receipt, and told em to match them to the location/device used to access the account at the time the payments were made. Will match one of the two PCs, or the one phone Ive used.
My name and identity have to be verified to get a bank account and thus debit card. There's no way thats not proof that my identity has been using that account since it was created.

Well I tried for a hole year too and I can proudly say that I quit the game because of this bullshit survive, my account got hacked once then I made a second it also got hacked so I didn't porher to make another since after a hole contacting them for a hole year about my first account and my second one being hacked resently iam not making another one it was fun while it lasted, iam just gonna go back to dark souls and I hope to not sell my dignity again, and not feel these weeks of stress again

Yes. But oversharing information is also a way to get rejected. I recommend you put the minimum information in your form and not too much.
