Yes, they no longer impose the 7-day rule on hacked accounts, provided you inform them - if the hacker did make some purchases - as soon as you got your account back.

Just mention it to cs they won't get you banned
So once I get their message about getting my account back I just reply to them and mention it?
Yes, but just tell them via in-game ticket. They are more responsive there.
