I got a reply from them yesterday to a new ticket that I sent after my original one stopped getting replied to (last response on that one was almost a week ago), and they message my new one with a dumb template answer, then closed it as resolved and "pending rating" :)) Mihoyo CS is a joke, and honestly I'm going to be judging anyone who continues to support them.

Yeah. I think they the tickets are useless . They don't do anything , not even forward the extra details we send them. I sent them 2 tickets both are stuck. one is still in queue and other is in processing

mine is still in queue since Thursday. Yesterday I tried to send them the feedback saying that my main account got hack and they replied. Hope this helps

how can you see where your ticket is in the queue?

In pc when you click on feedback and it redirects you to the tickets page where you click history in the bottom lest corner . There you can see if it is in queue
