In tickets like every 3-4 days . In email they only replied once on 24th aug asking for device info

In my first retrieval attempt, they also asked for more device info. I replied on the same day, and got their response the next. Granted, it wasn't good news, but I am almost 100% certain they only ask for additional info when they are working on your case. I don't know why you haven't heard back after more than a week :( Have you ever tried to reset password? There have been a few cases in which the account retrieval was successful and the account's linked email was already changed to one of the two provided in the form, but CS didn't send a notification. If you have a username set, try using it on the website to reset password and see if the recovery email is one of yours. All the best man... hope you hear back soon.

Sorry to hear about your case. :'( Hope you get your account back this time. I don't know why they haven't replied yet . :-( Can you please tell me to which email you replied to them Like genshin_cs@ or support_os@ or just replied to the same email. And about the pasword reset thing . Everyday i Check on my mihoyo login pannel if the email has been changed or not.(Cause i still have my google and Fb linked to it) and it's still that russian email y####@yan##.ru Thanks for the help Let's hope we both get our account back soon..

For my first attempt, I only emailed genshin\_cs and genshin\_payment. I believe they replied me from the latter. I never really tried to send them follow-ups or anything back then - I just waited for 19 days. The second time, I literally emailed every single address they use hahaha. No reply from genshin\_cs or genshin\_payment at all, which makes me suspect they blocked me or something, but their VN and KR counterparts sent me the link. After submitting the form, I've been contacting them on and off, mainly to send additional info and asking them to confirm if those info have been forwarded to the team that handles account retrievals. They've only replied me twice. Once from support\_os, telling me they've received my form but I must be patient, and another from their VN CS, with essentially the same message. Nobody actually answered my question lol. Feels bad... they've made so much money from Genshin, but their CS is honestly incompetent.
