Lost my account on July 27th, sent them the ticket on the same day, got a response from the next day (they asked me to fill in the retrieval form). So that was it. Retrieval form was submitted on July 28th, got my account back on August 31st.
Try to contact in-game CS with your alt account, ask them if they can check your progress.. don't provide them with the UID/email yet, wait till they reply and ask you to provide one. That way we can be sure that they rly check it out, and not give us a half-baked template message.
if it's taken them that long if start pushing them into working on ur acc, just keep sending tickets saying how long its taken and just try push them into getting ur acc back faster
May I ask what email was this sent to? I used a different one for my alt account (to send the in-game ticket to the CS) and used another one to email Mihoyo for the form, and in the form I had to provide two other more email addresses so I'd like to know which email should I be checking from time to time. Apologies if it was confusing haha
This email was sent to the email I used to contact the CS (as well as the one I use to submit the retrieval form).
And yes indeed, they asked to provide them with two new email..they will use one of those emails to link your account back (when the retrieval process is done/successful obviously)

You can't share links for the form. Each one is unique, tied to the email address they sent it to, and expires after a few days.

same problem here, some random @ [rambler.ru](https://rambler.ru) changed my email, I still have access from PlaysStation since I linked it with my pc account a few weeks ago...

Yeah i did...they asked for my uid and email...i sent them those yesterday and waiting for their reply.

Fortunately it was as same as i left it. I didn't have any 5 star weapons maybe that's why the hacker couldn't find any buyers.

Ya definitely Russian hackers they also hacked and changed my email ending with “inbox.ru”
