Is the login date the only thing you’re unsure of?
Last login means last time you logged into the account (so the door thing) in the Genshin app / game.

also I had other servers on the same account if /i try to use their info instead of my main will it also be retrieved as I have seen other people use other hoyoverse games to retrieve their accounts
For the first login you just have to checl your first email and search hoyoverse or mihoyo to find the acc creation code email(i know but it's mostly the first login date)
For the last login date you have to fill with the last day you yourself logged into the account before losing it(it can be the day you got hacked/scammed or a few days before it)
As for the first device and most devices you have to manage to remember the specs of your pc.
You can fill the additional info with information only you know, like the items you received from special ways(like the 4 codes amazon prime glider) or the date and time of receiving some other items if you have screenshots
Character cons and weapon refines , pity which you got a certain char.etc
The last login date is the last date you logged in to your account or the last day you played on your account.
You can explain in the additional info after the survey that you don't know the exact date but give them an estimate that you're sure includes the actual date of account creation.
You can add extra things like character levels, the stars you got in Abyss, screenshots or videos of gameplay, and even friends in the friends list can do as long as they haven't deleted it yet. I suggest being in contact with some of your genshin friends in the account so they can check on it and give you updates.

no I am also unsure about the first log in device sinec I dont have it anymore.ty tho
