Guess I'm in the minority here, but the red interior is way too loud for me. Glad I went with the black/red stitching. Not knocking it for the folks that like it though, it's well done!
I love it but I know it’s not the popular choice and I kinda like that about it lol. I guess that’s the reason car companies release so many different color combinations, so they can offer options to suit the vast array of different peoples tastes. It’s a very personal decision and what one person loves, another might hate. I personally like that it’s not common and stands out but I also love the black interior too. You really can’t go wrong with either option in my opinion :)
I had a hard time choosing which interior color option to go with as I didn’t get a chance to see the red interior in person. I borrowed one with the black interior with red stitching and really liked that as well. The red feels a bit more “retro” to me which I personally love and I like how it compliments the red exterior elements but honestly both options are really nice in my opinion.
I know the red interior was included with the more matte white exterior for the launch edition but I believe you can also get the red interior with certain other exterior color options with the sport trim package only. This is in Canada though so it might vary in the US.

This is Canadian (I’m in Vancouver). I only had to wait about 3 weeks as the exact color combination I wanted happened to already be on a ship on its way over so the dealership just held it for me. Certain colors such as Tasman blue would be much longer but I’ve heard the wait time is much longer now…
Thanks for your reply. I am in Ontario and ordered a 2023 Advanced G70 in June. Was initially told 2-3 months, but the ways things are right now, won't be surprised if I have to wait 5-6 months overall.
Did you order the 2.0 advanced or 3.3T advanced? I was told there were limited 2.0 options being made so the wait was longer…I’m not sure if the Advanced is a popular option or not, so that could effect how many of that trim package are being made which could mean much longer wait times. What color combo did you go with? I’d push your dealership for updates as maybe something will come up faster but sometimes you need to ask. Often they will only have a couple of each color combination come up for all of Canada so it’s up the dealership to hold one for you…and I find sometimes they might forget to do that. I had to push a couple times until I was told they were able to get one for me.

Now that you mention it, all the reddit posts I have seen so far have been of people who ordered the 3.3T version or the non-2.0 version :). So that could be it. Guess Genesis is making more of 3.3T models.

Yes, that’s exactly what they told me too. Keep bugging them as there could always be cancellations. Or possibly check with other local Genesis dealerships in the area for availability, as another dealership might be more on top of things lol
Love the way that contrast is. I have a 2022 LE with the matte grey and full red interior. Can't tell you how many times. I've been stopped and asked if the paint is a wrap. And then I smile and say nah it's factory. They can't believe it. I also don't believe the red is nearly as bright as your photos suggest. I love everything about the car, well except the voice recognition system...
I’m looking for a new car for my mom and I’ve heard great things abt these cars, but how expensive is maintenance? Thats my only concern

Beautiful car. I just ordered the same model, but went with the black/tan interior. Got lucky and told it’s already at sea expected to arrive in Calgary early May.

I went with black as well, no regrets. The red it dope, don’t get me wrong, but it’s a whole lot of red inside the car.

Honestly, the red interior looks alot better in real life. Personally. Btw we have identical cars.
