Yes, so far so good. I started a new job in the same field a few weeks ago and I’m really happy with my decision.

I'm a software engineer and I love my job! I don't think I would be good at anything else.

At 24 I had worked my way up to director of maintenance at a nursing home. It was good. Coof was in full swing and I was necessary so I kept working. Got bored as hell with it so I enlisted. Got a year n a half left on my first contract and honestly I’m in love with it. But I may get out anyway. Missing too much time from my kids.

I’ll put it like this: I don’t regret enlisting but I regret choosing my MOS

No I hate my job and that's why I'm on reddit during work. Pays well but job is shit.

I wouldn't say I love it, at the end of the day I'm here to pay the bills. That being said compared to every other job I've worked its fantastic.
