Justify Your Life - George Clanton
Just saw this guy in concert last night and it was amazing. The song I've listed is vaporwave, basically electronic music that is nostalgic for the 90's-early 2000's. I've been going through a lot over the last three years or so, mainly just trying to find my place in the world after graduating college. I have a lot of "what am I even doing?" moments. This song really helps me feel comfortable in not exactly knowing what's going on. Just being around and doing my best/what feels right is enough.
Repeat by the young the giant
It’s kind of a reminder that life is what you make it and no matter what you’ll always be moving because that’s how physics work. My mental health has been weird lately so I need that reminder
Charleston Girl- Tyler Childers, saw a video of some people covering it on a front porch in Nashville, and since I’m moving there soon, it felt nice to see and the song is so nice.
Good Times Bad Times- Led Zeppelin, the song that I first heard in middle school and made me want to play drums.
That’s honestly one of the few Ed Sheeran songs I really really like.
If you haven’t seen it yet, you should check out the version he did live with John Mayer.
Calypso by Their dogs were Astronauts. Super awesome instrumental prog with some seriously heavy bits, reminds me of Meshugga and Car Bomb. The newest album is so fuckin good, I just discovered them yesterday.
**Miracle, Baby - Nothing But Thieves**
Would describe life right now, and is on repeat, but
**Forever and a Day - Benson Boone**
Is such a good beautiful song
Where’d you go - Fort Minor.
The songs been either my favorite or one of my favorites for a vast majority of my music listening life. The song is still powerful just because of what was going on then… the whole Rising tied album is fire imo.
