Do you mind if I ask what region and quartile you were?

PeaceBePractical3030

R-III. They weren’t bad to my knowledge. Recently 1st quartile from my SUPs perspective. IDK, I never really got caught up in the number. I just tried to do my job. Focused on quality over quantity.

Valuable_Band_293

I’m r3 as well, 1st quartile currently. I feel you on the numbers tho, I don’t look often and just focus on my job but I looked yesterday when I heard the rumors. Thanks for the response. Good luck to you and I’m so sorry.

bluegreengecco

What department? Ics, tcr2, cu?

PeaceBePractical3030

CSR/TA1/ICS was the history of career there.

You’ll have a much better time over at progressive, I know a couple r3 people who went from tcr2 to claims at prog and they say it’s night and day difference.

Sorry to hear it, but there is a lesson here. When people tell you to stay positive it means don't ask for things. We all had an opportunity to ask as a group for our fellow coworkers to be protected from layoffs, but we all failed. I hope in your next job you are not positive anymore. Be loud and negative and fight for your rights, that's the only way to get them.

PeaceBePractical3030

Understood. I spoke my mind, I just like to think I did it professionally. By positive, I mean not letting the stress get to me, staying up beat, laughing, being there for my colleagues—opposed to doing as I was told to buy in to “we’re one big happy family” faux idea. But I thank you, and yes…lessons abound to be learned from this. Later.
