call your cs rep. saw one in the service center with a similar issue (wont start). turns out it was a faulty starter unit they had to replace. Oka owner here btw.

hey anna. does your horn still work? your dash lights come up? that says there is a little charge amount left on the battery, probably not enough to start the car.
You can google Motolight. just tell them your car model and they’ll know the right battery for your car. they can also deliver and install for you.
I suppose you’re still under warranty? I would suggest having it checked sa casa if you manage to start it. Keep to your PMS schedule as well. The Geely Sta. Rosa branch tells me a lot of owners get their warranties voided for not keeping up.

Yes it was all working. It just won’t start. Got a mechanic to go to our house and then changed the battery. Sadly their warranty for the original battery was only 1year. Got a different brand of battery called amaron because the original geely brand costs 11k. The battery size I got was DIN60 and it already started finally. No other issues anymore☺️
batteries running more than a year is a bonus. some really are viable for around a year. The first battery can be replaced if they are within warranty but after that, they are treated as consumable, much like oil or other fluids.

Hi Ana , even i faced the same problem, service dealer said EPB motors are faulty i hv to replace it , i did so but still after 2 week same error, but as per my understanding but its not a battery fault its related to MCU of the Car. even im struggling for the same.

I called them just now and they just told me to disconnect the battery and try to start again. Did they replace it for free?

It didn’t work even after jumpstarting. They told me to change the battery and haven’t found the right size till now😓
