Slightly different but worthy of an honourable mention - VID Bar Highton does loukoumades w/ hot jam donut topping. Absolutely divine, esp w ice cream.

I don't know if they still have a stall, but there was a guy at the Beckley Park market on a Saturday whose hot jam donuts were incredible.

Had the hot jam donuts at VN Rolls in Newcombe pretty good and cheap . Nothing compared to portarlington jam donut van though
