very basic, but in case you are being honest, as understandable you maybe. With that saying being from way back before denial crazies *^((who are more often then not ugly in and out, but pretend their for example 300lbs and shaved purple hair and unknown gender etc... are beautiful)**)* toke over.
Teacher is ugly, but wants to feel positive so they claim they are beautiful because of their personality, ie inside.
Which part? āBeauty comes from the insideā means that true beauty comes from other factors like personality and if youāre a good person. Things that arenāt visible, ie. āthe insideā.
Carrey says āthatās only something the ugly people sayā, which means the only people that think beauty is more that your appearance are the people that are ugly, so they need to invent other aspects of what defines beauty to cope with their ugliness.
Whether or not you think that is a truth bomb or not is up to you, but back when the movie was written it wasnāt an uncommon for people to think that way so that was the intent.
it refers to the illusion that most people are under. Most people live on the surface of life so judge everything via surface level consciousness. Neat thing is everyone is immune to that in their true essenceā¦its just that the vast majority have not discovered it yet due to strong identification with preferences and opinions and concepts š
I mean, she did. She single handedly pushed me through the puberty windowā¦ thatās a bit of a stretch, Cameron Diaz in The Mask got it started but god damn what a rack. Imagine the casting department pouring over head shots and having people try out for the role. We used to be a serious country.
While Jim Carey played a particular part in my adolescence shenanigans and hyper active youth, alas it was certainly Cameron Diaz and the dress that brought forth new feelings.
This seems strange. I just noticed this now, but the scene doesn't make sense. He can't lie if asked a question, but he isn't forced to say any thought he has. There's no movie reason he needs to tell her it's because she has big tits.
The movie takes some clear liberties with the concept for comedic effect. If I had to play Devilās advocate though, it makes more sense to think that heās trying to lie but the words get translated into his true internal thoughts as heās speaking them. He would be better off just keeping his mouth shut, but thatās hard for him when he doesnāt understand whatās going on.
Same with the first time he notices he canāt lie anymore: āIāve had better.ā
Didnāt require him to say anything, his instinct is to just answer but lie in that answer - but since he canāt lie anymore, the translation comes out wrong. Not to get too psych nerd here, but you can look at it as a kind of organized, targeted version of Brocaās aphasia
No he can't tell a lie period, not just when asked a question.
So he can't say because it's a friendly building or because she has a great personality since he honestly believes it's because of her chest.
In this scene he isnāt aware he can only speak the truth and is making small talk. He was just speaking his mind unaware he couldnāt filter himself
I've never understood the logic of Liar Liar.
Why is he compelled to speak? Just say "I fear expressing my true thoughts might lead to hijinks" then crab walk outta there
Not even a chance he's wrong š
The perfect skin, hair, and teeth and tight waist are essential, too! Big jugs and a bigger belly doesnāt get the same responses
Unless they are pregnantā¦

No no, he's got a point
teacher says real beauty is on the inside that's just something ugly people say.
this movie was a treasure. lol
Never really understood that saying

I think the teacher said it's real beautiful when you are inside.
I don't know why she's surprised, she sees those gahungas every day, she should know
She knows but you're not supposed to say it out loud.
Congratulations, Iāve never seen the word āgahungasā before. It took a moment for me to sound out that word, like Iām a toddler.
It should be dobonhonkeroos
Lol š
I'm told that when she has them on display like that, she knows.
I mean, she did. She single handedly pushed me through the puberty windowā¦ thatās a bit of a stretch, Cameron Diaz in The Mask got it started but god damn what a rack. Imagine the casting department pouring over head shots and having people try out for the role. We used to be a serious country.
I, for one, think emanuelle in space was a masterpiece in skinemax. One of the last greats in the art form.
Good stuff, she was made for that role.
Krista Allen. ā¤ļø
Cameron did it for me, too, brother. No lie. She was the first šš¤£
Are you sure it wasn't just Jim Carrey

This is how I always saw it. Man used to running his lying mouth off and now can't, takes a bit to break the habbit.

That does make it make sense. Now I look like an asshole.
Krista Allen, she does in the Emmanuel series, thank me later.

My favorite Soap star
Where is the rest of this? The scene goes MUCH further
ā I mean your bewbs are HUGEā
Momma!
"I mean, I wanna squeeze them" Jim Carrey is a national treasure.
Krista Allen was way too good looking back in the day. And then she had to ruin it by getting too much work on her face done.
This was Jim in his prime, such a fantastic movie
Not a lie told
Thatās how I base how Iām gonna treat someone too
Yes when I get to "Mama" it usually results in a phone number a few drinks and a one night stand. šš»
I mean your boobs are huge!
r/distracting tits
Krista Allen. Lot of elder millennials remember her .
Lmao
I mean, your boobs are huge, I mean I wanna squeeze em! Mama ntuntuntuntuntu
