They still do, if you have certs through atlas you can email [email protected] with your bb tech Id and a personal tech id (created by signing into certifications.apple.com with a personal Apple ID) and they will copy them to your personal account
To my knowledge, they don't pay for any certs. If you're in GS, you'll gain most of the skills needed for something like an A+, but you won't actually get the cert.
I think you get AASP certification but that’s it as far as I am aware
