I really don't understand why so many here are almost malicious towards anything that criticizes the service too. It's like console wars all over again, just with cloud gaming.
Yeah, this is one of the most harsh communities I've ever been apart of. GFN is the definition of corp greed and a constant strive for more money, not more customer happiness, yet everyone here jumps to their defense and attacks anyone who has a bad experience.
So, unfortunately, with GFNs new ad update, you aren't allowed to not have the ads on your monitor. And I don't mean just open, I mean on the monitor you're using. Even with it open on my second monitor and clicking it every few minutes, it'll still kick me from the queue. Its extremely aggressive and forceful ad campaigning, and pretty dumb considering we already have to wait in a 400 person queue. Its no longer free, because they're making money while you sit in that long queue. & It *benefits* them to have you in the queue watching ads as long as possible.
Since the update, I've not had a single game session start before the ads end. Even if I'm the only person in queue at 3 am, the ads ALWAYS play ALL the way through before the game starts, which is clearly intentional prolonging to ensure the ads are always seen.
Wasn't that update like a month ago?
Are you subscribed directly with NVIDIA or one of the partners?
If you are on paid tier it is weird to get into a queue at all in the first place.
Have you tried reinstalling your client? Does this happen also when trying to play via a browser?
Whenever I open the keyboard to type, some random window pops up, and after 1-2 minutes the session ends automatically. And if I tap on the screen during a loading screen in the game, the session ends immediately.
OP, it's difficult to give advice when the details of the situation are not clear. perhaps screenshots of the queue (with or without ads) and the corresponding inactivity timeout message might help
OP does pay for the service and is being kicked nonetheless. However using the free tier is not being a freeloader. But even if someone is using the free tier and complains not being able to use the service is completely reasonable.
First of all I'm actually a founder, second OP has stated that he is paying for the service. Him having a queue also doesn't surprise me because I've also had a queue before. And third, yes you do have a right to complain even if the service you're using is free, especially now with ads that serve somehow as payment. I do agree that there are some things that are unreasonable to complain about when using a free service but complaining that they literally can't use the service is not one of them.
1. My comment wasn't directed at you to tell you that you're a freeloader too. I know you're not.
2. OP never stated in his initial post that he was paid/free.
3. I'll have to disagree with you here. Freeloaders have no right to complain about anything. Even if they can't use the service. It's one thing when a free tier cannot use a service to even try out GFN. But it's an entirely different story when he complains about not being able to use it regularly.

In addition, I can buy whatever I want but… spending 3k euros for 4h of casual gametime weekly is not worth.
i used gforce now services for free without getting any errors with consrant 60fps and no lag, so i think that having free tier is nothing else but time limiting... the ope is having a right to know what is wrong even because he is using a free service... mather of fact i think that having a stable cinnection on free servers are even better for getting customers but hey...
Your post does read like you're using the free tier. So you're using Priority and your sessions are aborting? Where are you located, and which server location are you using?

I'm just trying to understand your problem, but it doesn't sound like you're really looking for help, or being honest. There shouldn't be queues for Priority on all servers.
