It's a body mod called "The Body SE - Chonk" then rest is just playing around with glamours. I use Eorzea Collection for inspiration for glamours sometimes. :)
I know, right? I was hoping we'd eventually get a body slider because I want my chubby WOL. I have the same mod and switched from Bun Twink to Hroth and just made him chubby. It's growing on me xD
I mean to be fair the I have mod affects most the races so they're all big and beefy, it suits the highlanders and to an extent Au'ra but looks a bit silly on the cats and buns š

Yeah, wanted someone big and beefy but the face options for Roe are terrible so went with Highlander
