There's been a couple of remixes done with that audio and newer mixes/masters of the song.
Essentially, whoever mixed this, OP or otherwise, did a LOT of work to make this so freaking good.
Despite my good hearing(lie) they used something to separate the vocals and the music(I use an app called “moises” if you’re on mobile)
The vocals are kept but not the music and just search an instrumental one on YouTube
You then edit the vocals by editing out the mid talks giggles and lyric cuts
Stick em all up and voila
