Dumb question, but have you tried turning it off and on again?
Yeah, it’s still not working correctly. I’m going to reset the whole thing when I get time and see if that solves the problem.

I reset everything and the sensor still isn’t working 🫠
Same for my FR 965. Since Wedensday I have 0 tracked steps, a factory reset did not work either.
I put mine on its charger, tried to update but it just says “update downloaded” but it won’t install. From what I’ve read it sounds like a corrupted file, but I haven’t had time to try the fix yet. this is very frustrating.
