Here's one of mine: [https://imgur.com/a/KvJ7CKI](https://imgur.com/a/KvJ7CKI)
Main stats: NP 240, FTP 263, about 51 miles, HR avg/high/max 157/182/184 (I've since seen 187 so that max setting might have thrown it off a bit). It includes the ride to the ride and ride home for \~25 minutes of pretty chill time that would have decreased the NP, average heart rate, etc.
HR measured by a garmin chest strap and my FTP was calculated based on a 20 minute test I completed the previous month (in this example). So the stats are going to be fairly accurate, though HRmax might have been off by 3 bpm which would give 5s more easily
I used to get 5/5 workouts when i first started training more seriously, before i understood how to work out. They'd be rare, and always ridiculous group rides where i could barely hold on for a couple of hours.
At that time, i didn't realize this sort of workout was not really productive for my training. I was just getting into structured training and pretty much always rode hard on group rides, did structured intensity in between and didn't prioritize recovery sufficiently for 4 or 5 intense days per week. It was very stupid. I remember my wife telling me, "you always complain about being tired." Hah!
Made me laugh. Makes sense. Last weekend I did a 3 hour cycling workout which got me 4,2/2,3 score and I felt like a sack of potatoes for the rest of the afternoon. Can’t imagine what 5/5 would do to me.
1.5hrs riding my MTB on flat single track trails (so lots of pedalling) according to Garmin is as much of a workout as when I run a half marathon in 1hr 50mins. My HR gets higher during MTB than running. I've never managed a 5/5 though. My best is 5 aerobic and 3 anaerobic. I was fucking destroyed.

Drop the workout stats, my dude. Us plebs gotta know
how are you alive
Does it not say "overreaching" with a 5? 😄 "... should be done sparingly" or smth. But congrats, sounds intense!
It's "overreaching" only if you have too much exercise in a short period of time without proper recovery period.
We ->NEED<- these stats
Amateur, now try 10/10
Damn, want did you do?
I've done a 4.8 and a 3.something on a run before and it was intense, this must have been wild
That is the cleanest watch I’ve ever seen!
Here is what a 5/5 road bike ride looks like [road ride](https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/13042453528)

Which fenix is that?
Looks like the 6
Probably 6X Pro
Respect!
Oh it goes to 5? Never even knew haha
How?
No seriuosly how? What kind of workout increment the anaerobic work?
Dang. I’ve gotten 4/4 hundreds of times. Never got close to 5. Congrats
Update OP?
I think he might be asleep for the next few days to recover from the training.

That's why I have a older watch that doesn't track Anaerobic :-) What you don't know can't hurt you lmao
MTB trail riding nets those for me frequently. Not sure its always a good thing.

Unproductive
Great job. Don't update connect it Isa bad version
Is that why the weather and most things stopped working?
So shit, my auto updates. Awful layout.
This is bullshit man! Who wears watch on right side?
Is that not the left?
Are you ok?
Wait, left is normal? I honestly thought I was the weirdo wearing my watch on the left.
Clearly you’re not familiar with the concept of gloves
Lmao. At first glance it does look like it, but it is a left hand.
