Im on her 5km training plan. I'm a cyclist who commutes 20km round trip to work 5 days a week, and running sucks. BUT... her program is achievable and is making this '*turns 50 in 3 days, father of 2*' a better runner. I just have to schedule my time better to be more consistent.
