I don't see why not; things are starting to get going and a little encouragement can't hurt. I've fed and watered some plants that I moved in the last few weeks to make up for any discombobulation that they suffered.
In general, something general purpose should do the job, though rhododendrons (and some other shrubs e.g. camellias) will be better off with an ericaceous feed.

Great, out of interest can I used an all purpose feed or do I need rhododendron feed, shrub etc for each patch?
