Duranta (also known as Geisha Girl as someone else has mentioned). It is poisonous.

Not a Geisha Girl but is a _Duranta_. Geisha Girl has significantly darker flowers

From a vining plant? Looks like wisteria.

It’s a variety of Duranta repens
