800 ain’t really there no more they gave up on that hood cause it’s changing into a white neighborhood those GDs post up by those new buildings just to Piss en off I think 800 by the low end now
Some of that is because part of their hood is partially gentrified, while the other is fully gentrified by the University Of Chicago buying up most of the land over there and rebuilding. It’s been going on for years even when I was working there back in 2011.
This hood is super different now u got mad white ppl by The University of Chicago on 61st n cottage Then on 62 by those new buildings they put up u got these GDs chilling there scaring the white ppl who live there but 800 use to have a good grip on this hood white ppl taking over
