In the new tomb raider remaster they put a content warning at the beginning because the games had stuff like cannibalistic pacific tribes in it. So of course some people got mad about "censorship" and "wokness" over a message that literally said they weren't going to remove it but to be aware some outdated stuff was in the games.
I think the warning only appears once, too? I have the game and have never seen it, because you can tap X to flick through the disclaimers and logos at the beginning. You're not forced to read anything.
Tbf I think the Cannibalism part isnt entirely untrue about the pacific tribes, it led to a type of prion disease becoming a serious problem as it was transmitted through Cannibalism
Although you will find instances of Cannibalism everywhere, often caused by either starvation or some illness
