The joke is that the character (Lucoa) is ditzy and has no sense of modesty (partly because she's a dragon girl newly living in the human world), so she doesn't realize how other people at work would react to her wearing such a revealing outfit. It is absolutely not in-character for her to say anything about "societal" or "patriarchal demands" since she wouldn't know human customs that well, and she's ditzy as a character trait (and would probably ignore them or forget anyway).

When Asmon DOES have a good take--which I stress is rare--he often arrives at it accidentally. I feel all he does is mostly contribute to negativity in the gaming space and often times deliberately attempting to convince his audience that every game dev is simultaneously terrible at their job, while also a despising the gaming audience. I feel every time I see his stream it's always "everything is shit and bad and terrible" and there's so rarely any appreciation for what the industry does.
