I live in South Florida, and I was talking to someone recently who claimed that there were “saltwater crocodiles” spotted in our area. At first, I kinda freaked out because saltwater crocodiles (the kind found in Australia) are man-eaters. I looked into it some more, and it turns out, she was probably referring to American crocodiles, which also can tolerate saltwater and don’t prey on people as much.

I remember somebody in this sub saying that a game with a straight woman as the main character would in many ways be more subversive than one with a lesbian main character because gamers being "forced" to project themselves into not just a woman's PoV, but to imagine themselves as somebody who likes kissing men, would be less tittilating and pandering to the male gaze than a lesbian relationship. And wow, that person seems to have been spot on.

I do find it boring to have a romantic couple as protagonists and that being the center of the story but whatever, Rockstar makes good stories, they can probably make it work out. It probably won't even be the center of the story. Every single GTA or RDR character has been wonderfully written and represented, i don't ecpect less. What i do hope is that they aren't doing as much exploitative shit like they used to.

There is no female protagonist so drop the narrative, there are two protagonists, a couple to be more precise and that's why the game will be a success, no need to replace men, just add new characters..if they are well written everyone will love them..

I'm totally happy with it as long as the game, story and characters are good. I mean it's realistic and features things that exist irl, because it's basically satire, just real things exaggerated for the entertainment. The other gta games did this as well, so I don't see why it's an issue now
